Instalaciones buenas pero personal poco profesional

Habitación, cama y baño amplios.

Limpieza escasa, falta de gel y champú, no había agua caliente, el grifo de la ducha estaba roto, el desagüe no iba bien, se lo comentamos varias veces al personal y hasta el último día no lo arreglaron.

Fajny czysty i duży pokój , spokojny ośrodek

Duży ładny pokój, dodatkowa sofa, duża łazienka z wanną i prysznicem , duży basen , ogród i obok fajna knajpa z żywą muzyką .

Niestety zarezerwowałem ten pokój ze względu na posiadanie wanny która nie miała ciepłej wody tylko zimna 🤷🏻‍♂️ a w prysznicu już była ciepła woda 🤷🏻‍♂️ Również nje dostaliśmy wody w pokoju (mieliśmy czajnik, herbatę, kawę ale wody nie było pitnej 😁) była 11:00pm także trudno 😁 śniadanko było delikatne bardzo delikatne ale to norma na Nusa Penida 😉 ogólnie obiekt jest ładny na prawdę ładny ale takie rzeczy jak wanna - musi działać skoro jest , bo ktoś taki jak ja specjalnie po to wybrał ten pokój 💪🏼

Standalone villa, walking distance to many eateries, coffee shops (check out Black & White Bakery for incredible donuts), great pool, good bed, excellent value

Bathroom design is open and water on floor means you need to exercise caution. Peeling paint on villa walls (plenty of gardening staff …. perhaps they could be reallocated to removing peeling paint & repaint?….) Aircon struggles to keep villa cool (perhaps larger unit needed). None of these issues would prevent me staying here again. Great villa.

Basic but comfortable and good value property close to Sampalan port.

The garden and settings are lovely. Room was large, AC was good, shower hot, bed was very soft and comfortable. There was a kettle and mini fridge in the room. Staff very friendly.

WiFi was patchy speed wise and occasionally stopped completely but this is more a Penida problem generally than a specific property. The rooms could do with a touch of paint - a few scuffs and missing painted areas on the wall and some cracked tiles in the bathroom. Rooms are fairly dimly lit at night. Pool steps were missing the wood so bottom 3 rungs had some sharp metal in the middle to catch your foot on if not careful.

It was a pleasurable stay.

It was cosy. The room was comfortable and kept clean everyday. The staff was friendly, helpful and always ready to help.

The toilets were not very clean. Can be better improved. The water also tasted weird.

Misunderstood for the transfer from harbour to hotel, we waited 45min and finally took another taxi Electric plug in the shower ... Limestone in the bathroom The room wasn't done last Not enough bottles of water and no fountain Not enough food at breakfast Subbed whit hole Not enough hot water in the shower Rusty main gate

A perfect stay

Spacious and clean room. Bed is really comfortable, refrigerator in room. We had a very nice stay here. The staff were lovely and helped us rent a motorbike and book tours! 10 mins to beach clubs, cafes and restaurants. I highly recommend staying here while in Nusa penida.

Disappointing

The room was clean, the air-con was cold. It was cheap. That's probably about it.

I should have read the negative reviews about the over-chlorinated pool.. which needed the chlorine because it wasn't filtered or cleaned properly. So I didn't swim in it. The door lock on my room was dodgy and took a lot of work to lock and unlock every time. There's a temple directly across the road that is super loud every night until midnight. The eftpos terminal doesn't work, so you must pay cash. But the worst thing was the location. Miles from anything really. My bad for not reviewing properly.

A bearable experience, beautiful pool, friendly staff, but unfortunately not for early sleepers.

The breakfast pancakes were amazing and the beds were comfortable, with a controlled cool temperature thanks to a working aircon.

Receptionist wasn’t always there if there were complaints or requests for assistance. The accommodation is positioned right across from a temple which had loud prayers playing until midnight, disturbing sleep. The tv didn’t work.

Nice hotel, clean and comfy rooms however the picture’s were definitely taken a while back. Not the greatest location unless you have a scooter as it is quite far from the hidden attractions of the island and from the ferry port and restaurants. Room didn’t have kettle or any additional amenities but very comfortable bed!

Breakfast could have been better and some updated pictures for the website better representing the rooms in their current condition!

Relaxing stay with beautiful day trips on Nusa Penida

nice staff that were helpful in organizing scooter rental, ferry back to Bali and they were attentive. The grounds landscaping was beautiful.

the pool really needs to be maintained better. Floating debris, dirty on the bottom. it needs a skimmer for filtration badly. Over chlorinated because of the lack of skimmer to keep pool clean.

Lovely room and pool. Staff extremely helpful with organising pickup and drop off at harbour :)

Wifi extremely weak in rooms. Location is not the best if you do not have a bike, not much in walking distance (especially as roads are pitch black at night)
