Welcome to 'Cha Cha'. A family friendly And PET Friendly holiday home 300m to the Inlet Beach and an easy 1km walk to the town centre.
A cosy and comfortable holiday home with everything you will need to make your break in Inverloch as comfortable as possible.
Extras you will find: FREE WiFi, an APPLE TV With FREE NETFLIX, LCD TV with Amp and bluetooth, DVD player and movies, BBQ, stereo, table tennis table, board games and books, dog bowls and for those who enjoy a nice coffee, a Espresso Coffee Machine (Aldi)
We can't forget to mention the addition of a massive deck, and French doors opening out onto it, to enjoy those summer bbq's, plus a reverse cycle airconditioner inverter, to keep you cool during summer and warmer through those cooler months!

There is a fully enclosed backyard, to keep the kids of the human and furry varieties safe. Plenty of off street parking with a large single garage and high carport if you're into boating. Bedding (Pillows, doonas and covers) is included and if there is a baby in the family a cot (2) is also available, though you would need to supply own linen and bedding for this. 3 bedrooms consisting of-
Bed 1: 1 Queen
Bed 2: 1 Bunk, 1 single bed with trundle and 1 spare mattress.
Bed 3: 1 Double
There is one bathroom, with a separate shower and bath, and a separate toilet.

Linen (sheets and towels) can be supplied on REQUEST ONLY at an extra cost of $20.00 PER PERSON. However, due to laundering difficulties, linen is unavailable over the peak periods. Please ask if you are unsure.

Don't forget to bring the bikes. At the top end of Cuttriss Street, there is a BMX track all the kids will love, at the other end of Cuttriss, is a path which takes you into town and around towards the surf beach.
We also have a range of adult and children's bicycles hanging in the garage that you are free to use, so if you can't fit yours in, just bring your helmet.

Comfortable and cosy house to relax in and lovely to be able to bring our dogs. They loved the large alfresco backyard area, but being able to sleep inside if cold. It is close to the shops and ocean and had everything we could need. Inverloch itself is charming and friendly and very quiet off-season.

Cha Cha was very comfortable, in a great location and secure for our dog. We didn’t have great weather but the house was cosy and beds very comfortable. We did lots of walks, eating and relaxing

We had a lovely stay at Cha Cha. The house was clean and had everything we needed and more. Lots of crockery, utensils, pots and pans etc in the kitchen. Even things like oil, cling wrap and aluminium foil were available. And hand soap and dishwashing liquid provided too. Travelling with a 4 year old and a 9 month old, we usually have to bring heaps of toys/entertainment for them. Not to Cha Cha though - there were heaps of toys for babies and older kids around! Our toys from home didn’t get used at all. Two high chairs there, one is a fold up portable one and one free standing wooden one. Backyard is fully fenced, clean and safe for young kids to run around in. There is a swing set which kids might need a little help with. And in the garage lots of things to borrow too. Our 4 year old loved the scooter! Property is close enough for little legs to walk to the inlet beach, which is calm and perfect for very young kids. Pete and Shae were great to deal with and provided very timely assistance when needed. We had a very comfortable stay.

We had a lazy few days at the property in Feb 2024. The situation was very good indeed and the property clean and the beds very comfortable. We had a few issues with the tv remote but fortunately had tech savvy daughters with us. Unfortunately my husband was not well and we had to make the decision to cut short our stay. Shae very kindly offered us another day when we return.

Thanks Shae and Pete for another wonderful stay. It was great my friends were able to join me for a night and the little extra touches such as toys and swings were a big hit with the kids! Evie 🐶loved her first holiday and the gated laundry was really helpful. She loved the backyard and being able to watch from the front balcony. It was an easy stress free holiday with dogs and kids, close to lots of dog friendly activites. Thanks again! We will be back

Location great. We had to supply our own linen wouldn't pick a property again that didn't supply own. Backyard had very long grass, and overgrown not good with dogs. BBQ on back veranda very dirty.

The Property needs a lot of attention . the key code Stayz gave us was different to the one the owner,s gave us , the back stairs were rotting and overgrown and the doors did not lock properly. The notification of the no towels and linen policy came late as we were already travelling ,and there was doggie doos in the long grass at the back left by previous tenants. Not good!

Our stay at Cha Cha was fantastic. The house had everything you needed. It is situated in the best position close to beach and township. We are definitely going back in January for a 10 night stay. Shae and Peter always answered your emails and gave a detailed response to your inquiry.

Our family of 3 as well as 2 small dogs had a wonderful stay at Cha Cha. It’s compact and cozy and has a really loved feel - perfect for quality family time. Ammenities are perfect, beds extremely comfortable and the back yard perfect for our dogs. We enjoyed the bbq on the patio and the location is superb. Walking distance to the dog friendly safe beach. We would recommend Cha Cha

We spent five nights during school holidays with our two poodles at this clean and cosy house, a five minute walk to an off lead beach. Lovely neighborhood, not noisy. Comfy beds in house. Highly recommend.

The house was old but very clean and obviously very loved. The main attraction was the dog friendly rating and we were not disappointed. The property was very secure for dogs (and I have a Harry Houdini Dog!). The dog friendly beach was at the end of the street and we got coffee at the end of the street then walked the dogs on the beach. Both local pubs had great food. Also the "winery" does a great food platter and tasting - Sublime!!

WHAT A DELIGHTFUL 4 NIGHTS HERE

We loved that this property delivered so much more than expected. It was very clean and increbily well set up for either a dog holiday (we have a 3 yr old labrador) or a family stay with a very secure yard & kennel & child-proof gate/partitioning, a generous and thoughtful provision of toiletries, and lots of thoughtful entertainment/beach-going/keep-them-active acessories. We did not use the later or the brand new BBQ but appreciated their availability. We walked to the beach (10 mins) and enjoyed the endless treks allowed by the changing tides. This was our 1st time staying in this part of Victoria and we will be back to continue exploring the rail trail & the Kilcunda beach walk & the lost-in-time Venus Bay and more. We found a wonderful bakery in inverloch and a must-do lunch spot in Koonwarra. We cooked most nights utilising local produce & wines, and the house's very good range of cooking equipment & utensils. Was there a downside? Yes, 4 nights was not enough!

We had an incorrect password. As we had no communication available we forced the key lock open. The green book gave us access to the owner and we were given the correct pin. Overall the place was good however the couches are very uncomfortable. The floors needed better vacuuming which is a bit rich considering we paid for cleaning in the rent.
