Plentiful windows make this bright, inviting, well appointed, remodeled home a gem. 180 degree views of California's magnificent coast and of the Bodega Bay.

We have everything you could want to make your stay a delight, just bring your clothes and food...everything else is already here.

This home sits on a hill above the fishing village of Bodega Bay only minutes away from renown Napa, Russian River, Sebastopol, Calistoga and Sonoma wineries. Property backs up to a green belt, insuring quiet and a lovely view of the ocean and bay.

Sleeps 4. Master bedroom has a king bed and the guest bedroom has a king bed and two twins.

Baths are both tiled and the master has a heated tile floor and heated bidet. Both have showers and the tubs are large and great for soaking.

Full sized washer and dryer. Home is well stocked with bed linens and towels, a well appointed kitchen with coffee pot, espresso machine, microwave, pots pans, cooking utensils, wok, electric skillet.

The home has a deck around 75% of the house allowing for plenty of outside time and great views, a picnic table, cafe table and additional outdoor table that seats 4 .The house backs up to a greenbelt.

King beds are adjustable Sleep Number beds.

Interesting Facts
The design and orientation of the home's structure has been built to look like a bow of a boat headed to sea. The interior is a masterpiece of old growth timber beams and ship joinery.

House was nice and cozy. Perfect place for two couples. Property owner was responsive on a few concerns. Bbq situation was not very good but we managed to get our food done. Enjoy the beautiful weather!!

The house was amazing! Clean, comfortable, and quiet. The furniture was comfortable and there was everything needed to cook and eat in. The sunsets from the house were beautiful! We did not want to come home.

We really enjoyed our stay. The weather up on the hill seems like a small pocket of clear weather when the fog rolls in. The house had beautiful views, and the couch and recliners were perfectly positioned to gaze out the large picture windows. The kitchen was great, well appointed with pots, pans, dishes etc. the coffee options were especially nice.

We stayed here with another couple so having 2 king sized beds was a big selling point. The home was immaculate and very comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the deck enjoying the views. The bidet was a wonderful surprise! I loved that the home was well organized and had everything you needed but hadn't become a dumping ground for items that are no longer needed in the main residence of the owners. The only thing that was missing - and this is just being picky - was a vegetable steamer basket. Everything else was provided and the quality of the cookware, linens, etc. was good. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back. Thank you for opening up your beautiful home to us!

This house was exactly as described. The two of us had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy ourselves. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to prepare our meals. The neighborhood is very quiet, nice for taking walks.

We intended to just get away and relax - no big plans! This house is perfect for that - comfortable, spacious, GREAT outdoor space, all the necessities! Minor questions were answered very quickly. We would definitely rent again.

Super comfortable house, with great views, well equipped and comfy. Kitchen has everything you need, beds are great and lots of space to hang out. Host was easy to connect with. Quiet at night. Came with my 92 year old mom who has some mobility challenges and it was great that there were only a couple of steps to get into the house. I should definitely rent again.

This is a perfect Beach House. A lovely neighborhood, house sits up on the Hill looking out towards the ocean. But the backyard is a must. The views of Bodega Harbour and the Russian River are amazing, especially if you have a sunny day. We loved it here.

We walked in and immediately felt at home. The house really does have everything you need - nice blankets, pillows, towels and kitchenware. We were especially impressed by the variety of herbs and spices as well as all the pots and pans and cooking utensils. However, we could not figure out how to turn on the ice maker even after looking at suggestions online so we just bought ice in town. The listing does mention a hot tub but we didn't find one although the master bedroom has a soaker tub. Both bathrooms have tubs but no walk-in shower which could be an issue for someone with limited mobility. The bidet was too tall for a shorter person in our group. The area surrounding the house is quiet and beautiful with wonderful open space behind it. We enjoy watching birds and there were plenty, including many hummingbirds. One reviewer mentioned walking to the beach - that would be a pretty long walk but it's a short drive. Overall, this is a nice comfortable home with many upgrades and a few minor imperfections (broken blind slats.) And really, you can't beat the views!

What a beautiful home that welcomed us a family not renters! Everything in the home was perfect and well equipped for our stay. The views of Bodega bay from the house & deck were stunning and added to our experience. The neighborhood/development is well cared for and very quiet. The bonus for us was the house was 5 minutes from the Bodega Bay Links golf course. We a grateful to have found this beautiful home to celebrate our 65th birthdays... We will be back (Hopefully). Thanks again for allowing us to share your beautiful home!

This home was the perfect getaway week-end for a birthday surprise for my husband. It is lovely and well stocked with thoughtful touches. We lacked for nothing and would stay here again. The area is quiet and has a nice view of the water.

The views were beautiful! The house had everything you’d need and was clean and spacious. The only downfall for us was that both showers were shower/tub combos (which is nothing negative towards this house, just our needs). This would be a wonderful house for a family to rent.

Great kitchen and dinning area. Bedrooms and bathrooms very clean and equipped. The wrap around deck had locations for sun in the morning and afternoon and even a small area to shelter if the coastal winds got strong.

Love the Bodega area. We enjoyed this single story gem to celebrate, catch up, relax on the deck in this beautiful, quiet neighorhood. Highly recommend that you bring your groceries and beverages. The house was perfect for my wife and I and our two teenage daughters, and there was room for more. The house was very clean and was well apportioned with everything needed for meal prep and personal hygiene. The views from the living room and wrap-around deck were stunning. We enjoyed star-gazing under the reasonably dark skies with the Milky Way clearly visible. My wife and I grew up in Sebastopol, so we knew what to expect in terms of the area. We had a great time hiking at Bodega Head and took a short trip up to Goat Rock during our (too short!) two night stay. We would definitely rent this property again!

Loved getting away for some cool breezes of ocean air. We enjoyed starting each morning with coffee on the deck listening to the sea lions and staring at the ocean. Beautiful home for our family of 3. Thank you for having all the cooking amenities we could have needed!

A delightful three days at Dubloon, a sweet house on the hill with a great view of the bay. This was our second stay, and the house seemed even better supplied with kitchen stuff and bath linens than before. Clean and spacious for a two-bedroom, perfect for just the two of us. We'll be back.

We had a nice stay with our small children in this house. It’s in a great location with a view of the ocean. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen is well-stocked. There were crumbs on the kitchen counter when we arrived and a bit of an ant problem in the kitchen. Other than that, it’s a great house!

Our home was a beautiful, large home located in a nice area of established well kept homes. Ours was in a quiet cup-de-sac. It had all the amenities we could ask for and the kids enjoyed the WII and Prime Video. The seating patio area was so nice. We enjoyed as many meals as possible looking at the ocean!

Over all it was nice, great views. Had problems with ants all over the home, even in beds. Tv and dvd remotes had dead batteries and it was difficult to control and figure out. I think previous guest may have disconnected some of the HDMI cables?
