The vacation townhome is located just west of Walt Disney World, and within a short drive of Universal Studios, Old Town Kissimmee, and SeaWorld of Orlando. It offers guests over 1,450 square feet of vacation living space across two levels. Children and adults alike will enjoy the south facing private splash pool within the screened patio without neighbors behind you, where you can host a lovely afternoon picnic pool-side. Take advantage of family-friendly activities and amenities of the Windsor Hills Resort during your stay.
Plenty of sleeping space is provided in the three bedrooms of the townhouse. A king sized bed is furnished in the master bedroom. The second bedroom features a brand new queen sized bed, while the third themed bedroom has a brand new bunk bed. Three full bathrooms make it easy and quick to get ready for daily adventures at the Theme Parks.
The open floor plan allows guests to move freely in-between rooms. Cooks will love the fully-equipped kitchen, complete with all cookware and eating utensils. A brand new 50” TV with DVD player is available in the living room. Catch views of the pool area from the living room and kitchen. Wi-Fi internet access is free-of-charge and is an excellent way to keep in touch with family and friends who didn’t make it on vacation this year. For your convenience, a clothes washer and clothes dryer are provided.

We stayed at this VRBO almost a week, overall it was a pleasant stay. Loved the location easy drive to universal about 30 in light traffic. Pool at the resort was pleasant. Private pool could use a cleaning. Overall had everything you needed pots pans toilet paper. Very nice accomodations for a family. The bunk bed side rail upstairs is a little loose and it was worrisome because I felt like it could fall apart with the littlest pressure. But other than that, very clean and easy to enjoy all that the resort has to offer.

Windsor Hills is a lovely resort community and the townhouse was as pictured. Could use a deep clean but wasn't anything out of the normal for a vacation rental. Communication with the owner was top notch, fast pleasant responses to the questions and requests I had! We enjoyed the splash pool and the resort waterpark was an easy walk. I would stay here again.

This townhouse was perfect for our family of five. The home was clean and exactly as advertised. The neighborhood was safe and quiet, and the location was great for our son's soccer tournament at ESPN Wide World of Sports. The private pool was perfect for an evening splash and the heated community pool was fun for the whole family!

We had a quick commute to Disney each day during our stay. Unfortunately for us it was a quick trip and we didn’t even get to use the amenities of the resort, as we were at the parks all day. However, we would definitely stay again. Kids loved the splash pool outside though late at night.

Great budget place to stay while visiting Orlando, especially the Disney parks. The parks are within 12-20 minutes away (depending on which one). There is a bit to do within the resort itself, including the "backyard" private pool (the water is quite cold, so opt for heating if you plan on using it). You do have the heated common pool within the resort, with a hot tub, slides and a splash pad.
The unit itself has barebones amenities, incl. the kitchen which had enough utensils/pots/pans but no cooking oil (maybe due to COVID rules?). We bought some and left it for the next guest(s). They do have ample pillows and duvets/sheets, and TV in each room of the house. Check-in and check-out was a breeze. Safety was high - felt quite safe and secure within the resort.
There was not enough toilet paper and wash pods provided for an 8-day stay, but the owner was super nice, apologetic and very accommodating with quick communication. He tried to rectify any situations within his control.
Definitely recommend staying here!

Great stay! place could use a few updates but other then that everything was amazing. the townhome is very close to the water park about a 5 min walk. We stayed in this unit for 12 days and 11 nights. Location of the unit was great for Walt Disney World and all the attractions Orlando has to offer. The kids loved both the plunge pool and bigger pool for the complex. The walk to the big pool for the complex was just a short walk from this unit. The layout of this unit was really spacious. We had three adults and two kids in this unit and we felt like we had plenty of room to sit, relax and be together as a family. The kids loved having their own tv in the Mickey Mouse bedroom. The owner was very responsive to any needs or questions we had. Overall, a good vacation home and a great price.

Private pool was worth it
Really enjoyed having the private pool! If you're looking for a good night's sleep, this isn't it as the beds are extremely uncomfortable, but the setup of the house was convenient with each bedroom having an attached full bathroom. There are plenty of (large) bath towels, but no wash cloths. We arrived late and didn't expect to have to run to Walgreens to grab loofahs (Walmart was already closed). Parking is a bit confusing as there is only room for one vehicle and the neighbors were taking our spot, but we just parked on the side and called it a day. We did run into some trouble with the back door, but Management responded and resolved everything very quickly (within the hour). Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay again if the beds were more comfortable.

Cheer Trip
Myself and daughter, along with 2 of her cheer teammates and moms stayed for their nationals competition at ESPN! The location was perfect, close enough that we could drop them off with their coaches and come back to the house and relax a little! The space was perfect for the 6 of us and had everything we could've possibly needed! The owner responded very quickly when we had issues with the patio foot and had someone there within 2 hours to fix it! We also had trouble using the keycode (user error) and he texted to make sure we got in send gave is some pointers! We would definitely stay here again when/if we return for Nationals!

Had a wonderful time at this property. It felt like a second home from the moment we walked into it! We felt very safe and secure being in the Windsor Hills community and would easily stay here again! I only wish we could've stayed longer. No problems while staying here and the amenities were as expected. I really appreciated that we had an email from the owner the day after we arrived to see how we were settling in! Windsor Hills was great again!
We had a great vacation at Windsor Hills. Love the clubhouse, pool, fitness center, the fact that it is gated and the owner and property manager we’re easily accessible. Plenty of room and loved that there was a bathroom for everyone, kids liked the little pool at the Townhouse but the showstopper was the pool at the club house! Felt super safe and loved being able to park right at the front door of the townhouse. I’m use to a pillow top mattress so the beds were too firm for us and the couch has seen better days but nothing that really kept us from getting the rest we needed for 4 days of amusement parks! I loved being able to do our laundry everyday so I didn’t have to dread that part of going home to loads and loads. Kitchen had everything we needed except a pizza cutter. Loved the soaking tub in the master and stand up shower on 1st floor. Water was hot and very good water pressure. This is our 2nd stay at Windsor Hills, if we ever come back to Kissimmee/Orlando area I would stay there again. I wanted to recommend Discovery Cove and the Dolphin swim experience also. It was amazing! I would bring swim shoes or go to Five Below or Walmart to get some before going to Discovery Cove or Aquatica. I would suggest if you like to cuddle on the couch to bring a couple of throw blankets. There is a large pantry with a high chair and a small stroller inside there and 3 pool towels in the upstairs hall closet. I had a small electronic scooter/wheelchair delivered to our room and kept it all week for the parks. (Recent back surgery). I used Gold Mobility and they were excellent if anyone needs that service. Windsor Hills also provides a list of restaurants that deliver with their phone numbers but the clubhouse has great food and icees if you just want something by the pool.

My family and I stayed for 6 nights and enjoyed every bit of it. The home had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were very clean and comfortable. The amenities of the resort were awesome! The kids enjoyed being able to swim at any time of day or night. We would definitely stay here again!
