Forgotten items will never be found at this hotel

I forgot an item and went back the next day to get it but the housekeeper confronted me in a very rude way trying to prove that there was nothing left behind even though I’m 100% positive that I left it in the cupboard ~ The item was stolen and they did not even have the decency to wait few days before taking it. Extremely disappointing

Aussen hui, innen pfui, schade!

Frühstücksbuffet bietet alles was das Herz begehrt! Kleine Tiefgarage vorhanden! Auf den ersten Blick schönes Zimmer!

Zimmer 605 erhalten! Finger weg- zumindest von diesem Zimmer/Suite!! Auf der großen Terrasse ist ein riesiger Ventilator der die ganze Nacht derart laut brummt, dass es das Schlafen unmöglich macht! Selbst bei geschlossenen Fenstern und Türen! Leider war im Zimmer auch alles sehr schmutzig dafür aber stark parfümiert. (Ganzes Hotel ist parfümiert) Bett war halbwegs sauber, aber keine Handtücher und kein WC Papier im Bad, erst auf Nachfrage erhalten. Nach Beschwerde haben wir zumindest die Hälfte des Betrages zurück bekommen!

Sehr gute Auswahl beim Frühstück. Große Zimmer inkl Duschzeug und Fön.

Das Zimmer war für 3 Personen gebucht, aber nur für 2 ausgestattet: nicht genug Handtücher und Toilettenpapier.

I'll definitely come back and stay at this hotel. Great for a short business trip.

Close to the airport. Clean, modern, v spacious bedrooms, comfortable, friendly and helpful staff.

Breakfast ok could could have been better. Bathroom smelled of drains the day we arrived. By second day, it was better.

The hotel does not correspond to a 4-star hotel

The staff were all friendly, and polite. They tried to show a high-quality service (mostly unnecessary like bringing your small suitcases to your rooms). But as they didn't speak much English it was difficult to explain how they could help us.

The breakfast was poor. There always was a problem with clean tables, napkins, and cups. The hotel staff just were very slow in preparing the place for the next guests. They also had torn towels and blanket covers.

Troppo poco tempo ma lo consiglio!

Siamo stati di passaggio per un cambio programma dell'ultimo secondo. L'hotel si trova a 5 minuti di macchina dall'aeroporto. La ragazza che ci ha accolti in receptionist molto gentile e sa fare bene il suo lavoro. Abbiamo avuto un upgrade ricevendo una bellissima suite junior. Camera pulitissima attrezzata di tutto e di più. Il portiere notturno molto gentile, ci ha offerto la colazione seppur avevamo lasciato l'hotel alle 4.30 del mattino. Colazione più che abbondante, con affettati, formaggi, yogurt, torta e frutta fresca. Troppo poco tempo per goderci a pieno tutto il comfort. Da tornarci e da consigliare!!

Séjour agréable dans un hôtel situé dans un quartier tranquille la nuit

Personnel très sympathique Les chambres (la mienne en tout cas) sont spacieuses et confortables. L’hôtel est raisonnablement proche du centre-ville.

Eau chaude par intermittence, ce qui peut rendre la prise d’une douche problématique en hiver. Télévision mal réglée.

Petit déjeuner peu fourni pour un européen,pas de jus d'orange, choix limité. Si vous arrivez quelques minutes après l'horaire limite, on ne vous accorde même pas le droit d'un petit café ou thé.

Go elsewhere

Was here a year ago and gave it top marks despite having to switch rooms due to poor wifi. Well this time it get what it deserves. Hotel is a clean business style hotel nearish airport but Almost deserves no stars as there is effectively no wifi. Thought would have been corrected by now but was useless Also had a flight cancellation that had hoped front desk might help with but they were as bad as the wifi. Wont stay here again

great for staying overnight near the airport. nothing fancy

nice and clean. small hotel which was in a secluded area which was quiet

the living room bed/sofa wasn’t made up and despite asking nothing happened. asked for another cot and was told there weren’t any so we all had to cram into the large bed. breakfast lacked a lot of basic hot food such as a nice cup of coffee
