Amazing stay, with friends and a great host.

The property is a spacious, clean and a very well positioned property, with it being not too far from malaga and not too far from torremolinos. The host was amazing and had great communication throughout the whole trip, being friendly but still remaining professional. The facilities in the house were great, wifi was amazing, pool was fantastic and overall was the best place i’ve ever stayed in.

Lovely home on a hill. Two thumbs up

The location was great, the view was spectacular! The garden was beautiful, the pool was perfect and heated. Nice shared living spaces. The villa didnt feel like a rental. It felt like a very lived in home because it was. Some people may not like that, but we did because it felt warm and welcoming. The host was super super nice and made sure we were ok and gave useful recommendations. Very responsive too. Highly recommend this place to make wonderful memories. I look forward to coming back.

The rooms were smaller than it appears in the photo but were still comfortable. There were only 2.5 toilet and baths for the whole place which was quite odd for such a big house. HOWEVER, that was clear in the description so we knew what we were getting into. The airconditioning was locked to not go below 23 degrees. Would have wanted to be able to adjust even down to 20.

Had a fantastic hassle free holiday

Wow Villa was amazing it had everything we needed for our holiday. Owners were always on hand if we needed anything. Would highly recommend this villa.

An excellent location for a big group of friend with lovely evenings on the patio admiring the view.

Location was excellent with easy access to Malaga albeit by Taxi/Uber. Lovely views from the verandah and air-conditioned rooms were a real bonus. The villa owner responded quickly to any questions we raised both before and during our stay.

As this was such a big house with so many rooms, some more information about location of items, specifically in the kitchen would have been very helpful, We couldn't find a cutting/bread board and all the kitchen knives were blunt. The patio furniture was of the cheap plastic style and were flimsy. One of the chair legs broke during our stay.

Exceptional

Really nice and big house. We and the kids really enjoyed the big heated pool. Really nice big terrace where we had breakfasts and dinners with a magnificent view. Nice grilling area. Fermin is a very attentive host. He gave us a lot of helpful recommendations. La Yaya seafood is higlhy recommended :) He brought us two new sunbeds, because two older ones were too worn for Him, not us! The Villa is in a picturesque little town Alhaurin de la Torre, which is just minutes away from beaches by car. Really loved the stay!

There was really nothing not to like.

Exceptional

The property was beautifully presented. In superb surroundings. Our host Fermin was exceptional. Nothing was to much trouble . Close proximity to airport & local amenities. Superb for families. Highlights of the property was the fantastic views from the veranda and sun terrace. The pool was really good fun for the adults and kids and the bar area was the added bonus!!!

There’s nothing to dislike about the property. Would recommend car hire .

Fabulous Family Holiday

13 of us (inc 3 children) stayed at El Pipero celebrating my 60th. Fermin the host and his son met us on arrival showed us around and are really friendly and helpful. Fermin had already given me lots of info re taxis, supermarkets and eateries etc by text before arrival. There was fresh fruit, milk, water and fizzy drinks for us in the fridge and coffee if you wanted it and even a birthday cake for the senior 😁 guest; a very nice touch. The villa is very well equipped with cutlery, crockery, pots, pans (inc paella) coffee machines etc and loads of fridge/freezer space if you want to stock up with provisions! We felt safe and secure throughout, with the electric gates and intercom access system. There was plenty of space for everyone with aircon throughout keeping us comfortable in the 39 degree heat! The bar room and adjacent patio is the heart of the villa with loads of family seating, inside and out; shade if you want it and lovely views to the mountains. There is a nice big bbq area with basic equipment and a really handy outdoor sink. The garden is very well maintained and compliments the villa. The swimming pool was clean and warm and the steps make it nice for the little ones to get in and out, or just splash about in the shallows. The main pool area ranged from about 1mtr to 1.75mtr and is about 8mtr x 4mtr which we found more than adequate. There are several nice quality sun beds surrounding the pool and a few blow-up pool toys for the kids.

Although its only a fairly short walk to a supermarket that has almost all of the basics and the (very good) Valentino's ice cream shop, its a bit of an uphill slog on the the way 'home' so beware and avoid the heat of the day.
