This beautifully maintained villa offers an eat-in terrace complete with a wet bar, and a fully equipped kitchen. Other ammenities include a dining area, cable, flat screen TV’ s, in all rooms, ceiling fans and individual thermostats in the main rooms.
Additionally, there are two master suites each having a king bed with pillow top mattresses, a jacuzzi tub and his and her sinks, a sitting area with a balcony entrance. The guest suite provides 2 queen beds, a complete entertainment center and a full bath. A pull-out sofa bed in the living room can sleep a maximum of 2 with a full bath off the living room.
The kitchen is fully stocked and includes a breakfast bar and a dining room table as well as a full size refrigerator, a microwave, a coffee maker, blender, and a full size pantry. The drinking water is completely filtered throughout the villa la estancia complex. A washer/dryer/wash tub is located off the kitchen area.
Enjoy the beautiful pool and spa, complete with food and beverage service as well as soft beach towels or let the villa la estancia service people find you a relaxing spot on the beach. The resort guests are offered all of the amenities of a 5 star resort, including: 24 hour front desk service & security, concierge, tour desk for excursions, maid service & amenities, room service, a business and fitness center, tennis courts, a beautiful pool and beachfront swimming area, and ocean view hot tubs. A new 31,000 european spa and fitness center is located next door, a must!!!!. The vacation complex offers guests the convenience of a market/pharmacy, a deli, an ice cream parlor and various retail shops. A shuttle services the resort complex for your convenience.

First time to Cabo. Truly one of best units in the place steps to pool and beach yet quiet. Great porch if you didn’t feel like fighting for a chair. Lovely staff… played on pickle ball courts. Great for nice Long Beach walks and could walk to a lot of great dinner places!

This 3 bedroom villa joins one 2 bedroom suite with a connected single room. Lots of space and privacy, each bedroom has its own full bath. The location is amazing-we didn’t even feel the need to grab pool chairs because our patio was so close to the pool. The kitchen was great for cooking. Great stay. Love this hotel.

Only one unit off the front of the building, 20 feet to the pool and 40 feet to the beach, it really can’t get much better. I’ve always chosen top floor type units, possibly for the better view, but the ground floor access has completely changed my opinion when it comes to the future, especially when traveling with family. Being able to walk back-and-forth into the unit without making a long trek was awesome. Management was attentive, and immediately responsive to even the smallest issue. Will absolutely prioritize this unit on future trips to Cabo. Estancia is one of my favorite properties in Cabo, and the location of this unit just added one more benefit to it.
