The location was right next to the ski slopes and easy access to the slopes, bus station, and the underground mall had an entrance through the hotel as well!

Vivaldi Park is an entire complex full of activities for kids and adults. We had a lot of fun and the food of the restaurants was amazing. I will go back in the future
I didn't like the fact that the towels are super tiny ones. I am used to normal size towels, but apparently in Korea all the hotels only have the small ones. Taking a shower and using small towels in the cold weather wasn't comfy
4.0
Clean, spacious & convenient!
More lockers would be a great addition or at least a safe space to place luggages for early check-in or after check-out waiting for transport.

Cleanliness
Very spacious
Nice view
Convenient as it’s near by the ski area
Value for money
Only provide small towels
We have to pay extra money to get towels
Ended up we are getting the same size towels- small ones

the place is walkable to the vivaldi park, So many shop at B1. We cant eat at the food store at B1 because its non halal, but the convenient store got so many thing that we can buy and can cook ourself since we booking the room with kitchenet.
NO shower towel, they just prepare the face towel & pillow is not so comfortable , maybe sono hotel need to consider to add more pillow for each room.

SNOWY LAND & SKI
None of the staff would help you if you had issues. All matters will be "brought to manager" and the manager will simply say no. No multi-country adapter, no water, no AC in room.
The room was extremely hot and they wouldn't supply AC control so I had to manually turn on the button on the AC.
Asked for water, and they said the 2 in the fridge are all you got.
Once we got in the ski park on the second day, they refused to let my wife up without ski equipment although we explained she's there to take photos and she's been going up the same way for 2 days. Discrepancy in their policy.
The price of lyft tickets and coaching are out of place.

Location only
Wasn’t clearly informed the hotel didn’t provide full amenities like bath towel. We are tourists, why would we travel with bath towels? And we got to pay extra money to get extra hand towel
4.0
Right by the ski slopes so very convenient and sufficient eateries nearby.
It looks dated and towels are really small. Also, hotel doesn’t provide concierge service so you cannot leave your luggage with them before check in or after check out. You need to use a paid locker.

There are many amenities and activities for everyone. There are 2 toilets with bathroom. It is not clearly stated on booking.com by the property for sonobelle B family suite.
At night, the heater can be too hot. Most of the staff cannot speak English so it is difficult to communicate.

여러가지 facility 가 많아서 좋았음.
4인 패밀리 룸인대,
원룸형태에 싱글배드 두개와 2인은 바닥에서 자야하는 불편함 있음,
비데가 고장나 있어 사용 불가함.

Great location, easy access to all attractions, stores and restaurants.
The room was overpriced. Very few toiletries. No shower-curtain.

Location, facilities
Overpriced.
4.0
The restaurants, convenient stores and the water park.
There was no microwave in the room and have to share the one on the common area. The microwave in the common area was not clean.

There were lots of indoor activities for the kids.
They did not provide bath towels in the room and had to pay 500won for extra hand towels. There was no bag storage facility at the hotel except for paid lockers. The online checking process did not secure the bed types you wanted in your room, rather you had to get a ticket and wait until 12pm when rooms were allocated on first come first served basis from 12pm. Staff didn’t know when facilities would open or get the times completely wrong. The facilities for the kids to play at where amazing but so overpriced it was crazy: 100,000won for 4 people (2adults and 2 kids to use a pool) or 80,000 won for kids to enter the soft play for 2hours!!!!
This is one of the dumbest ways to run a hotel and so cheap as if they want to charge people extra at every chance when these are provided free at nearly every hotel in the world.

Spacious rooms. Right in front of the ski park. A lot of activities to do in the hotel

I like the view from our balcony. We have an amazing view at night. The check-in took us very easily. Nice big room. A pleasant stay. The facility is also good for families with young babies. Would love to come back again.
Overprice. It's hard to get a shuttle bus to get to vivaldi Park as the driver can't speak English so much, but we re quite lucky we have a staff. The running bus is quite very late during the weekend. Hopefully, they have more shuttle bus running on every times from seoul.

Room was spacious, clean & quiet.
The check-in was slow & upon arrival, we understand that 12pm was the check-in time & they got us to wait another 2 hours because the room has not been cleaned up. When it was done, we weren't informed until we'd to check with the counter. So we wasted quite abit of time during the check-in process.

Clean and nice.
There is only one air-conditioner in the whole apartment, so it is a bit hot in the bedrooms. Other than this everything is good.

room facilities is just ok, no bath towel provided, need to bring your own

Nice location. Sono belle Tower B right in front of the slopes.
Staff could not speak much English. Our driver dropped us off at Sono Felice and it cost me one hour walking to and fro before somebody told me clearly in English the difference between Sono Felice and Sonobelle.

It's location. Very near the ski hills and very self sufficient with all the shops.
The lack of hooks and hangers in the toilets and rooms. Towel racks are installed so high up, very unusable for shorter folks.

the room is big , near the ski park , nice view
bathroom dirty , behind bathroom door got the wormhole, is disgusting… didn’t provide large towel for guess… just the very small face towel …

the location from the ski slopes! the amenities and eateries.
bathroom was fairly basic.

Good view, spacious room. Comes with kitchen and utensils. Sleep on futons. Decent room heating
They charged for almost any request like luggage storage, having a ski view. Unable to give extra card key to me but I saw Koreans hold 4 card keys of same room. Was promised four towels but was not given. Poor service especially from ski resort management. Was asked to queue at 7am next day and then waited till 9am then told no English speaking instructor. Screw up people travel plan and time which worth thousands dollar - didnt even have the opportunity to learn ski from instructor if staff would have told us earlier. Waste of time and very poor service.

We have a stay for 2 nights in Family Suite in Tower A. Outdoor temperature was around -10’C. We felt good for the heater floor, no problem in sleeping. The view is great, the room is clean. We enjoyed our stay very much.
Bigger towels will be better. We knew it from the past comments here and brought our own, no problem for us.

Location is perfect, right in front of the slopes.

Room is big, such a nice change from small hotel rooms in Seoul.
The kitchen has complete cooking utensils and appliances.
Room is a bit old and outdated.
They don't clean the room daily.
Towels were small, face towel size. Bring your own towels!
The ondol style room is very uncomfortable, the mattress was very thin and heated floor was too hot. On the second night, I stacked two mattresses and 1 blanket to make it less hot and a bit more comfortable.
