About this house rental

Spacious home great for large families. There are 4 bedrooms, sleeper sofa, air mattress and pads. Two large gathering areas make it a comfortable place to hang out with your family. There is a large grass backyard, misting system, and BBQ, perfect for relaxing. The neighborhood is quiet and is conveniently located near shopping, restaurants, the Cubs stadium and the 202 freeway. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need to have an enjoyable stay including a 2nd refrigerator. A monthly discount will be applied for bookings greater than 28 nights. Before booking please review our house rules. We do not allow drinking parties, smoking, vaping or pets.

The property was very clean and spacious. We had no issues, the neighborhood was nice with a coffee spot about 5 minutes down the road. The property is fairly close to the freeway which was convenient. With all of the cooking amenities we were able to make several meals :)

What a beautiful property. Everything was pristine with tons of small details. Snacks and water in the fridge is definitely a step above. Highly recommend. This house is spacious and airy. The backyard is wonderful I only wish we had more time to stay! Thanks so much!

My daughter wanted a place for her & bridesmaids to stay the night before wedding. In the morning it was a wonderful place for all us to get ready and lighting was perfect. We all felt safe and it was a very clean home with so much to offer.

We had an amazing time with this rental. It is just as described and more! The property was super clean and spacious. Had extra towels and sheets/blankets. Beds were super comfortable, had a nice yard for the kids to play on. The owners live next door and were super responsive to messages. The area was very nice as well. Will defenitly book again of we're in the area again!

We (4 adults) stayed at this great 4 bedroom house in Mesa for 30 days. The hosts were extremely easy to work with. They were very friendly and responsive. The house is in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood, and is close to everything we needed. The patio and back yard are very nice, and the home was spacious for the 4 of us. We did a lot of hiking, visited state parks, and played a lot of golf. We highly recommend this home, and will definitely consider it for any future stays in Mesa!

This was one of our favorite vacation rentals! Our family stayed 3 nights for a wedding in Mesa, AZ. The house had everything we needed and was extremely clean! We are clean freaks and don’t like to wear our shoes inside the house. We really appreciated the floors being so clean. We had young kids with us. We really appreciated the hosts opening the side gate in the backyard to let the kids play in their playground (owners live next door so we felt even safer). The beds were comfortable. There’s an orange tree in the backyard; fruits were sweet. We are Filipino, so we eat lot of rice. =) We used one of the pots to cook rice. Our only suggestion would be to have a small rice cooker in the kitchen (but cooking rice in a pot was not a problem). Thank you so much for letting us stay!

Very clean! Beautiful back yard, just too warm to enjoy it. Great space for family, especially the kids room and the kids books. Piano was a bonus. Even felt secure in the unique weather-dust storm and monsoon.

We had a great fathers/sons stay at the property. Enjoyed the roominess of the kitchen and family room. Yard was a hit with the kids and it was a wonderful location for attending the spring training baseball games. Hosts were very pleasant and everyone enjoyed themselves!

This is the second year we rented from Brad/Natalie and you’ll never find any people more accommodating or friendly. They always checked on us and if u needed something they were right there! We ended up being friends!! Neighborhood was safe we did a lot of walking in the area. Easy access to many restaurants & events. House was clean and back patio had green grass made us feel at home!! Plus fruit trees. Would recommend this area/rental you won’t be disappointed. It is very family friendly too!

We stayed at this home for four nights, and we could not recommend this it enough. It was probably the cleanest VRBO rental we've ever stayed at, it's well appointed, and it's spacious. If that's not enough, the owners are friendly, responsive, and are basically the best hosts you could ask for!

This property is perfect. The owners are so nice. We stayed in this home for my daughters wedding. All of the bridesmaids stayed together. We also had our daughters rehearsal dinner here. The owner had several tables for us to use. This house is beautiful and could not have been more perfect! I would definitely recommend this home.

Natalie and her husband Brad are amazing hosts that make you feel like this is your home! They were so welcoming to our bridal party and vendors while we were getting ready! The house is so spacious and accommodating for children and large groups!

Four siblings flew in for a wedding. The house was beautiful, so much room. The beds were so comfortable, the kitchen had everything you could possibly need. The back yard is huge. Close to groceries and gas. Safe, beautiful neighborhood to walk around. Owners even felt like family…I would come back in a heartbeat! It felt like home 💕💕.

If I could give extra stars I would. The house was beautiful and spacious with almost any amenity that you could think of. The hosts were gracious, delightful and most helpful. It was the perfect choice for our family reunion. We appreciate the love and care our hosts put into making our stay the best ever. This is a beautiful home in a lovely area. We would love to come and stay here again, and would also not hesitate to recommend it to others. We are most grateful for the wonderful experience we had. We all felt pampered, loved and well taken care of. The best experience ever!

I booked this house for me and my bridesmaids to stay the night before my wedding and to get ready the day of. It was perfect! The house is very large, with lots of space yet still having a cozy feel. The beds were all comfortable, there were a ton of fresh towels, and lots of natural lighting. Quiet neighborhood, very easy checkin process, and the hosts were very communicative and accommodating!
