Directly on the lakefront, the Lakeview apartment is a 3-bedroom luxury penthouse apartment designed for hassle free relaxation, complete with 6-person spa, 8 person dining space, lounge, Weber BBQ, chairs and sun lounges on a massive private rooftop terrace.
2pm late checkout for >95% bookings where possible.
The apartment is commercially cleaned after each guest. All linen/towels are provided and are commercially laundered. Spa is chemically balanced..
The apartment is only a 5-minute level stroll along the water to all the lifestyle attractions that The Entrance has to offer including the daily pelican feeding, boat and canoe hire, restaurants, Sunday markets and shops.
The apartment is situated within a resort style complex with access to a sparkling in-ground pool and games room. Secure underground parking for 2 cars is provided. There is lift access to the apartment from both street and car park level.
Decorated with high quality furnishings, this penthouse apartment is sure to delight and is perfect for families, couples or groups.
The apartment can comfortably sleep up to 8 people. There are 3 bedrooms. The main bedroom has a king bed (can be split in to 2 king singles) and the other 2 bedrooms each have 2 king single beds. There is also a pull-down queen bed in the lounge. There are 2 modern bathrooms (one an en-suite to bedroom 1), both with walk-in showers. The main bathroom also features a free-standing bath.
The stylish kitchen is fully equipped with a full-size fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, oven and stove top and coffee machine. Dinnerware and glassware for 8 is provided as well as plenty of acrylic ware for use in the spa and on the rooftop.
The large leather modular sofa in the lounge room will seat 6 comfortably with a 55" LCD flat screen TV, DVD player, XBOX One (with some family/G rated games) and Bluetooth speaker. In addition, the apartment has Free Wifi, Disney+, Netflix, Stan, Amazon and other streaming services.
The modern dining room setting comfortably seats 8.
The internal laundry is equipped with a washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron.
The lower level balcony has 3 chairs and a small side table. It provides access via a spiral staircase to the 100sqm north-east facing rooftop terrace that provides expansive water views of the pristine channel and Tuggerah Lake. It’s the perfect place to relax and take in the idyllic sunsets over Tuggerah Lake. It has a 6-person spa, 8 person dining space, lounge, Weber BBQ, chairs and sun lounges.
The apartment has a split system in the lounge/dining/kitchen area, a split system in the master bedroom and quiet ceiling fans in the other bedrooms for your comfort.
With linen and bathroom towels provided the only thing you need to bring is your bathers and a beach towel.
We use a noise monitoring device in the apartment; It does NOT record actual sounds or conversations, it simply monitors the noise level (measured in decibels). We monitor for excessive noise (e.g. continual loud music) between 10:30pm and 7am in the apartment. Boisterous conversation/laughter won’t trigger the monitor.

Stunning property in convenient quiet location, everything you need for a weekend away or longer. Six of us fitted comfortably in the beautiful apartment and having two bathrooms was very appreciated. Very clean and high quality furnishings. We didn't access the garage but there is ample street parking. Close to a great cafe and easy walking distance into the town centre. Host was most responsive when our first out of town guest arrived and she couldn't locate they key. Late check out meant no rushing in the morning of departure. Would definitely stay again!

Really enjoyed our long weekend together. Apartment was exactly as described. It was well stocked and very clean. Great location and rooftop was an excellent spot when sun set. It does need better instructions for the TV which required a tech savvy 12 year to work it out and more shades on the roof and around the pool.

The unit is large spacious and comfortable.
More than enough space for all of us, plus the additional sundeck complete with spa was a wonderful space for over looking the lake while enjoying a champers with friends!
Being just a quick walk into town to restaurants, boutiques and supermarkets the location is excellent

Absolutely fabulous, the apartment was so clean and had everything to make a relaxing break away, especially loved the spa. The location was perfect as you could walk to restaurants & shops, great therapy for my long time girlfriends catching up for the weekend. The owners were very accommodating, giving us 6 king singles for 6 ladies and the bedding was top quality & so comfortable. We were all very impressed with the apartment and the beautiful upstairs entertaining area. Spa was hot and clean and the views spectacular of both sunrise & sunset. The owners were always quick to respond to any query and accommodating of our requests. Great instructions of how to get in, where to park etc.. Food in the area was also great and hopefully we can explore further another time. Highly recommend a stay at this apartment.

Getaway at The Entrance
The property was clean and inviting. It has all the necessities ( and more ) for a great holiday.
Easy walk to the centre of the Entrance for meals etc. due to Covid there was less activity than on our previous visit and several shops, restaurants and cafes were closed or had retricted hours.
The pool and spa were great although there is some repairs required to the pool waterfall.
the unit had excellent views and was near the water. Next door neighbours properties were a bit untidy and noisy at night.
All in all a good place for a holiday and a well presented unit.

This property is just amazing! We thoroughly enjoyed staying here and highly recommend it for families! We were two families with 4 teenage boys between us. The apartment was spacious, decorated beautifully and the rooftop terrace overlooking the lake, and spa bath was a massive hit with the boys - spectacular sunsets from up there too! The owners of this property Byron and Maggie have spared no expense to ensure visitors feel welcome and are very comfortable. We felt totally at home here from the minute we arrived. There was not a single thing missing you could possibly need - down to board games, books, even an xbox which our 4 teenage boys loved! The location is also perfect - it's quite peaceful and quiet, however just a short walk to the town centre and beaches. Already looking for an excuse to come back!!
