This vacation home is located right in the heart of the Texas Hill Country on beautiful Lake Buchanan. It is in a quiet and gated property and provides a relaxing environment, perfect for a couple’s trip, a family reunion, a business get together or a friends get away trip.
This is a family friendly waterfront property that offers 2 other lake houses, a “3 Bed 2 Bath House (fits 8 people)” and a “1 Bed 1 Bath House (fits 4 people)”, that can be rented individually or together as a duo or trio to better serve our guests’ group size. The property also offers plenty of parking space for vehicles and boats.
This lake house is a spacious 3 Bed 2 Full Bath home. Bedroom #1 has a queen bed, bedroom #2 has a queen bed, bedroom #3 (master) has a queen bed/crib and a queen air mattress for extra guests. There are also 2 bunk beds and a ping pong table in the den. Bathroom #1 has a shower/tub combination, sink and toilet. Bathroom #2 (master) has a large tub, shower, toilet and 2 sinks.
It offers a spacious living room with a couch, a loveseat, 2 chairs, a 50-inch Flat Screen TV with DVD player and Dish Cable TV. It also has a fully equipped kitchen and a laundry room with washer & dryer. We also offer Unlimited Verizon Internet and board games for the raining days. Outside guests can enjoy the shaded wraparound deck that offers a gas grill (propane provided) and a charcoal grill.
The house capacity is 10 guests (adults and children) comfortably sleeping in beds. If more accommodations are needed, guests can rent one of the other lake houses on the property or pay an extra guest fee of $25 per guest per night, up to 2 extra guests and bring them along.
The property also offers plenty of outdoor space with shade trees, outdoor seating, hammock, picnic tables, fire pit, horseshoes, 13 x 9 Water Pad, a 317 Feet lighted & covered concrete fishing pier, sandy beach, and boat tour to the waterfalls.
The lake is swimming friendly and gets deeper gradually so it is perfect for small kids.

Our stay at this lake house was delightful. The serene surroundings offered breathtaking views and peaceful moments. While water activities were limited due to low water level, we enjoyed exploring the shoreline and nearby trails. The cozy accommodations and tranquil atmosphere made for a memorable retreat. Highly recommended for a relaxing getaway with friends and family.

We enjoyed our stay. House was nice and clean. Like that it had covered porches. Disappointed that lake level was so low. Unable to fish off pier. Able bodied persons could walk on beach area to water but not able to get wheelchair user there. Highly recommend for anyone wanting a nice, quiet place to relax.

House is right next to the water. While the water level is currently low with no recent rain, we were able to get out and set up right on the water, float in the lake and do some fishing as well. Love how clear the water is! Enjoyed playing horseshoes and using the fire pit! Thanks so much!

Great Family Vacation
Lake was down this year but it produced a great sandy beach for family to enjoy. Fishing on the lake was awesome. Spacious well equipped house..beautiful view from deck and pier. Owners live onsite and are always available to assist as needed. Looking forward to next year!

Quiet Family Vacation
Great place for a quiet family vacation. We had an infant, 2 toddlers and three teens along with 3 adults. This had plenty of room for all of us. We enjoyed fishing on the pier and a fire with smores at night. The house is stocked with everything you need. Even toddler dishware. We would/will stay here again.

We had a great time! Already planning our next trip. We were able to beach our boat right by the house. The pier was great-we caught several bass and several small catfish. On the lake we caught around 15 catfish. The water was perfect for swimming and the porch was great for sitting and enjoying the view.
The hostess were very nice and helpful.
Only downfall was not being able to watch Netflix on tablets and there being one tv. The kiddos weren’t thrilled watching basketball playoffs during down time. So I’d suggest downloading shows

Lakeside Getaway
This private gated property, boat ramp, and lighted pier is a wonderful place for a family vacation. Great accommodations inside and out. Beautiful view of the lake from deck and only feet from dock and pier. Owners live onsite and can be seen taking an evening stroll on the pier enjoying conversation with guests.

We checked in on Friday, door was unlocked with keys inside. Lots of seating, dishes and more. Went fishing, boat riding, and a nice pier to fish on. Just wish lake would have been full. All in all we had a great time and was very relaxing. Would highly recommend.

Great spot and great outdoors
Great spot to get together with an old group of friends, hangout, grill some food, play horseshoes and relax by the lake. Nothing fancy and had everything we needed. Owners were very good with communication as well.

I don't know how it will be in the summer, but there are lots and lots of stickers in the grass. You cannot go barefoot and even flip flops can be dangerous. The sunset was amazing! It was very good our experience here is our first time we had a lot of fun and the owners were very nice. the house was excellent and close to the lake.

Wonderful Family Isolation Vacation
We had to change our travel plans due to COVID and decided to vacation where we can isolate but still get away. This was perfect and we will come back, and when this is all over, we will bring friends. There is PLENTY of room in the house. It's even more spacious than it looks.
The property has neighbors but it was easy to maintain physical distance - there is plenty of space in the yards and on the pier.
The mornings are lovely and quiet and filled with birdsong from the many birds roosting in the purple Martin houses on the property. We didn't need our bug spray thanks to the birds!
The hosts were very friendly and available without being intrusive.
The kids had a blast fishing, kayaking, digging in the sand, playing ping pong, and playing horseshoes. The water is shallow for a long way out so it was great for our kids - one a strong swimmer and one still learning.
Note that there is satellite TV and a DVD player but no streaming videos on the limited WiFi (which actually helped us limit screen time).
Highly recommend for quiet family vacation.

The house had everything we needed. The home is a little dated but good for a weekend visit to a lake house. Beds are older and not very comfortable. The lake access, boat dock and pier were nice. The property
owners were helpful, polite and easy to work with. The water access had a shallow slope which was good for the kids. Would recommend to others.
