About this bed and breakfast
We welcome guests to our beautiful home situated just a 6 minute stroll to the beaches that Esperance is famous for. You will have your own entry through a private courtyard complete with gas bbq. We are only a 5 minute drive from the center of town and the nearest shops. Your hosts, Brian and Jenny, have traveled extensively and look forward to making our guests feel at home while enjoying all that Esperance has to offer.
We provide a Continental Breakfast of Fruit Juice, Fresh fruit, yoghurt, a choice of breakfast cereals, tea and coffee.

The hosts are very friendly and available to help at any time. The accommodation was very clean, with generous continental breakfast supplies and nice private courtyard. The location was quiet and only short drive from central Esperance. We would recommend to others. Thank you Brian & Jenny. We enjoyed our time at your place.

Welcomed by Brian and Jenny, our accomadation was beautiful, very clean,bed was very comfortable,the showerhead was amazing and yummy fresh bread from the bakery

We loved our stay with Brian and Jenny! They were the most gracious hosts and we even went out to dinner with them! They immediately felt like family! Nice, private room detached from the rest of the house.

Great people, great location! Room has everything you need. Bed is really comfortable. Venue is quiet and peaceful. It's separate room; separate entry away from the main part of the home but still attached. Brian and Jenny are incredible hosts. Very kind and generous. You can mix with them or do your own thing. Look forward to staying there again.

Very welcoming stay with 2 lovely hosts, who even invited to join them Christmas Day for dinner, would defo recommend!! Plus bed was so comfy

A truly unique accommodation. Made very welcome by Brian & Jenny. Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone visiting Esperance. Loved it.

We enjoyed our stay. It was very quiet and private. We had our own space and although the hosts were unable to be there they ensured that everything was taken care of.
