Bohaté a výborné snídaně, vstřícnost, ochota a zájem personálu - v den příjezdu měla dcera narozeniny, dostala na pokoj hezký dort . Každý den čistý bazen. Možnost úschovy cykl. kol do zamykatelné garáže zdarma. Vzdálenost k moři, tak i do centra. Pokoj s výhledem na moře.

Excellent place to stay with amazing & friendly staff!

The staff were so friendly and welcoming! The hotel was extremely pristine and beautiful! The breakfast was the best we’ve ever had at a hotel. The food was fresh, tasty and gourmet! We traveled with our 10 month old and the room was perfect, 2 rooms with a shared bathroom (one of the rooms had a crib which was fantastic)! The hotel was about 8 mins drive to town, parking was easy to find. The pool was beautiful and very clean, practically had it to ourselves. The hotel is also in front of a park/ beach cove that had a couple of restaurants, trails to walk or bike on! Great location!!! We will recommend this wonderful place to family and friends and will come back!! Thank you Residence Vaal!!

Comfortable bed and pillows, good breakfast, clean and spacious swimming pool, air conditioner in every room, close to a few beach options, friendly reception.

Housekeeping can be loud in the morning when cleaning other rooms. I woke up at times from the noise around 8.30 am. Coffee quality for breakfast can be improved.

Fabulous hotel & area

This is a great family run boutique hotel. It is well located for Cuvi beach and Rovinj. There are plenty of fantastic restaurants in Rovinj. The Delfin sunset boat ride is well worth doing as well as visits to vineyards & olive producers. It is a great area for cycling & walking & the hotel is stylish, comfortable, friendly & clean. As others have said, the breakfasts are fabulous, lots of home cooked vegetables & pastries. All round a great find.

We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend the hotel.

The presentation and quality of the food was excellent, with variations each day, The pool area was very relaxing with staff on hand if you needed anything. The location was quiet but within walking distance of the beautiful coast and a short walk into town with lovely restaurants. I would highly recommend the hotel excellent on all fronts.

Stumble into the lap of luxury with this property located in the outskirts of the city.

Family owned and run business with very attentive staff. it had modern and chic decor. Generous breakfast with many local and international menu options. parking in front of the property.

Very high tech fixtures/appliances in the room with minimal instructions. LED lights everywhere, on the walls and the ceiling, interfering with sleep.

Great base for visiting Rovinj and central Istria

This is a thoughtfully designed residence with some 16 rooms set over 2 floors. We had a first floor room with a balcony looking out onto the nearby coast. Probably better views from rooms on the floor above. The room was serviced daily and the residence was kept super clean. We met the owner at check-in. He was very helpful and provided advice on nearby attractions and made suggestions on dining options in Rovinj - very worthwhile and much appreciated. The breakfast buffet was varied and extensive - you will certainly not leave your breakfast table hungry. Fresh pastries and cake provided daily. Would definitely return if visiting this region of Croatia in future.

All perfect. No complaints nor suggestions for improvement.

Wonderful hotel! The rooms are very clean and just like the pictures. The property is very nice and well maintained. The best part was the breakfast, it was one of the best I have had. I've eaten in a lot of hotels but this one was phenomenal. So many things were homemade, they even had " knedle" which are plum dumplings. I highly recommend this place. Would definitely come here again!

Modern property, smart lighting. Closest to the beach in that part of town. The breakfast was excellent as promised.

The residence is located close to the sea (5 min by feet) in a quite neighbour about 15 min to the city center. The breakfast is excellent. The room are really clean.

Just a suggestion: the receptionist could give more information (e.g. bike rental or other info about beaches,etc).

Beautiful small hotel on very nice quiet location and perfect breakfast.

Everything was excellent - rooms, location of the residence, views. Breakfast was exquisite, lot of choice - savoury and sweeet, all homemade. Every day new selection of home made cakes is baked, and you could use the breakfast lounge the whole day if you needed to sit down.

All was perfect!
