It was a great clean villa with a wonderful pool. Very silent and beautiful place with 100m from the beautiful sea bai. Great place for the children. The manager (Maria) was always very kind. Thank you very much.

One week with friends on Cyprus

We spent fantastic week in group of 8 persons in Marimar villa. This private house offers all you need for such a group of friends. 4 separate rooms, 3 bathrooms, living room, kitchen, parking place, fenced area and swimming pool.

Perfect location, very good villa and excellent host!

Villa was very good and in a perfect location. Walking distance from the beach and stores. We were a group of 6 adults and 3 kids. Villa was very clean and the facilities in the living room and in the kitchen, as well as the kitchen equipment, were in excellent condition. I was sleeping in the bedroom that was downstairs with a double bed and in front of the pool and that was perfect. The bathroom tho that is downstairs is very small and if you are a person with an average height and weight it could be difficult to enjoy your shower. Also, the shower is without a bath glass or shower curtain so you could not avoid a mess after your shower. The pool area was perfect with the big table bar on the side. The barbeque area is convenient but could have had a light there so you could see when you use the barbeque at night. The pool-table is not in working condition. On the third day of our stay, the pool was dirty and we took the time to clean it ourselves with the pool cleaning net. We had some issues with the air conditioners but Maria, the host was always on-call with exceptional and on-time help that solved it in a matter of time, and having the owner respond to her guests at all times is very important! Overall we had a pleasant vacation. Special thanks to the owner Maria for being there every time we needed something. Recommended!

Lots of space inside and out, quality interior fittings throughout, everything you could possibly need from a holiday villa. Close location to a seaside - just 2 mins walk, photos of the property are matching expectations The great and welcoming host!Friendly staff helped with late check out. It was a perfect holiday for our family, all in all a great holiday!
