About this house rental
Narbonne central with saltwater pool.
My 3 story town house, located in this very desirable part of Narbonne, close to both the canal de la Robine and medieval city centre with its maze of winding streets.
The ground floor consists of study, living room, dining, kitchen, sunroom / conservatory, toilet. The patio doors lead to the outdoor, in ground pool. The American sofa pulls out to a king sized sofa bed making the space accommodate 9.
On the first floor, you’ll find 3 good-sized bedrooms all with air conditioning (entire home is Air conditioned except for the cave). There is a full bathroom located on the first floor with shower and toilet. Beds are fitted with French linen sheets, very luxurious.
New for 2018 - The basement / cave now includes a luxurious salle de bain / bathroom, also included in this chill-out space is a comfortable bed and seating area complete with Moroccan cushions for your temporary escape from the kids!
The cave also includes a laundry room with washer and dryer; a table seating 4 suitable for dining / games.
There is a lovely sunny and private garden with table, sun sail, lounge chairs, bbq grill and pool.
Located in one of the oldest wine making regions of the world and once on the road to Rome, Narbonne is a slice of heaven sitting on the Canal Robine, one hour from the Spanish border and 10 minutes to the Mediterranean. Immerse yourself in this authentic French culture, by walking to the famous Les Halles and indulge your foodie passion or a stroll along the canal taking in the architectural beauty. If you desire to venture out there is so much to see from vineyards, abbeys, villages and more.
Guests have access to entire home except the storage area in the cave.

La Maison is a dream spot in the south of France. The town of Narbonne is a quaint ancient seaside town. Full of history but also with a great tradition of food and wine. You won’t go hungry, from the market Les Halles to Les Grandes Buffets and all the amazing little gems we fully fell under the spell of Silenus and Bacchus.
The house itself is spacious and comfortable. More than enough room for our family of four. A well equipped kitchen to prepare all the lovely market ingredients. And of course, the pool. The kids had a blast playing in the cool refreshing water.
Our hosts were communicative and helpful and our stay could not have gone smoother!
Thank you for the lovely accommodations. We hope to be back sometime, we miss it already!

Winter in Narbonne
Excellent home with all the comforts for a 2 months stay. Very spacious for 2 people so never felt crowded. Favorite spot was the sun room when we spent a lot of time.
We lunched in the garden at least a half dozen time even thought it was officially winter as it was a beautiful sun trap.
Elegant bed linen and the house was stylishly appointed. Loved it!
We were able to walk to everything so never need a car and our friends in Caunes picked us up for any of the outings that we did.
Apart from some construction next door for about 2 weeks we were there, it was remarkably quiet.
We did have to cut short our time in Narbonne but will definitely want to winter at this property again.
