This beautiful three bedroom three bath oceanfront condo in Crescent Shores is ready for you. The 26 feet, long balcony, gives stunning views of the beautiful Atlantic Ocean & the white sandy Grand Strand coastline. It's accessible from both the living room & the master bedroom. The oceanfront balcony seating includes a tall table with 6 tall chairs.
The well-appointed kitchen offers granite countertops, & new slate appliances include an glass top range, refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, microwave, dishwasher, as well as a full-size washer and dryer off the kitchen. The cabinets are well stocked with plenty of dishes, glasses and silverware. Additional appliances include a toaster oven, electric griddle, large crock pot, blender, a hand mixer, waffle iron, air fryer, pots, pans & baking dishes round out this chef's gourmet kitchen.
The coffee bar moves coffee making out of the kitchen, allowing guests to serve themselves without interrupting the cook. A Ninja 12 cup coffee pot, a Keurig large reservoir single cup maker & an electric kettle are all available on the coffee bar. The removable reservoirs on the coffee pots make the relocation from the kitchen to the coffee bar a breeze.
The living room features a mirrored wall that doubles the oceanfront view. Plenty of comfortable furniture including a leather recliner provides seating for viewing the 50" smart TV using Direct TV Streaming. Free wireless internet access is available in the unit.
A dining table for 6 and a 3-seat breakfast bar offers plenty of room for your group to eat together.
The oceanfront master bedroom offers a king-size bed, 2 nightstands and a smart TV. A walk-in closet leads to the master bath with granite counters and his and hers sinks. An oversized stand up shower with an outstanding shower head along with a jetted whirlpool tub awaits you.
Each of the two guest bedrooms offers 2 queen beds & their own bathrooms. Each bathroom offers walk in showers. Bedrooms include ceiling fans, suitcase stands, pillows & blankets. This is a fabulous condo. Very clean, spacious and very well stocked with kitchen utensils, glassware and any appliances you could think of. Great location to many restaurants and grocery stores. Big patio to sit out and enjoy breakfast and enjoy the views. Definitely would come back

Our unit was very spacious and nicely furnished with a well stocked kitchen with a beautiful ocean front view. It was as described online. We were there over the July 4th holiday and enjoyed the fireworks up and down the beach. The only negative I can say is that they complex only had one elevator which was frustrating when checking in and out.

Every detail of the rental experience was top notch. From the reservation process to the arrival instructions, location of the condo, condition of the property, to helpful labels everywhere. The property was very well maintained and a security guard onsite. The ONLY suggestion would be to upgrade the beds or perhaps pillow toppers for the beds. The master was great but the others seemed to be less than ideal. Otherwise, the entire experience was wonderful and we will be back! Thank you!!

We had a Beautiful Condo clean and in great shape the only problem was a new TV carrier and no one could help with channels and how to navigate the system we were able to log into Netflix and watch movies at night I am sure the TV problem will be ironed out our stay was wonderful

Beautiful ocean front condo. We are snowbirds and have stayed in this condo for several years. It is always very clean and the owners are continually doing updates. We liked the new lighting and ceiling fan in the main living area as well as the updated entry decor. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need for cooking. The high top seating on the balcony gives you an unobstructed view of the beach and ocean. It is nice to have the car in a parking garage. A great location, close to restaurants, golf courses, and entertainment. Barefoot landing is one of our favorite places and it is close by. We look forward to returning next winter for three months!

Great stay all the way around. Check-in process was very streamlined (quick and informative). Check-out was the same. Unit was as advertised. Great location and the view was absolutely breathtaking. Thouroughly enjoyed the high-end balcony furniture! Unit was very clean. Has everything you need (and then some). The well-stocked kitchen was absolutely great! We had some minor issues to come up and the host was on it and took care of it immediately. It was a little chaotic trying to unload everything upon arrival. Of course, that is to be expected because everyone is arriving and trying to check in at the same time. There were some issues with the elevators malfunctioning but that was no fault of the owners/ hosts. It happened several times during our week-long stay and was very annoying. All-in-all, we had a very nice, relaxing time and would definitely book again.

This rental is so spacious with plenty of room for guests. It was also very clean and comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need for all your cooking needs. The view is amazing! We saw dolphins feeding right from the balcony. It's also centrally located so many attractions are close by. We really enjoyed our stay here.

mold in the shower of the main bedroom...had to move the coffee bar to get something we dropped and it was very dirty underneath(old peices of food and lots of dust...no extra toilet paper...nicely decorated and the views were great

While this place is beautiful, there are quite a few things wrong that had our entire crew saying "add it to the list" over and over. It started with an absolute nightmare of check-in/waiting for elevators to take your stuff up/finding carts. We heard that this is the norm for this place. 5 days in, my 3 year old found out our door didn't lock unless we pulled it shut extra hard. I was stabbed by one of the pointy-est butter knives I've ever encountered. Lots of glass and mirrors, which is not the best for those of us with toddlers. I am sure there are tons more, but overall the place was nice and convenient to the beach, so we were able to shrug off the numerous annoyances we ran into. None of us plan to return though.

Excellent facility!
The condo we rented for 5/28-6/3/22 was incredible! The rooms were well beyond our expectations. Spacious, every appliance, cookware and dinnerware you can imagine. The grounds, pool, and lazy River were kept in tip top shape. Looking forward to our next stay!!

Upon arriving I was told repeatedly at the management office that if I broke a picture or mug it was covered under insurance but I would have to report it before leaving the condo or I would be charged. I found it incredibly odd and even told my husband when I got back in the car after checking in. I put that aside and our stay was very pleasant. The place was well maintained and even though the outdoor pools were shut down we had plenty of beach play and other activities planned for our spring break. Prior to departing I did my usual sweeping, cleaning, and following check out procedures to a T. I am a very clean person and believe things should be left better than you found them. About a week goes by and I receive a letter in the mail stating that they are keeping my deposit due to a picture being broken. At first I was livid ready to call them immediately as I knew I had been set up. I am not sure if a cleaning crew member or a previous tenant had broken a picture but I felt at check in when there was constant mention of a picture breaking that something wasn’t right. I know there is nothing I can do as it is their word against mine and maybe in hindsight I should have taken pictures of the pictures and mugs just to verify everything was fine but I have never broken items in someone’s home and have never had a deposit kept from me. I learned my lesson that if something sounds odd it probably is and I should go with my gut.

Excellent condo, beautiful ocean view and conveniently located to restaurants and attractions. We stayed for three months, the kitchen had everything we need to cook meals. New sectional in living room is very comfortable. The beds were comfortable and two of the bathrooms have new walk-in showers. The unit is very clean and the management company was excellent.

Everything was just as described! Beautiful views, well stocked kitchen with plates, utensils, small appliances etc. We enjoyed our stay! We don't love the picking the keys up off site. In the past we've had a code entry which is preferred, but it's a minor thing. Lovely condo!

I've stayed in nearly every North Myrtle Beach condo complex, from Cherry Grove to Windy Hill. This was one of the very best units I've stayed in (and close to the best!). I'm always concerned about how comfortable the beds will be since some rentals use cheap mattresses. The master bed was a DREAM! There were plenty of extra pillows and blankets.The condo decor was upscale and beautiful, yet completely comfortable and relaxing.I brought my two teens here and they each brought a friend. Having three full bathrooms and five beds was fabulous. The view was beautiful and beach access was a breeze.The air conditioning worked well throughout the entire unit. All other appliances worked well. Wifi isn't great, so I wouldn't plan to come here to work. I considered this my "unplugged" time anyway, so it didn't matter for me on this trip. If you plan to stream movies, work, or play video games online, look elsewhere.The one problem we had was that the key was VERY hard to turn in the lock. I was the only one in the group who could make it work. This was ok since I stayed at the unit a lot, but it could be problematic if you have a lot of people coming and going at different times. Also, the deadbolt didn't work at all. There was a swing bar latch to secure the door for safety. Since the public can access the breezeways, though, a working deadbolt would've been nice.Common areas of the complex were very clean and indoor areas were air-conditioned.My kids used and loved the indoor pool, outdoor pool, lazy river, and gym. We visited over Labor Day weekend and none of the areas were crowded at all.The unit's kitchen was well-stocked with everything one needs. The unit was very clean on arrival. This rental looks and feels like I’ve arrived at my second home or a good friend’s house. Not a rental property. I would measure this property to 5 star hotels on an island. The owners have obviously put their heart and soul into ensuring that their guests are welcomed by the ambiance and attention to detail. Just about every item that you may want or need is available. It is close to dining if that is desired, but if saving $$ and home cooking is your thing, I would bet that every cooking tool is included in the immaculate rental. The wood flooring, the renovated baths, the comfortable outdoor furniture made me feel that I have chosen well. I have fully enjoyed my week here and I miss it already. Not all condos on this property/building have the same amenities as this one. I plan on choosing this condo for all future stays, and recommend this one to all that will listen.

Great place to stay
Everything was as advertised. Very clean, beatiful decor...had a very warm feel to it. The deco made it feel like we were not in a rental...more like home. The tub was a big hit for our youngest grandson...did not want to get out of it!

Two light bulbs out. 3 keys & sometimes they worked sometimes they didnt, people smoking all around.
Would not stay in this area again. Condo itself isgood - decorated well & clean - just that keys didnt always work... ODVR does not have any control over issues such as everyone smoking in non smoking facility. Difficult to sit on deck because of smoking. Dont arrive on a Saturday - complete chaos. Do Sunday to Sunday.
