Great location and good value. Some hiccups with check in due to house not cleaned on time. We arrived 5:30 and came back at 7 pm to check in. But it was the end of the long weekend that we checked in so housekeeping was likely very busy. All in all highly recommended.

Perfect location, cozy cabin and very affordable price. Would stay there anytime of the year!

Right in the campground and a pool close by and a great river for the kids to swim in. (Be sure to bring a tube!) was hard to find the first night. Just said on the left but first you need to turn right and then up the first right and then it’s on your left. It’s the only gray cabin.

This was the perfect spot for my family of 4 (kids 6 & 7)! The cabin is clean, check-in is easy, and the location is perfect! Close to the general store and Springdale shuttle stop #3. Also, close enough to walk to Zion’s main entrance if the shuttles are full. The kids loved the bunk beds and the pool in the campground. Perfect after a day of hiking! The space in the cabin is well-utilized and comfortable. We really enjoyed our time there!

Absolutely loved the little cabin. Well set up and in a great location. Easy check in. I had no complaints and would definitely stay here again. within walking distance to the National Park. We had a great time.

A nice little cabin in a perfect central spot for those who want to explore all areas of Zion NP. The staff and RV park guests were helpful and friendly! Cabin amenities for the kitchenette were nice. It’s the perfect place to rest after a long day of hiking.

The cabin was very clean and taken care of. It was located within steps of the bus pick up and food options. We loved our stay!

We loved this little cabin. It had everything we needed and the location hike nit have been better. We walked to the park from the cabin each day. So clean and cozy. We had 4 people on our group.

We did enjoy our time at the cabin, it is very compact, but comfortable. If you rent, please be sure you bring shampoo, conditioner, and a bath mat. They do provide a small bar of soap, a blow dryer and nice towels. In regards to the kitchen, you pretty much have to bring anything you might need including creamer and sugar for your coffee. They to provide a coffee pot and coffee but that’s about it.
For the price one pays for rental, I think the hosts could provide this additional items, but this is just my opinion.

stayed two nights comfortable sleeping. loved the place and location. we were not crazy about the chairs on the porch. but we spent 5 hours in the narrows and then showered and sat down, probably not a great idea. really enjoed scenery for the porch. clean place.

This cute cabin was the perfect place for our trip to Zion! Quiet campground within walking distance to the park and all that Springdale has to offer! Highly recommend staying here!!

This property is located perfectly from park visitors entrance to Zion and close to great restaurants. Shuttle is super easy and stops close to cabin. Pool is nice to use after a long hiking day. Porch on cabin great in evening to star gaze with favorite beverage. Owner replied quickly to questions and very helpful with information in the area. We loved our stay, although air conditioning was very loud but would have died without it. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

It is small, but plenty of cubbies, hooks, and shelving for items so it did not feel crowded even with our family of 4. Kids loved the bunk beds. Would definitely stay there again.

Directions to cabin were vague but we found it. Once arrived we found the sliding restroom door broke. Sent message to owner at 4pm and she replied by 9:30 pm that night and it got repaired 9 am the next day. Everything else was great!

We stayed for 6 nights and it was wonderful! Much better than tent camping and so much more convenient than trailer/van camping. We did van camping last year at the same location and the ease this cabin provides was well worth the extra money spent. We didn’t have to share a shower, bathroom, and we had all the amenities needed, such as a coffee maker and refrigerator. I haven’t even mentioned the views from this cabin are beyond beautiful! Smack dab in the middle of a valley surrounded by enormous mountains and the sunsets are to die for……a must see!

Small cabin that met our needs and quick walk to the Zion entrance and local food and grocery. Bunk room was great to give my teenager his own tiny space. Very happy that the hotel where scheduled for a conference was booked as this cabin was much better for me. Only recommendation is that you think about upgrading to a new coffee machine and maybe one comfy chair instead of table chairs. Overall, I would definitely book again.

I will never book with Andrea again. I booked knowing if I had to cancel I would not be eligible for a refund. We had a death in the family so I tried multiple times to contact Andrea as did the help center at VRBO about a change the date request which Andrea ignored. I've never had a host not respond. Any response would have been better than no response at all. Since we did not stay at the property this rating ONLY reflects our communication with the property manager. This was a horrible experience and by far the worst I've ever experienced ever in dealing with a property manager.

Wonderful stay! Awesome location. A new Kuerig machine is needed, shower curtain blows in on you when you shower- thus sticking to you. Door to bathroom is very squeaky making others wake up when you use it in the morning. Loved the campground, and the campfire we had! Can’t beat the location to have many fun filled days in the park. Spotted Dog is delicious right across the street. Thanks for letting us stay!

Family vacation
Our Massachusetts family of 4 stayed here as one of our 3 stops on a road trip from Phoenix to Salt Lake City. We had 3 days in Grand Canyon, 2 in Zion and 1 in Bryce. Overall the location is superb. Right on the Springdale shuttle line to get to Zion- accurately about 0.5 miles from the entrance. The area offers wonderful restaurants and views everywhere. We ate at the Spotted Dog which was amazing. The house was clean, the porch was perfect for relaxing after a day of hiking. Our kids loved the bunk beds (13 &14 year olds). The kitchenette was convenient- dishes, silverware, basic needs. We walked to the market across the street, which had everything we could need. The bathroom was clean and shower had plenty of hot water. We used the firewood and pit outside and the kids loved that! Only suboptimal things were there the vrbo listing was a bit different for directions to finding the house. There were new tiny houses in the front of the campground and ours was nestled behind to the right. The code to the door was incorrect from vrbo also- but the owner was easily accessible and got us right in. There were some ants in the kitchen and bunk beds, ant spray was under the sink -which helped. The ac was loud (but very effective!), we don’t mind the white noise, some might though. There wasn’t a true basic coffeemaker, which we had brought grounds for- we grabbed coffees across the street. We also definitely would have grilled of there was a grill provided outside. I also would suggest a portable cooktop inside for the kitchenette. The property was great and we loved our visit to Zion best of all the parks. We rented water socks, shoes and walking sticks from the Outfitter to hike the Narrows, by far our favorite hike - we would recommend staying here! Thank you for hosting us!

Perfect for Zion!
We really enjoyed our time here, and after initial complications with the VRBO app not showing our host’s phone number, we had great communication with our host Andrea.
The cabin was spotless, had everything we needed, and was perfect for our family of four after a long day of hiking.

Zion is lovely!
This is the only tiny house in a Campground so at first it felt kind if strange, but the location is great. So close to park entrance (walking distance), places to eat and shop. I would not recommend staying here if you have over 2 adults as it is a tight fit. Had some snags up front but Andrea was more than accommodating to rectify the situation. You cannot cook so be prepared to microwave only. But we enjoyed eating out! The Spotted Dog and Zion Brewery were our favorites.

Zion vacation
The cabin is pretty well thought out. The shelves above the counter make all the difference. It would have been nice to have a cook top but understand why you want to avoid it. A few details need to be addressed: 1. The microwave shelf has a lip that makes it impossible to open the microwave door. Remove the lip. 2. The bathroom door needs maintenance.

Zion cabin
Great location within walking distance to Zion park daily. Clean and perfect size for a couple. Didn’t realize it didn’t have any cookware. Would have used a crockpot if one was available. Loved the sweet treat of s’mores and firewood upon arrival. We will recommend this cabin. Wish there were more like it if friends came along.

Location, Location, Location
This is a clean and fairly new cabin located in an RV/Camping park that is right in the heart of Springdale. 5 minutes from the park entrance and walking distance from restaurants and other local areas. The scenery was beautiful and we couldn't have gotten a more central location from which to spend our 4 days at Zion. That was the good part of the location. The challenging part was that the cabin is situated on the edge of the RV park parking area entrance and parking lot, looking directly into parked cars and the driveway servicing the entire complex. 24 hours a day of in and out traffic, made it challenging to sleep or relax quietly in our cabin (if we were there). More unfortunate was the proximity to three large dumpsters, right next door, which made it impossible to sit outside for more than 15 minutes without the smell overtaking us. So - great relative location, but poorly situated in the actual location (especially considering the cost @200/night) makes this a 3 star experience, not a 5 star one. Hopefully they can move the cabin to a more secluded area and then we would definitely return, otherwise, probably not.

It was great!
The property owner responds quickly to question. The property is in an excellent location, surrounded by beautiful mountains, and only a 5-minute drive to most attractions within the Zion National Park.

VRBO
We enjoyed the stay very much. Unfortunately i cant say i was happy with VRBO. They sent us the wrong key code. And then they were supposed to email dinner for two for the inconvenience. They never sent it. They had us waiting two hours and they did return our call. The caretaker that lived in the back finally noticed we were waiting over two hours. It had nothing to do with the cabin. VRBO was horrible

Beware!! The “Tiny Cabin” is as cute and clean as can be. We loved staying there and the town is wonderful. I gave it a low score so you would read this review. Expedia and HomeAway is the problem here. When you reserve the cabin you could be changed a VERY large sum for a damage deposit. They added to many zeros at the end!! You won’t see the amount until you give your credit card information. They won’t let me tell you dollar amounts in this review or they won’t post it due to their policies. It may have been an error but I can’t seem to get through to ask anyone. The message says they have an unusual waiting time due to the Coronavirus. Do rent this cabin but be careful when you reserve it to review the changes before you book. The owner is very nice and is trying to help resolve the situation.

Great place to stay!
We had an amazing stay! This property is right outside the park and within walking distance from shuttles. The place was extremely clean and well kept! This property was one of the best VRBOs my son and I have used!
