Spectacular home right on the beach. Very clean and loads of towels including those for the beach. Staff was absolutely amazing, Maid, Houseman and Chef did an incredible job. I can’t say enough about our rental manager ( Sara). This lady could be a concierge anywhere that Spanish and English meet. If U need something this woman is the 1st place to go.

Our stay at the villa was absolutely incredible! The space is beautiful, view is amazing, and the staff were the highlight of our trip. Don’t believe the cabbies when they tell you you can’t wait to town by the beach! The villa is walkable to downtown in about 30 mins, half by beach and half by a slightly hidden walkway. Can’t wait to come back one day

We had seven adults and all of us have nothing but an incredibly positive experience!! Eduardo is an amazing chef...he created the most fantastic meals everyday...even cooking the fish we caught deep sea fishing. Rafael was so friendly and helpful. I wish we could have brought them both home with us!!! The beach is right at your feet and the staff was happy to set up chairs and umbrellas. By far the BEST vacation!!!

We had a great time at Casa Tres Vidas. Family vacation with 6 adults and a 2 year old. Great location, you can walk to the Malecon in 20 minutes. The service and food prepared by the Chef each day was incredible. Great Beachfront location with a great view. The house is an old Mexican Villa with great charm. We loved our stay at Casa Tres Vidas.

We rented the four ensuites at Casa Tres Vidas in Puerto Vallarta for our wedding and had the most amazing experience. Everything was perfect from beginning to end. The venue and location were ideal. The views are spectacular. We watched whales, dolphins and a manta ray from our veranda . Every sunset outdid the one the night before. We held a our wedding ceremony on the terrace above the Villa looking out over the beach and surf at sunset. It was the perfect spot. I work in hospitality and have immense respect and appreciation for exceptional service. My expectations were exceeded with every interaction. We truly received 5 Star treatment starting with Sara the manager. She assisted us with all our questions and needs prior to our arrival and throughout the week. Chef, Pablo is a master cook, and every meal was creative and delicious. Our waiter Julian attended to our every need. We enjoyed every interaction with him. He was helpful and a joy to spend time with. Angelina attended to our rooms with a smile. It was so nice seeing her every day. The rooms are lovely and well appointed. Everything is clean and well maintained. There are many crew members behind the scenes that contributed to making our stay memorable. We highly recommend Casa Tres Vidas and look forward to returning.

What a fantastic stay we had at Casa Tres Vidas!! We all enjoyed the casa so much, from watching whales every morning to enjoying our chef prepared delicious meals - definitely felt spoiled this week! The home was beautiful and decorated in a traditional Mexican style. The entire staff was amazing throughout our stay. The location was perfect as it was a quick walk to town, via the “beach walk” during the day (and we always took a taxi/Uber home). We would love to return again some day!!

This is a tremendous property with highly responsive staff who will do everything they can to make your trip amazing. It is located a short 1 mile walk from the hustle and bustle of the romantic zone (or if you don't want to walk a $50-$100 pesos cab ride). If you have a group of friends or family, this is an ideal location. Please note this villa has a LOT of stairs and no elevator.

This place is perfectly located. It is within walking distance of the old town, about a 10 minute walk. The walk is along an on again/off again paved path following the beach so sturdy shoes make the walk much better. The staff was fantastic, cannot say enough about them. The views are amazing, and almost daily we saw whales and dolphins, wished we would have brought binoculars, but fun to watch them nonetheless. The rooms are all a great size and all ensuite with toiletries provided. The common area is spacious and again, I cannot say enough about the staff, above and beyond. We debated about getting a car, definitely not needed, taxis and uber are abundant. We didn't use the pool inside, because the water was pretty chilly given the time of year we went, however had we been there during the warmer months, I am sure the pool would have felt refreshing. The jacuzzi was great the first night, but when we tried to use it the last night it was not working. The staff tried to fix it, however they were unable. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this villa. One thing to note, there are a lot of stairs. For me, the stairs were great exercise and I loved having them. We will definitely be back!

The villa could not have been more perfect! I loved the private outdoor shared spaces (living area, pool, kitchen, dining). We felt very safe and relaxed the entire time we were there. The beach is quiet and beautiful, hearing the ocean constantly was very peaceful. The bedrooms were extremely comfortable and well appointed. Julian and Eduardo were amazing, they were friendly and helpful. Eduardo was extremely accommodating and his food was spectacular. He makes a great margarita as well! It was a pleasure spending time with them during our trip. We went to town most days, sometimes taking a taxi and sometimes walking along the beach. The beach path involves a couple of tricky climbs so wear good shoes :)

This property is beautiful and full of character and charm. The service was outstanding, to say the least. Rafa, Pablo and Angelina were so helpful and cheerful. Our group consisted of 10, all family. Almost a week after coming back home we are still talking about our wonderful experience.

We all cannot say enough great things about our stay from the property to the staff. The staff absolutely spoiled us. Anything we needed we got. Everybody worked together ceremoniously. From the very point we arrived to the moment we departed. Sarah, Jimmy, Rafael, Pablo, our housekeeper and Eddie are all five ⭐️ We are all talking about coming back already! The owners of the property have done a wonderful job. We were able to tour the buildings and were astonished at some of the artifacts. Simply awesome. Rafael, the chef has unbelievable talents and we loved every meal.

Brought our entire family (18 of us) and the staff was the most accommodating and attentive we have ever seen. The people and the food are amazing. Great location. Cannot wait to do it again. We were a party of 10, and had the need for many different changes before our arrival. Margaret, the American owner, could not have been more accommodating. Each time I contacted her, she responded immediately, and made sure my requests were honored. She had great patience with me! The house is beyond beautiful. The pictures do not do it justice. Very clean. Charming, yet modern. Spacious and welcoming. You can walk out to the ocean. The beachfront is not for swimming, but relaxing in the provided chairs, playing in the sand, getting your toes wet, was all wonderful. The staff is superb!! Every need taken care of, with out even asking. Our meals were wonderful, and the chef went out of his way to please every guest, even the 2 year old. Food and presentation 5 star! Wonderful location. One warning: lots of stairs. 54 just to get down to our villa. This was no problem for us. We needed the exercise after eating huge breakfast’s and dinners. We all loved it!

This was my first time to PVR in many years and my traveling companions had highly recommended Vida Mar - Casa Tres Vidas villas where they had been to in the past. 6 of us arrived on the same flight and after a short pleasant ride from the airport we arrived at this charming hillside-beach villa. The charming staff greeted us with chilled bottles of water, took our suitcases and we were escorted to our rooms. The room was a complete pleasant surprise...spacious as a hotel suite, clean, large bathrooms, ample towels/linens, beautiful exposed red brick walls, and elegant white fabric draped above each bed frame that gave it a "palace bedroom" look. Our group opted for a meal plan where the creative chef prepared meals on several of the days we stayed there. The food was delicious and something you would have only expected at a fine dining restaurant. At the adjacent villa, we met friendly neighbors who raved about their breakfast only plan similar to a B&B. The villas have several small clean pools, multiple levels that have beautifully decorated outside living areas with TVs, music, games, books, and couches to escape to. Just a short 20 minute walk or $6 USD cab ride is the south end of PV that was filled with wonderful restaurants, cafes, shops, and nightlife. It was authentic Mexico! We all felt extremely safe. The streets were clean, people very friendly. This week was a complete surprise! I was awed by the charm of the destination and thrilled by the wonderful accommodations. It was truly a vacation to be remembers and I would only stay at this villa again on my return.

Casa Tres Vidas was the most soulful, artful, beautiful, comfortable, convenient and well situated place I've ever stayed. From the the roof top to the beach every single detail was exquisite. And the staff were most definitely the most professional, warm, helpful, expedient and knowledgeable as well. You can look at the photo gallery here all you want but it only barely captures the incredible magic of this one of a kind place. I plan to return again and again. Thank you for creating such an unforgettable place.
