Colazione inclusa in realtà non inclusa

La struttura è comoda come posizione, dotata di parcheggio privato e gratuito per i villeggianti.

Abbiamo soggiornato (io e la mia famiglia) 3 giorni. La colazione è inclusa (dalle 7 alle 10) e abbiamo scelto la struttura proprio per questo motivo (per praticità avendo 2 bambini). 2 giorni su 3 non si sono presentati, il portone dove veniva servita era chiuso a chiave. Non eravamo soli, altre persone hanno avuto lo stesso trattamento e spero lo recensicano. Il primo giorno, una volta rientrati, abbiamo chiesto se fosse successo qualcosa (dato che non vi era nemmeno un biglietto attaccato alla porta) e lo staff ha fatto finta di non saperne nulla. Nemmeno la buona volontà di scusarsi. La colazione era ovviamente pagata ma è proprio la mancanza di scuse (anche un biglietto, una email o un messaggio sarebbero bastati) ad averci lasciato senza parole. Il secondo giorno una coppia ha chiamato e è stato detto che, se avevano fretta, potevano andare al bar. Proprio perchè avevano chiamato (il giorno prima non abbiamo chiamato e non è venuto nessuno) alle 9 è arrivato il proprietario, alle 9.20 ha portato la colazione. Nemmeno una parola, nemmeno una scusa, nemmeno un saluto. Chi aveva ragione? Erano le 8.30 quando siamo scesi, non le 7 e non le 10. Non dare un servizio indicato è inaccettabile. Almeno avvisate la prossima volta.

If you would like to spent your holiday with cockroaches, take it!

Staff or was very unwilling and unpleasant. we only stayed there one night instead of three. There was issues with air conditioner, it did not cold, only fan worked. The declared breakfast from 7.30 was not even served at eight. And we had cockroach in bathroom - Accommodation provider told us, that cockroach must have come from outside through the open balcony and he has nothing to do with it and his hotel is clean - probably also thanks to the cleaning, there was mold in the bathroom. We left early without the right to a refund of the remaining amount.

Nice accommodation but full of adventures and... surprises..

Comfortable, spacious room, very large terrace, clean, kind staff.

Personnel without experience! The housekeeper folded our used towels every day, so we never knew which one of us used it. She placing the used bidet towels over the face towels. 🙈 The breakfast was quite poor. They never respected the breakfast time. On the first day, instead of 7:30, the receptionist only appeared at 8:45 and started bringing something to the table. Too late, we had already given up. We waited so long in the yard. It was the start of the season and the young people there, without the experience, but they were trying. Maybe they will get everything ready for the season. And don’t go there with your car. The parking space is not safe.

The room was clean. Very good pizza. Lovely staff.

You can hear everything from everyone. I could hear the neighbors snoring, cutting the nails even😂The walls are very thin. I couldn't rest. The terrace it's nice but it still needs some repairing. The paint from the walls felt out. We had breakfast included but because the restaurant was closed we had some croissants,milk and cereals in the room. You had to pay for the water bottle water (weird). Same thing everyday. TV it's smart but not really. The restaurant terrace was very messy. I get that it was closed but it looked like there was a hurricane. Chairs fallen off everywhere, broken glass. Maybe because was the las week of September was this situation...

Clean and modern with everything you need

Room was great - bathroom modern and clean and the terrace is big (though its pretty open can see next door etc). The staff were friendly and helpful, staying late to ensure we checked in ok. Can see vesuvius right from the terrace! It seemed a bit far out but we felt safe and comfortable staying here. I get why its a good location for hiking etc (unfortunately that wasnt us!)

We went in low season so found it difficult to get to the hotel. From the train station we had to walk as there were no taxis, which took us nearly an hour with suitcases. The staff were shocked to hear this and we then found out you get a local taxi (looks like a people carrier taxi) which is shared and flagged like a bus. This only cost €1 and made the journey back much easier! Breakfast you had to order the night before which I found unusual.

The place is amazing the the host is very helpful, I was not able to understand they wrote it down on a paper for me how to travel n all, I highly recommend this...

For a solo travellers the location is lil had to get , but I like walking it's 17 min walk from the station... But if you have a car then it's perfect

Very relaxing with a beautiful view over the bay of Naples to Capri and Ischia.

The view from the breakfast room was great. Capri was just across the bay. Nina and Salvatore are very friendly and very helpful. Nina speaks very good English and Salvatore understands quite well. The breakfast is good and plentiful. The fresh sea food in the restaurant was very good.

The hotel itself is fine. Nothing to complain about. But the town is very run down. Pavements are broken all over, most buildings are falling apart. There is litter and junk all over the place. The beaches are expensive and the water is dirty and they offer very little, other than an umbrella and deckchairs.

Superb

Our room had a well renovated bathroom with a large shower. Very clean. Dinner was excellent. The owner was friendly. Breakfast was better than most in Italy, with their usual buffet replaced by a large pre-booked selection. (for COVID restrictions). The location was good for being close to the airport (20-30mins by car). Also a 5 min walk to the beach area. Private parking. Good value for money.

The hotel location is not great but is close to the sea and the airport.
