Fantastic, loved the location, size of the apartment, and Mara, the manager, was awesome!

The location was fantastic, it was right on the main walking strip. I was worried about noise, but nada, no noise from the street. The apartment was larger than others that I've stayed in Athens, the bathroom (in particular) was bigger, with a bathtub. There were 2 A/Cs, one in the bedroom and the other in the living room... so nice and cool all around. The room came with complementary snacks, there were additional pillows and blacket in the closet, enough drawers for our clothes, and 2 TVs, one in the bedroom and there other in the living room. I think the couch can be pulled out if you have more than 2 people. While Mara didn't have to, she went out her way to meet us as we arrived earlier than 3 pm, opened the lock box for us, handed us the keys and walked us thru' the apartment. She was quick to respond to any messages I sent her via Booking chat (like can I drink the water from the tap - yes)

Perfecta ubicación para un viaje a Atenas

La localización del apartamento no puede ser mejor, las vistas de la acropolis desde la terraza son muy bonitas,, sobre todo de noche. El apartamento está en una calle muy tranquila pero a la vez muy cerca tanto de la acrópolis como de restaurantes y cafeterías. Es muy céntrico para moverte por todos los puntos de interés de Atenas. El apartamento está muy limpio y tienes todo lo necesario, la cocina está equipada, el baño es amplio y las camas son muy cómodas. El trato con la dueña ha sido muy bueno, nuestro vuelo salía tarde el día del checkout y nos permitió alargar nuestra estancia un poco más. Si volviéramos a Atenas, seguramente volveríamos a este apartamento.

No podría decir nada, incluso tienen plancha, que no me lo esperaba.

All in all, not what we expected. Negative.

The location of the apartman was good. It was relative well equiped.

So first of all, there is no usable balcony. The sight from the "balcony" wich is 30cm deep you have extraordinary bad view to a wall on one side wich is one-two meter away, on the other side you see directly in/on an abandoned house with homeless people in it. The apartman was unpretending. After taking a bath, the water came back from the sink-hole in the floor. It was a mess. Cracks in the wall, lots of dirty places. Checkin: If you are not willing to send your scanned ID/Passport online you are forced to go the office to get the checkin data, wich is 1.5km away.

Amazing flat with amazing location and views.

Location, location, location! This was perfectly located near all the city sites, a 10 minute walk to the Parthenon entrance. Flat is on the second floor with an elevator if needed. The added rooftop seating has spectacular views of the entire city and the outdoor movie theatre next door. Air-conditioning was wonderful after a day of long tours in the sun.

Needs a little updating in bathroom. Would be nice if stocked with minimal spices e.g. salt and pepper. A washing machine would put this flat over the top with a couple drying racks, most renters need to do laundry during stay and the closest facility is a 1.7 km walk.

We really enjoyed our stay and we would recommend this apartment. The location was very good and the apartment was big and very cosy. It is important to note that there is no view from the apartment balcony but the roof top has an incredible view.

Great location near Acropolis and several good restaurants. Good supermarket within easy walking distance.

Difficult to get keys from lockbox. Wi-Fo very slow. Getting right channel / Netflix on TV complicated with 2 remotes.

Best location!

nothing can beat this location! And the staff gets 100/10 from me!

well, it is not really luxury and there are issues here and there. however I was absolutely impressed by the staff - everything they could do to help us they did. and our last night we had a problem, which basically meant we were to miss our flight. It was thanks to the amazing staff that works during night (the gentleman was solving our problems at 4 a.m., at all times super friendly and positive!) that we actually made it.

Perfect location for Historical Athens and it’s attraction’s. The apartment was ideal for a couple with a comfortable bed and relaxing lounge area. The roof garden views are amazing.

we loved the location. great location, close to the center.

absolutely disgusting- really dirty bed. the bed covers had huge stains and smelled AWFUL. the bathroom? No proper shower curtain so water gets everywhere and because there is no air ventilation, it smells god awful in the morning. so despite the wonderful location, the place itself is not as advertised and was really disappointing.

The location is wonderful, close to everything. The room is clean and great value.

The check in and a key collection was done by a drop box and was easy and very simple

The water heating situation meant that we could bnot easily have a bath. (the water did not stay warm enough) and after Athens marathon a nice bath would have been great. Also there was ano washer/dryer in the facilities and so that was a challenge with all our laundry.

The location is close by a Fantastic yogurt bar and every morning Paul would give us recommendations on combinations of fruits and honey. A great way to start the day. The support and service of staff was friendly and werre very quick to address our needs and questions. The location is perfect and the view spectatcular from the rooftop.

Could not have a bath (hot water situation was not ideal) after the marathon. We also missed that there are no laundary services in the apartment complex. We stayed for 4 days and no new towels and no way to wash them ourselves. the support team told us of where ro find a self laundry but it would be great to have this in the complex.

Great location, great view (but only from the terrace, not from the rooms ...). Rooms are a bit worn out, but functional and equipped with all basic stuff like coffee, cleaning material and a bottle of water in the fridge. Though no personal contact is intended, host was very helpful and arranged perfect airport transfer.

The apartment could do with a little make over. Views from the rooms are really not the best, but you go there for the great attractions outside, anyway. Roof terrace offers brilliant view (including the open air cinema next door ;-) but could be tended more, e.g. little lights, parasol and the occasional plant or so ...

Good place to stay, but if you will need support, you're in deep trouble....

The place was good, and comfortable, also the location was quite nice, walking distance to the Acropolis and other spots around Athens, also easy access to metro

The locker where they put the keys is actually jammed, I really dont know how this was missed. I called and nothing was done, we were lucky we could force open (without breaking of course) and retrieve the keys, otherwise I really don't know what they would have done, because by phone it seems they wouldn't do anything. Now, because of this issue that I highlighted when talking to them on the phone, I was requested to leave the keys in the apartment when it was time to checkout, which I did, but somebody locked the door in the building and I was literally stuck inside the building at 7:30am. I called and the answer was literally -- there is nothing I can do to help you -- Lucky somebody was awake at this time and I could ask to unlock the door downstairs, otherwise I dont know how long I would have been stuck.

Nice Apartment

The apartment was well equipped and of good quality. The location directly at the Acropolis-area is extremely pleasant. The view from the roof terrace is breathtaking. (Photo sunset) There is no breakfast, but in the second row you will find cheap possibilitys.

The promised feature "view of a monument" was not given. In addition, I give as a search-image 2 pictures. Instead the view from the windows are not appealing. The stairs to the roof terrace is safe, but for anxious people a little overcoming. But for this you are compensated abundantly.

Incident during stay, apartment itself was good.

The unit itself was was clean and comfortable. The location was good. Close to attractions.

Our unit was somehow entered into while on a day trip. Money + a gold ring were taken. We realized what had happened after we checked out of the unit and were at the airport. We noticed missing items that we purposely kept in the apartment secured in our bags. We remembered some of our items were out of place upon returning to the apartment one of the nights, purse on the floor, museum tickets that were in my pocket on the floor, sign on the outside of the door on the floor but didn't give it much thought at the time. Booking.com & Host did not take any corrective action apart from host telling us we cab go to the police which we couldn't do anymore as we had left the country.
