VISIT ENGLAND GOLD AWARD FOR EXCELLENCE
This exceptional apartment occupies one of the best positions in West Looe, standing high between the road and river. While the private entrance is level with the road, after climbing just four internal stairs you will find that you are three floors above the riverside quay and enjoying unobstructed views of the harbour, bridge and river and down to the sea. The apartment will accommodate six persons in spacious comfort. It has full gas central heating, double glazing, and good quality furniture, carpets and equipment throughout. There is a large bay window with a seating area overlooking the harbour, and a side window with seating overlooking West Looe Square and the town. The lounge is some 21ft long and is generously furnished with deep comfortable seating, casual tables and Smart T.V. There are three double bedrooms, all with attractive soft furnishings, fitted wardrobes and dressing table. Two bedrooms have twin beds and overlook the harbour and the third bedroom at the rear of the property has a king size bed. The bathroom has a full size suite with shower attachment in the bath and there is a separate shower room with a large shower compartment, second W.C. and washbasin.
The dining room seats six and a French window leads onto the long glass fronted balcony. Part of the extensive range of kitchen units form a convenient servery to the dining room and the kitchen is well equipped with a gas cooker, fridge with small freezer, dishwasher, and microwave etc. It is fully equipped with crockery, cutlery, utensils, glassware and table linen. The utility room off the hall contains the central heating boiler, washing machine, drying lines, iron and ironing board etc. An initial supply of toilet rolls, kitchen rolls, washing up liquid, dishwasher tabs etc is provided for your convenience.
The position of this beautifully appointed apartment could hardly be bettered with shops, pubs, restaurants, the harbour and beach all immediately to hand and with the benefit of off road parking for one car (on a first come first served basis) immediately adjacent to the accommodation. Fantastic aparment
What a beautiful apartment. It was like walking into a mansion. Definitely a little tardis. Everything you would need and more inside and all beds and seating so comfy. The views are superb from all front windows and the balcony, you have no need to go anywhere as it changes hourly. We certainly didn't want to leave and will be coming back again dates permitting next year. Thank you for a beautiful holiday.

Super accommodation
Absolutely loved West Quay 5 , fantastic location , very comfortable , spacious and airy . Fabulous window views . Well equipped , clean & comfortable . We stay in Looe for two weeks every year to not just enjoy Looe but the fantastic music festival . Just gutted we couldn't get it for 2028 as it had already been booked out !!
