What an amazing property! The location is superb with easy access to great restaurants, coffee shops and all other fun activities. The only dilemma you will have is to go out or enjoy the view from your living room or balcony.

This was the perfect location for our quick Portland getaway. The apartment is in the middle of all the shopping and restaurants and has stunning views for when you just want to relax. We’re already talking about booking our next stay!

We're moving to Portland from out of state and needed a homebase for a week to meet with realtors. Everything about The Henry was perfect: location, amenities, communication. In fact, we booked it again for a second week next month. If it's available and you want Portland, grab it.

perfect spot for us to stay for a few days. location is excellent and host is a terrific communicator

I'm not sure you can find a better place to stay if your goal is to see the downtown Portland area / Old Port. The unit is exactly like the pictures and description, which is spot on. Incredible views, perfectly maintained, extremely clean, and well appointed. We felt completely at home during our stay. We had zero issues but the owner Scott is a only a text or call away and responded immediately to our text letting him know we had checked in/out. Old Port was everything we had hoped it would be, and there is zero need to rent a vehicle while staying at this location. You can walk the entire city. We will definitely be back and would book this exact unit or the Cornelia (same owner) again.

This is the second time my wife and I stayed at this place, and there is nowhere else I will stay in Portland. We brought out friends this time around, and they loved it. The only thing I can say is there wasn't a hairdryer this time, but that was no big deal. I'm just letting you guys know. You can't go wrong booking this place!

Perfect getaway. Beautiful property with amazing views in the heart of Old Port. Highly recommend.

The Henry property wowed us online, but still managed to exceed expectations in person. It was meticulously clean and well laid out - it worked out perfectly for our family of four. We had walking access to everything, and many excursions to more rural Maine were less than 30 minutes away. Scott was a perfect host and super communicative. Perfect getaway home.

We enjoyed a very nice stay in Portland, near the piers and Old Port. We were welcomed with and are grateful for a very nice gift bag of chocolate, shortbread, tea and coffee. Would highly recommend.

Everything was perfect. Spotless, well equipped, great location, great communication with host. And the view was awesome. The place had everything we would want.

This is our third year visiting Portland, and our first in the Henry apartment (previously we stayed in Scott & Karen’s apartments on the other side of commercial street, which are also excellent). The Henry has a stunning view of the Harbor and the apartment is dreamy—equipped with everything you need, so clean, comfortable beds, etc. Scott & Karen are attentive hosts, and we had a fabulous time!

This place was everything advertised and more! The host spared no expense in every detail! We ride around the area but ended up right back because of all of the fabulous restaurants within walking distance!

The apartment is beautiful, with exceptional views over the bay, and perfectly located to stroll around Portland from. Strongly recommend coffee from Speckled Ax and drinks at the bar at DiMillo’s.

This place is stunning, easy, and big! My daughter and prospective son-in-law stayed there for a couple nights, then she was joined by friends on the night before the wedding. On the day of the wedding we got permission to have the bridesmaids plus hair and makeup people join us there. It was perfect!! Thank you, Scott and Karen!

We were in Portland for a wedding. The Henry penthouse exceeded our expectations. The unit was even more beautiful than in the pictures. All very clean, comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchen. The views are amazing! Parking space included was a plus. One BR has black-out curtains, but the skylight has no shade and the light is aimed towards the bed. The other bedroom also has a skylight and has sheer curtains on the window. I wore eyeshades and slept well, but the others in our group commented that the light woke them up early. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Portland!

We loved every element of the apartment and our stay. Amazing views, stylish design, really comfortable, great location. Parking next door was super convenient. Check in and logistics were easy to follow and everything worked perfectly. Zero flaws or disappointments.

The condo was very nice with excellent views of the all the activity in the harbor right in heart of the old port. Easily walkable to plenty of restaurants and attractions. Off-street (but still outdoor) parking is nearby and has easy in-and-out access.

This was our second stay and still when we walked in we were awed by the beautiful views and how light and airy it is. Not to mention that we felt it has been designed for a luxury experience including heated bathroom floors and excellent bedding. The location ideal and the host is highly responsive. And Portland, a foodie paradise.
We sure hope to come back.

We stayed with friends at Suite Henry and thoroughly enjoyed this clean, contemporary & colorful home with spectacular views of Portland’s harbor. We walked everywhere. Top restaurants are a stones throw away. Communication with owners was exceptional. Check-in was a breeze. We highly recommend this elegant VRBO flat. Thank you!

This property is located in walking distance to many shops, restaurants and just steps away from the trolley and boat tours.
The inside of the property is clean and comfortable. The beds are very comfortable as well. Access to the rooftop was a treat to enjoy breakfast and take in the views.

Great place and location. Rooms too bright in the mornings waking you up early. Skylights would benefit from window treatments and the windows need treatments to block the light.
Some of the area rugs are stained so need cleaning or replacing. Other than that, the place is perfect.

The condo unit is located in a great spot, not just because of its incredible view of the harbor area, but also because it is centrally located in the Old Port neighborhood. It is close to many highly rated restaurants and to all the shopping on
Fore and Commercial Streets. The unit is comfortable and generally well equipped. The only minor negative is that the hardwood floor and some of the furniture are starting to show some wear and tear. I'm sure that Scott and Karen will stay on top of that.

This place was perfect for us. Right in the heart of it all (we didn't even rent a car!), two master suites, great kitchen and living area and outdoor space. We loved it!
The owners were very responsive to text messages, and everything worked as described.
It was a great place to call home for a week and a great trip.

Cleanliness: Everything was spotless... from the bed linens, to the kitchen appliances, to the bathrooms, to the dishes. And we're the kind of people who normally re-wash all the dishes after arriving, just because... here, no need.
Location: Really couldn't be better. Down the pier from Lukes. 3 minute walk to Scales. Also about 3 minutes to Ri Ra. Coastal Creamery is just downstairs (we had ice cream almost every day). Gorgeous views of the working waterfront... the water... the seagulls... the boats of all descriptions coming and going... (and also a BIT noisy during the day when we were there, as they were doing some pile driving in DiMilllo's parking lot... but hey... it's a WORKING waterfront, right?).
Super comfy condo, nicely equipped. Showers worked nicely, plenty of hot water, kitchen appliances (drip coffee maker, toaster, Wolf gas cook top, and Bosch microwave and convection oven) all worked fine. One minor annoyance was that the main fridge wasn't working (the FREEZER section was, though)... so they provided a mini-fridge (and we used the wine cooler as a fridge, which could hit mid 30's). Enjoyed the 3 smart TVs (one in each bedroom and a bigger one in the living room) for watching Netflix and keeping up on the Red Sox.
We'd absolutely stay here again without hesitation. Definitely recommended. Note: Managed (and owned, I believe) by a professional company. Communications were all clear, SUPER timely, and excellent. Easy to deal with.
No complaints.

Every bit as good as advertised. Great communication. Beautiful location and views. Would stay again.

Incredible floor to ceiling view of Portland's working waterfront. Comfy seating to watch ferries, tankers, lobster boats come & go. Beautiful high-end, very clean condo with a few quirks: Bathrooms inside bedrooms have no doors/walls, elevator noise permeates the apartment, and reclining sofas and chair don't have cord section with plugs so they don't recline. Plus, our fridge wasn't working so we were given only a dorm-size fridge for the week (@ $700/night?) 🙁

An amazing stay! Just wish the checkout was a little later

Both the host and the property exceeded expectations. We can't wait to come back.
