Great little apartment for Bucharest! Would stay again.

Great location near old town, plenty of parking nearby. Nicely decorated and the comfiest sofa!

The lift would sometimes stop in between floors, but you could go back up a floor and back down. We never got stuck so don’t worry.

Ottima struttura al centro di Bucarest

Posizione centralissima nel centro storico, di fronte al Museo di Storia Romena e a pochi passi da Lipscani. Pulizia eccezionale, letti comodi, divano del soggiorno enorme e comodissimo. Proprietario gentile e disponibile.

Palazzo fatiscente. Finestre dell'appartamento basse, da cui è pericoloso affacciarsi considerato che la struttura è al sesto piano. Tende poco efficaci per garantire l'oscurità necessaria per dormire. Lo specchio del bagno inutilizzabile perché troppo alto. Assenza di abat-jour sui comodini.

A perfect apartment to stay over and over again

Absolutely everything was a dream. Host was perfectly communicative. He did his ultimate best to accommodate our flight times,. The accommodation itself was beautifully maintained, warm, stylish and so close to everything. Bars, restaurants, famous sightseeing landmarks are all a stones throw away. Comfortable beds, comfortable sofa, very clean. PERFECT.

It was in a very good location, very clean and confy. I strongly recommand this place. Also the communication with Eric was very efficient. I made the reservation and 15 min after that i got the info to check in

Very good

The location is great, really close to the old town, Piața Unirii and Palace of Parliament. The apartment is bright and spacious, but most importantly quiet despite being located so close to main boulevard.

Great location - poor maintenance

Great location, very easy access to the city centre of old town. Good instructions from the host to enter the apartment.

It was very hot in the apartment. There was no way to turn of the heater in one of the bedrooms. Sheets were stained. Toilet seat was loose. Even though we followed the directions of the host for a taxi, we were scammed either way. Just use Bolt or Uber...

Good stay in the heart of Bucharest.

Excellent location in the heart of Bucharest, just next to the old town. The appartment is situated in Calea Victoriei which is a very central street with many interesting things to see around. Clean sheets and pillows. Spacious apartment, well decorated and recently renovated.

Although the apartment was quite clean and nicely decorated, there is a serious problem with cockroaches throughout the area. A good disinfestation must be done immediately, not only in the apartment, but in the entire apartment building. Some worn things should be replaced, such as the ironing board, etc. Finally, some things offered in the kitchen, such as coffee, sugar, water, etc., should be individual and sealed. With a little attention from the owner, it can be much better. No private parking in the area, you have to leave the car in public streets around and give money to people who promise to look after it (in the street next about 5 euros per day).

Great apartment in the perfect location!

Very spacious apartment, perfect for 4 travelers. Everything looks very recently renovated. There is AC in the living room and in one of the bedrooms. Location is ideal with many attractions being in walking distance.

The apartment is perfect, no complaints! The elevator in the building that is used to get to the apartment could use a renovation.

Big apartment, nicely furnished and clean which is good. good location close to old town which is what we needed as a stop over. easy to find

the property doesn’t come with parking as stated you have to park on the streets which is a little tricky figuring out parking fees when your not local.

Brulliant host! Adrian was always available to help whenever we needed it.

The property is well placed in a central location. Many key landmarks are at a walking distance from the apartment.

The building looks old and tired but once inside the apartment, it is well furnished and very clean.

Everything was perfect. The house was beautiful and very comfortable. The location was great, near to the most interesting places of Bucharest. I would definitely recommend staying there.

There is not enough space to eat in the kitchen. It's perfect for breakfast, but uncomfortable for dinner.

- Perfect location! Walking distance to Parliament building and Old city and our favorite Caru Cu bere. - Surprisingly spacious. Huuuge sofa in the living room. 2 bedrooms. 1 full bath. Small but functional kitchen. - Nice furniture and minimalistic style decoration. - Very clean and nice aroma in the apartment. - It was 38C outside but the apartment waited us with air-conditioning switched on. Thank you! - Flawless communication with the host and convinient self check-in.

- Few things needs renovation. Few light bulbs missing. - No hangers in the bathroom. Nowhere to hang towels although there is a place for wet clothes in the bedroom. We have some recommendations but since the price was very reasonable we think it's a great value for money and deserves highest score.
