The location cannot have been better. It was just what we needed with enough space for our family of 4

The shower is ridiculous on the main floor. It's perfect if you're short but there should be a fitting for people who are taller and at least want to wash their hair. Something should be done about the damp too in that shower. We stayed in the first floor apartment thankfully as there are no stairs. Only problem with that though is that every time the front door buzzer went off we heard it along with the bagging of the front gate as no one closed it gently, they just allowed it to bang shut

Location is fabulous!!! Apt is unique duplex.

Had a problem with entry code. Delayed our entry to the apt. Host tried to help and did .

Very convenient location close to Old City

Location and size

Could have had better amenities. Not enough pods for coffee maker for 2 people for 3 days. Could have used a floor mat in the bathroom. There is a disturbed child somewhere next door who screams all night. Also you can hear traffic from the street. Need to better soundproof the apartment.

Very good and convenient location, friendly staff, clean, rooms are well equipped.

Quite noisy crowd every night outside in front of the building. Unfortunately there is NO lift to take the luggage up/down to the upper floors, what makes it very hard to move in/out your room. In some rooms air conditioners hang at the walls RIGHT OPPOSITE the BED, blowing directly onto your head/body making it extremely COLD.h

wonderful location and clean apartment.

The location was excellent. Access was very easy. The location can't be beat - right in Mamilla and across from the Jaffa Gate.

The shower was a little cramped. Not necessarily a problem with the hosts, but staying for just one night made the total cost a little high with all the fees that an online booking entails.

Great location with great layout of the unit

I absolutely loved the close proximity of the room to the old city, but it is on the corner of some busy streets so it can be noisy until later at night. We were a family of 5,so i really appreciated the two bathrooms with showers. The unit had some wear and tear,but in general it was in great condition. We had some trouble finding the unit and get in it but the owner was quick to respond and help us get in.

I wish the shower had a regular shower head not only the hand held one.

Fine if you must

The location was great, check in was easy and the apartment was mostly as pictured.

The bathrooms had mold, peeling paint and were not properly clean. The drain of the downstairs shower was clogged. Not a great apartment for little kids -- one bed in the loft was against the railing over the living room and there are stairs everywhere.

PERFECT !!!

I started this journey in a very pleasant way! the room is spacious, beautiful, clean, has all the benefits a family needs, nice, kichen, two bathrooms, refrigerator, even a small baby cot that we didn't use, but we noticed it! the staff was more than kind, they always asked us if everything was fine and that they were at our disposal for any questions... the bed was very comfortable, close to the Old City... perfectly effective!! thank you friends for staying!!

Perfect location, nice apartment!

The location was amazing! Just steps away from the Jaffa Gate and many restaurants. It was very walkable. The lofted space made it feel spacious.

There was very little hot water. Even when we turned on the water heater, we only had a couple minutes of hot water. During this summer this is ok, but it was cold outside.

- near to Mamilla Mall, New Gate, Jaffa Gate, exchange houses, atms, supermarket, restaurants, City Hall station - Cozy Apartment good for 5 people or families - Very accommodating host Mr Khalil - We love the apartment feels like our home away from home ❤️

if you want to see the sights in Jerusalem, this is the perfect place for 3 to 4 people!

The location is 11/10. Beds were comfortable, fold out sofa was large enough, and espresso machine was nice. parking under the Mamila shopping center was super convenient, and at 48 NIS per day an unbelievable bargain. There was enough space to hang clothes, and Lots of hot water.

bathroom was a little complicated, water got everywhere and it was difficult to clean up

Perfect location

Perfect location in the Centre of everything. Walking distance from Jaffa street, the market and the Old city is literally a stone through away. Appartment was beautiful.

Very noisy as they were doing construction. Luckily it is only temporary. Would have been nice getting a change of towels during our stay.

Perfect location. Walked every inch of Jerusalem. Value for money.

The location was perfect. Host most helpful, especially when digital door lock failed and when the shower drain overflowed into apartment. He also organised an excellent taxi to airport.

The shower drain does need attention, we had to clear it out a few times. Bathroom fan needs cleaning. Floor under double bed dusty.

altho short I’m glad I stayed there.

amazingly convenient. there’s a small path that led to the Jaffa Gate of the old city, about 5 stroll. parking across the street or in the Mamilla Parking (like 60 shekels for a day but every time you drive out you’ll have to pay again). if you park in the Mamilla Parking, park on 2/F there’s a door that exit to the outdoor stairs of the mall, where you walk up, turn left and that’s the path to the property. the beautiful building. high ceiling. fully equipped kitchenette (altho we didn’t use) king size bed cleaner Muslim lady Susan is gentle, sweet & kind we had Apartment #2 which was on the ground level which makes moving luggages easy. otherwise it’s a walk up

only 1 lighting structure so once you turn off the lights you walk in the dark to your bed. no shower door so after shower the floor is flooded no hook for towels two more pillows would make it better (now only 2)
