Nada.

The location, the people, the confort, Indy, who's such a good boy, the ameneties available, not one bad thing to say to be honest

Perfect location to explore Edinburgh, there is a bus stop nearby and you can park your car for free next to the house. The room itself isn't big but is cosy, well decorated and they really have clever solutions like a foldable table with the microwave under it so you can heat food and eat in your room :) If you don't want to cook, there is a Chinese buffet in walking distance. The owners were very friendly and their hallway was a trip through their travel memories. so lovely to see (and going to make one myself the same way ;-) Don't forget to read the packaging on their toilet rolls, so funny :D
Our stay was way too short ;-)

Transport was close and parking was good
Frideg was so small it only fitted small bottle of milk also didnt keep it cold and towels were to small

Beautiful location. The owners were extremely friendly and helpful. Such a wonderful couple. Their dog was also very friendly and welcoming.
I would not say I didn’t like this, I just find it an important note for those traveling with elderly or partially disabled people.
The stairs are very steep leading to the room. If I had known this I would have chose differently for my mother. Also, the bed is small. We are small, yet those that may be a bit larger like many of my family members, they would not have fared well.

Good location. Everything we needed in the room and shower room. Great shower. Parking spot was appreciated. CCTV. Easy walk to bus stop.
Busy noisy road. Couldn't leave windows open at night. Windows did block out noise once closed.

A wonderful room, that is fully equipped.
The room and bathroom were clean.
There is a Bus Stop next to the house with plenty of buses to the city center/airport.

nice decorations, exotic tea bags and coffee
Room is a bit tight but furniture is creative to mitigate the space issue

Home from home
Everything you need and I'm being very picky here but a little pint of milk in the fridge on arrival would of been perfect.
I assumed buses trams e.t.c would of been easy and regular to catch but we struggled and cost 10-20£ on a taxi into the centre depending which company you got. Suggest planning your trip before you go if you are staying here.

My stay was absolutely wonderful. Everything was tip top. I highly recommend to anyone visiting Edinburgh.
Nothing. Everything was perfect.

Very easy to get to, enough around to grab a bite. clean and welcoming!
lock wasn’t easy to open at first but we made it work. And it’s a bit far from everything.

Lovely welcome. The room was very clean. Good attention details with decoration for the tourists. With plenty of information to read and help with my visit to the city. Gave me the feeling the owners put extra effort to please the guest.
Nothing I didn't like. Not close to the city centre, but a short walk to trams or buses.
4.0
Short walk to bus stop into the City
No stool(s) or chair in the room.

Great location and the off street parking was great. Briefly met the host and they were lovely. The room had everything we needed except the fridge didn't cool at all and our milk went off 🙂.
Towels were not much bigger than a hand towel.

Located next to a lot of good regular buses that run late so great connection to the centre and a short trip. Friendly hosts and a nice clean room.

Great attention to detail, lovely little place. The check in was easy, we had all the instructions and the communication with the host was super easy. Everything was clean and the room although a little small has really everything you need, so much attention to every detail, it was very pleasant to be there. Thank you!

The room was newer and clean. The bathroom was small, but clean and functional. They have 2 private parking spots just around the corner from the BroomHouse building.
The BroomHouse building is in a residential neighborhood (no restaurants, or shops close by) about 3-4 miles from historic Edinburgh. You either use a bus service, or what we did is drove our rental car to the historic district. Parking and traffic are a nightmare, but probably beats the bus option. We never met the owners. All communication is by email. You will get a code the day before your stay to open a lock box for your key.

Very welcoming and accommodating. Everything was there and more. Cute dog as well :)
A little far from the city center ; you have to walk 15min and then take the tram, the road is a little hike if you have your luggage with you.

This is room shared in the house of the resident owners Alberto and Eleonora. We met on arrival Eleonora who gave us some very helpful information. Instead of driving into Edinburgh she provided details of the excellent bus service close by. We used it for our entire stay paying only £1.80 each for the 30 minute journey to Princes Street. A tremendous amount of information was provided in the room about the area, and even a free map of Edinburgh. There was a microwave and a tiny refrigerator which we used. Tea or coffee making was available and biscuits. The bed was comfortable and we slept well in it. There was a modern ensuite and walk in shower and fully equipped. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
Would have like a larger bath towel.

The location is perfect. The room has everything you need for your stay, plus some extra details as small "muffins" to have with your coffee (a very nice detail!). If the weather is nice, you can use the front yard too. The hosts have an amazing guide with the best places to go, to eat, to visit, to order delivery... Every small details is taken care of in this amazing place to stay.
If you prefer to reach the city center by Uber, it's less than 12GBP. Same for the airport!
There is not a single complain or thing we didn't like about the place. Everything is very well explained in the details when you book, the photos are very accurate and the communication with the hosts very great, they answer within minutes to any question you may have (by the booking app or phone).

Brilliant place would go back anytime and recommend to anyone

Clean, and well furnished. Comfortable bed and plenty of hot water. The buses stop close by and are almost every 15 minutes. There is a Co-op and a Premier food store by the bus stop (Sighthill Post Office) when coming back from Edinburgh.
There was only 2 plates if you were having a takeaway, but if you wanted porridge or cereal in the morning the plates/bowls were not deep enough. Fortunately we took 2 soup mugs with lids so used them. if you wanted to have the window open, it was quite noisy due to the house being on a busy road.

Nice, clean apartment. On main bus routes to town. Easy to locate and access. Host seemed friendly. Lots of equipment/info to make the stay comfortable.
TV did not work. Room was close to main road and noisy with windows open and room was warm meaning we had to have windows open a lot.

We loved the fact the tram was a 15 min walk. Just the right amount of time. We also liked that we could come and go as we pleased. The hosts were lovely and welcoming and the communication was fantastic.
The only thing would be that we did struggle without bowls for breakfast for cereal. They were a bit too flat like plates.

The apartment is very clean, tidy and comfortable. The host is friendly and kindly provided a lot of travel information. It is quite close to city centre. Around half an hour bus for us to reach spots like Edinburgh Castle. A really good place that makes you feel welcomed!

I liked the room. It was clean and tidy, and had a microwave, mini fridge, kettle, cutlery, cups, plates, tea/coffee, pack of biscuits, umbrella, local information and takeaway menus. Loved the fold down dining table/desk and there was plenty storage space. Bed was comfortable and shower was powerful. Felt safe and secure staying here. Free off street car parking was a bonus, and good Wi-Fi. Prompt, helpful and good communication with the hosts.
The room was too warm for me at night which took a while to get used to and the main road is noisy for keeping the window open during the night. Another reviewer had already stated this so I was prepared by bringing lightweight sleepwear. I missed having slippers as there were no disposable slippers that I could find, and I had to be careful when walking around the bed as I banged my leg a few times off the wooden bed frame which sticks out further than the mattress! No mirror in bedroom for using the hairdryer.
