About this house rental

We fell in love with this town and so will you. The house has a lovely rap around porch overlooking a charming and quiet block that’s great for chatting, game play and having a cup of coffee or glass of wine. We have a small backyard area with a outdoor table, umbrella and bbq grill. The house has keyless entry . Inside you walk into a bright living room with plenty of seating . There is a large dining space and modern kitchen with microwave, toaster oven, popcorn maker, blender and coffeemaker and keurig . The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes , pots and pans and kids dishes too along with kitchen staples (olive oil, s&p, coffee and filters). The kitchen also gives you access to the backyard space. The kitchen and bathroom have been recently redone. There is a main floor bathroom. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a queen bed, the 2nd bedroom has a full bed. The 3rd bedroom has bunk beds and a trundle. Also the bedrooms have dressers for storing luggage and air conditioner units. The bathroom is large with a full sized tub and shower combo. There is also a pack and play available . The house has WiFi, and a smart tv , and a Wii. We are a short walk to the beach. It is short walk to restaurants, stores and playground. Asbury Park and Bradley beach are also an easy walk or bike ride. The backyard has a shed with access to beach toys , bikes, cart, and chairs for the beach. Our group had a great time at the house. There is a new additional bathroom and plenty of chairs/umbrellas etc to use in the shed for the beach. There was also 2 bikes to use which was great. The house is near a beach while also being walkable to asbury and great restaurants. Would just be aware of steep stairs if you have large bags or small children/older relatives. Would definitely recommend!

We booked 2 stays here and it was perfect for us and our dog. Side and front porch were our favorite quiet sitting/reading spots. Living areas were comfortable with everything we needed. Bonus items like bikes, beach equipment and bbq were appreciated. A downstairs bathroom had been newly added. We are expecting some family members for day visits and will make use of the assortment of games. Neighbors were friendly but respectful of privacy. This unique town and quaint houses are abloom with flowers and greenery, so walking is a pleasure.

This home was great the the responsiveness of the owner was fantastic! We had two families; 4 adults and 3 kids, and it was plenty of space. The front porch was great to sit on and relax, there was a nice size dining room table that we could all sit and have breakfast and dinner at. It was a great location just a few blocks from the beach and dining options within walking distance. We would definitely go back again!

We loved that we could bring our dog and she enjoyed the porch area. Off season was perfect, and this area was very quiet but downtown strip was a short walk to restaurants. The home was clean and pictures show you what to expect. The stairs inside are a bit steep, but manageable (I understand you need to expect that with an older home). We love Ocean Grove and had a great mid-week getaway with our pup, Blossom.

We had a wonderful week stay in Ocean Grove. The house was extremely clean and the description of it on VRBO was very accurate. You are only a short walk to the beach (7 minutes) and to downtown Asbury Park (less than 10 minutes). Arianne was responsive, communicative and helpful with any questions or issues that we had during our stay. Two things people should be aware of before renting are the steepiness of the steps to the second floor and the lack of AC in the living room (there is unit in the dining room). Neither, was a problem for us but something to know in case it is a problem. Overall, we very much enjoyed our summer vacation in this lovely home.

The house has all the things you could need. It’s a five minute walk to the beach and two minutes to Main Street. The house is comfortable but has no frills, so if you’re looking for a place with nice linens towels, cozy couches, and central air then this isn’t the right place for you. However, if you are looking for a clean and roomy 3 bedroom house close to everything and easy street parking, then this house is a great option!

Took the family here for a weekend wedding in Asbury Park and the house was perfect! A short walk to the beach in Ocean Grove and 20 minute walk into restaurants in Asbury… The host was fantastic, very responsive when we had questions and they had all the beach amenities (chairs, toys, bikes) which the kids loved!

This is a lovely home in a beautiful neighborhood just about a 10 minute walk to the beach. The hosts supply everything you might need for a day at the beach including bikes, boogie boards, children's toys, chairs and a beach wagon to get it all there. There is a sweet porch to enjoy the air and the neighborhood. The kitchen has all of the essentials. We had a wonderful week at the beach!!!!

We had a great time here. The property is convenient to Ocean Grove's dining and Asbury Park. It iswell maintained. Five adults is a bit crowded particularly with only one bathroom located on second floor. This is as advertised, but after five days it felt tight.

Enjoyed our stay at this property. Location to main shops and Asbury Park can’t be beat. Beach a little more of a walk but we enjoyed being away from the fray a bit and the quiet of the neighborhood. Porch is also completely fenced in which was great for our dog and little one.

We were looking for easy place for our young family of five to enjoy some beach time. It was perfect-walkable from the beach, and walkable to Asbury Park too! The place was clean and spacious-not overly cluttered with furniture and had everything we needed! Would definitely stay again!

Mother/daughters get away was so relaxing, peaceful, and enjoyable! We loved a couple dinners outdoors at Sea Grass. Tinos pizza was wonderful as well! Coffee each morning on the porch was delightful. Walking to the beach we got a little exercise, taking in the lovely homes and gardens each way. The people we met, many walking their dogs, were friendly. Sitting and chatting for hours together on the beach taking in the sounds of the ocean and watching the waves endless play over the sandy beach, felt good for the soul. It was hard to leave at the end of our stay. We were quite happy with our rental choice.

My husband and I had a great quick getaway at the property. Ocean Grove is a lovely town and the house is walking distance to everything, including Asbury Park. We had an issue with the TV when we checked in and Arianne was very responsive.

We stayed there with our two kids and had a great time. The house was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. The owner was very responsive. The house is about a 10 minute walk to the beach. We drove to the beach most days and were able to find a parking spot close by. Easy to walk to shops and restaurants on main and to Asbury Park. We loved sitting out on the porch. Very friendly neighborhood and quiet street.
