Missing a critical piece for precheck-in so we didn’t know what to do when we got to the property. Went to the hotel and Nile sorted us out. Got our parking space liberated and it was smooth sailing after that!

Overall we had a great stay. Very good communication from the property managers and our place was clean with everything you could need. We will definitely stay there again - it is just steps to Duvall Street, but doesn’t feel like that at all.

Great location and very cute overall. Some issues with Wi-Fi and small ants in the kitchen. Had to be very careful with any food left out. Would have been nice to be provided with some extra kitchen garbage bags. Pool was very nice and loved the overall privacy. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

Property was clean and well appointed. Nice quiet location even though it is half a block from Duval Street. There is parking at the property but we never took a car. We walked everywhere. Highly recommend!

What nice, relaxing little home to stay in after a long day of sight seeing and eating! Our apartment was beautiful, right by the pool. The location was spectacular, right off of Duvall St, yet the apartments were tucked away in a quiet little pocket of a side street. The place was clean, the team was very communicative, and we had no problems checking in/out. No frills, just a very nice and relaxing spot to hang out and lift your feet. Great to kick back in the morning or after a long day by the little pool oasis. Very happy!

Having never been to Key West we weren’t sure where to stay, but this location was just perfect! Even though it’s right of Duval which got loud, as soon as you went into the little “oasis” here it was quiet and tranquil. Place itself was comfortable and had perfect amount of space for four. While I did not go in, am told pool was lovely during the day. I did appreciate sitting by the pool reading though.

Loved how it was a quiet, private setting yet steps away from Duval St. We walked everywhere- Hemingway Home, Butterfly Museum, Southernmost point, ferry, restaurants. Cottage is a bit older, however, very clean and well equipped. We utilized the kitchen & the beautiful pool that was literally right outside our door. Easy communication and checkin/out.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Rose Villas. The location was great. It was close to everything, but also very quiet as it was in an alley. The pool is very nice and private. We loved that it was right outside the door. There were 4 of us on a girls weekend so we appreciated having 2 bathrooms. The beds were very comfortable and they keep the ground very clean.

The villa’s location is perfect! It was very clean, had nice linens and good mattresses. Some of the furnishings were old and scared but functional. When arriving it is important to remember you are in or near “old town “. The bathroom fixtures are older so are not new looking as in new properties. However they worked well. The pool area was well kept and inviting. We would book this property again and recommend it. Age can be charming. It’s a state of mind.

I’ve stayed in Key West before, but THIS stay was so enhanced by the location and quality of our accommodations! We could quickly come back and forth for outfit changes (hit days!), little naps, and relaxing resets with floats in the pool. To add to the pleasure, extremely comfortable beds after the busy days and nights we experienced! Every detail was covered, immaculately clean, close and comfortable. Five-stars all the way. Exceptional customer service and communication must be noted, for that was also top-notch! Thank you and see you soon!!
