23 acres. 10 acres of forested land on the island between two branches of the Boise River and backed into Eagle Island State Park. We have trails all over the island, a bridge over the river, campfire pits, big Treehouse play fort (* which now requires a signed waiver to play on), large Swingset, hot tub, soccer field, outdoor basketball court with basketball hoops that adjust very short and very high. A pool table in the bunkhouse & darts. We also own nine square ( Great group game if you haven’t heard of it) & Spike Ball.
We also have a separate listing on Airbnb. Our Tipi that is out in the 10 acre forest area and sleeps 8. Huge Teepee! Welcome to rent out both on Airbnb.

Bunkhouse is year round, different adventures for each season! The island does go underwater in spring, cutting off 10 acres of the forested island for use & The play fort located out there, but leaving the other 13 acres of fun. When snowy or icy it is more difficult to get in and out of the bunkhouse, a hill about 50 steps high. During snow and ice it is also a little more difficult to get out of our dirt lane onto busy State Street with a very small hill. But it rarely snows here! Extra fun to hot tub in the snow and cold.
Swimming holes, tubing, & fishing... fun but seasonal!!
Tons of electricity and outlets with our solar panels… Bunkhouse has heating & air conditioning.
OUTDOOR HEATED SHOWER but NO SINKS! No running water except for a Spigot outside the door. Bathroom is a rented outhouse that is regularly cleaned and river is 100 steps out the front door! There is a water office bubbler inside for drinking water. The spigot water is also good for drinking. There is a microwave, refrigerator, toaster, and griddle. NO KITCHEN SINK!! A semi- rustic way to enjoy the land!
We have beds and bedding for 13 people, we have lots of extra room for tent camping (Bring your own tent & check the weather) though an extra fee for more than 13 people.
Great for birthday parties or events or reunions. We’ve had slingshot paintball wars out on the 10 acre island, airsoft wars, and flour bomb wars.
Extra fee for parties more than the allotted 13 for staying in the bunkhouse. $300 extra 14-29 guests, $800 extra for 30-39 guests, $1200 for 40 or more guests PER NIGHT. Lots of room for tents and campers, though only one could be hooked to electricity and water. Lots of parking!
We also have weddings out on the island for $1200 for 2021 including tables and chairs for 100 guests. The Meadow at Riverbend or @themeadowatriverbend.
We also have an additional wedding venue next-door at our 1930s cottage, The Cottage at Riverbend. @thecottageatriverbend. Lots of fun and beauty!
Keep in mind that there is a small hill to to walk up and down to Pack in and out. But you can park right up top and it is only 50 steps away. TRICKIER IN SNOW/ICE WEATHER. Also tricky to get off our lane onto busy State Street when snowy or icy. Four-wheel-drive recommended in snowy or icy weather..
Please note!! 10 acre island and river swimming is inaccessible during spring and early summer.... From about March to July 1. Water levels are high from spring runoff and a lot of the island goes underwater. This does not affect the bunkhouse. PARTS THE 10 ACRES ON THE ISLAND ARE ALSO INACCESSIBLE DURING WEDDINGS! But you will always have access to the other 12 acres.
In summary, the 22 acres is shared with our own family, guests of the bunkhouse, occasional weddings that only last a few hours, and we will soon have teepee renters on the island. So two groups of rentals (which are separated on totally different parts of the property and other sides of our house.) 23 acres and lots of room for privacy for your own group.
We have no coffee pot! Only hot water from the water bubbler.
Keep in mind that there is lots of dirt everywhere! Our lane is not paved and landscaping needs to be done on our main property. Up against the river is very beautiful and out on the island. Everything else is in a rustic state waiting to be landscaped. Lots of plans for more toys to be put in!
No pets. We do have cows, sheep and cats on the property but they are not allowed inside. If we detect any cigarette smell or pet hair, we will keep your deposit.

Everything was perfect
My husband and I got the privilege of getting married on this beautiful property and the bunkhouse was the perfect place for the girls to spend the night and get ready. It also worked really well as a staging area and a cool place for the families to gather before the ceremony began (we did pictures beforehand). So, thank you Daisie (the property owner) for everything you did to help make our day so wonderful!

So clean and wonderful!
Such a great stay! It was very clean and had tons of activities for all ages inside the house and outside. The owner was very responsive to anything we needed. If we come back to Boise I will def want to stay here again.

A stay in the woods, but also right in town.
Our family had a wonderful time staying at this property. There was so much for the kids to do outside, to explore, and to play. The river runs right through the property and is the most peaceful and relaxing sound. The bunkhouse was spacious and the kids loved the triple bunk beds. We also loved that we were right in town, so we could easily go out to eat or run to the store.
The host, Daisie and her family were so accommodating and friendly. We will definitely be back next time we are in Eagle.

Best glamping experience ever
This property was amazing. The owner was very friendly, helpful and willing to make our stay incredible. The property has all kinds of adventure waiting, trampolines, climbing nets, rope swings in trees, playground, river for swimming, fishing and floating, firepits, soccer field, basketball court along with plenty of sleeping space, indoor games for inclement weather and even a pool table. Our stay could not have been better. We look forward to the next time we can stay here.

Fun place to stay and play
We had a group of young people stay and the outdoor possibilities was the reason we chose this place. The youth enjoyed the trampolines, the huge swings, the camp fire pit, the sweet kitties, and being near the river. Daisie gave us a tour and helped us with anything we needed. We would have really loved a shower and indoor bathroom, but other than that, it was wonderful.

Exceeded expectations.
Daisie is an enthusiastic and generous host. The “bunk house” is new and clean with very new furnishings and amenities. Even though not prepared for no indoor plumping, the outhouse was clean and close by. We were there for just 2 nights so the river was enough to refresh ourselves. For a longer stay, we would have needed to find showers somewhere. But for our needs this time, it was perfect. There is no shortage of activities in the bunk house or on the island. Great for young kids exploring and older kids who like to just “hang out”. Close to grocery stores and produce stand. Can easily buy food and prepare there. The hospitality is out of this world. Will definitely come again. Thank you Daisie.

Wow!!! What a fun place for kids!!!
Next time we'll make this place our vacation destination and stay a few days instead of just staying the night as we pass through. What a cool place!!!
