Good

There was a kitchen for common use and it was opening to the beautiful garden. The room was well kept and serves all purposes needed. There's bathroom robe and many towels If you need in the room. It's really good for solo travelers.

You need to call and inform the exact time of your check-in. I booked a room with a private bathroom but it was not available when I arrived. So I stayed in a room with a shared bathroom option.

Excellent value and great amenities - would stay again.

The staff were very friendly and responsive. Facilities were very clean, and the kitchen is probably one of the best communal kitchens I've used. As a backpacker, appreciated that while this hotel was further from the city center, there's a convenience center across the street which stocks some basic food items which really saved me when I checked in late and was too tired to walk into town. Also appreciated that there was a washer + dryer. Overall, I would stay here again over the convenience of downtown simply because of all the amenities and cleanliness.

I'm 6'00" tall so this probably plays into it, but the mattress in the single bedroom was a bit thin.

It's a very short walk from the center but I personally wish it was right in the centre.

Simply the best!

The train system in Germany collapsed the day I arrived. The staff was so kind and supportive to make me check in very late and at night and provided everything I need for a comfortable stay at the hotel. Amazing kitchen, great location, very clean.

I will come back for sure! A great hotel for a reasonable price!

Overall very clean rooms and bathrooms. The staff is super friendly.

There was no exhaust in the shared bathroom. This could be risky in times of pandemic

Great stay close to the mountains!

- the staff was very friendly - the place was very clean and well maintained - parking space just next to the villa - has a well equiped kitchen - the proximity to the city center and to the attractions - Jackie!

Great location but more of a hostel than a hotel

The staff at the hotel were very welcoming and helpful. The room was set up as requested and clean.

The hotel was not air-conditioned which is fine, but there were also no screens on the windows. We had some extra friends for the night that were not welcome. The booking description also noted that we would have a private shower. That is not the case. The bathroom is outside of the room and is shared.

The rooom was quiet & well set out

I received an email from the guest house asking me to call I called, no answer I emailed, no answer I walked 20mins to the guest house, no answer I rang the number on the door, no answer I walked 20 mins back to the tourist information centre who called & got a response. I then walked the 20 mins back to the guest house ... not apology, nothing!

Good clean hostel option with easy walk into town.

Kitchen and lounge facilities very new and clean. Bathrooms very clean. Nice modern building.

People smoking shisha pipe on the patio made it unusable for everyone else.
