Хороше розташування. Зручна парковка. Балкон для сніданків. Обладнана кухня. Хороша душова кімната.

Електрочайник був поламаний т Дуже жорстка постільна білизна. Простирадло і наволочки були поганої якості. Всю ніч заважали спати комарі. Тільки наступного ранку знайшли фумігатор в тумбочці, про це нас не попередили. Ці дрібниці сильно зіпсували враження.

Great price value ratio

Good value (paid 26EUR) so what will you expect. I had a good flat with the toilet and bathroom outside the room at the floor.

Shared bathroom might not be for everyone but it was super reasonable priced, this is not really a criticism!

位置非常不错，位于Neum的海边，房子非常干净，房东个非常友善，并且允许我在退房后继续把车停在他们家门口。非常不错的入住体验！The location is very nice, near the sea in Neum, the house is very clean, the landlord is very friendly and allows me to continue to park in front of their house after checking out. Very good check-in experience!

szép kilátás + pénzért

Remek volt a kilátáts miután ráfizettünk 30€-t.

Nem olyan volt a szoba mint amit a Bookingon foglaltunk, szoba erkéllyel, konyhával, wc-vel így volt az oldalon viszont az erkély a ház másik oldalán, konyha közös, wc a folyosón, nagyon csalódottak voltunk, a tulajdonos felajánlott egy másik szobát + 30€-ért, elfogadtuk kényszerből. Ez nagyon aljas módszer, hogy így akar plusz bevételhez jutni! A hűtő nagyon kicsi volt a szobában ezért tettünk pár dolgot a teljesen üres közös hűtőbe is de visszahozták hogy azt ne használjuk, elzavartak a közös erkélyről, hogy ott ne dohányozzunk pedig az is üres volt.

Perfekter Aufenthalt für die Durchreise

Die zentrale Lage, die Sauberkeit und die Ausstattung der Küche. Personal war sehr freundlich und dem Gast zugewandt. Zudem konnte man sein Motorrad auf dem Grundstück parken.

Great reenergizing stay in Bosnia

The whole property was clean and spacious. Thanks to Slobodan, the owner, it was a truly pleasant stay. He was very friendly and helpful and provided us with tips when we went to the city. Also, as bikepackers, we were really happy about being able to store our bikes safely.

Mały pokój w sam raz na jedną noc. Indywidualna łazienka dostępna na wspólnym korytarzu.

Bezpłatne dobrze działające WiFi.

Dostępna klimatyzacja w pokoju nie korzystałem z niej jednak podczas upalnej nocy z pewnością wieje z niej na śpiących ponieważ jest zawieszona na ścianie na wprost łóżka (włączyłem dla sprawdzenia i miałem takie odczucie).

The employee is the owner

The employee was weird. At 9 o'clock in the morning, he was banging on the door and asking me to go out. The children were very afraid of the employee's manner. He must be flexible in dealing with the rights of others. He deliberately paid the rent and refused to return the rest of the money, noting that I logged in in the evening.

Host was very pleasant. Acomodation was cheaper than others in this location but it was according to quality. There was clima and parking.

Kitchen wasn't fully equipped, there were only 2 small spoons for 4 people, no cloth and really very old sponge. When we asked more toilet paper, we get answer, that it is neccesary to buy it...

Nice apartment, but unreasonable checkout time.

We were given a larger family-friendly apartment. Good location in a local neighborhood with shops and bakeries nearby.

At 9:00 a.m. we were told we have to leave the apartment. Check out at 9:00 a.m.? Sorry, that is not family-friendly and not standard. We are on vacation and don't want to rush. Every hotel I've experienced so far allows for checkout at 10:00 a.m. or 11:00 a.m.. Also, credit card payments are not accepted so we had to get local currency from an ATM with very high fees.

We just spent the night there, we think it is good value for money

The location was easy to find, beds were comfortable, wi-fi was ok

We waited 10 min on the street for the host to confirm that we really have booking there, we were devoured by mosquitos during the night and check out was until 9.

Friendly, helpful staff, the room was clean and nice

Family in next room was very noisy, the children were playing and shouting late evening, a microvawe and freezer would be be good.

Location of the property is good, in the centre of Neum, the host, Ugodan, very nice and helpful.

My room was in the cellar and had no window, this might be difficult for some people. But there are other rooms on the upper floors. The house appears to be very large.

Slobodan is exceptional host, he is friendly and he offered help whenever we needed it. Apartment was sparkling clean and comfortable. I would recommend and I would for sure come back again.
