Located on a Roman sidewalk that was once part of the Caminhos de Santiago route, the house is just 3 min. away by car from the Historic Center of Guimarães [classified in 2001 by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site] and its main attractions [Guimarães Castle, Palace of the Dukes of Bragança, Largo da Oliveira, S. Tiago], as well as the Largo do Toural, the Vila Flor Cultural Center and the Arts and Creativity Platform, the main stages of the European Capital of Culture celebrations in 2012.
The house is composed of three floors [ground floor, first floor and attic] and has a capacity of 9 people including children of all ages.
It has four bedrooms [one suite with double bed, one bedroom with double bed and two bedrooms with twin beds], three bathrooms and a living room with a fireplace and a sofa that can be used as a single bed. , the possibility of making the room a fifth bedroom.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and kitchenware. You will also find a washing machine, iron and ironing board.
The house is equipped with internet, WiFi and cable TV.
It has a free private garage with direct access to housing, making the house the ideal accommodation for those traveling by car.
However, the street where the house is located is served by the city's main bus lines, with buses to the various downtown areas every 15 minutes.
It is a quiet area with restaurants, bakeries, pastry shops, grocery stores, supermarkets and pharmacies nearby.
Central Bus and Rail Station are less than 5 minutes away by car.
