CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

Your property comes with two free parking passes for your stay. You can find these passes located inside your welcome packet on the kitchen counter upon your arrival.

Loved our stay, very nice place, great location. Couple tiny cosmetic issues balcony door slides hard and doesn’t shut completely. Master bathroom main door doesn’t shut, frame is warped. Biggest issue was when we arrived our gate code didn’t work. Code was changed but not updated to us. That was frustrating, finally a delivery person gave us the correct code. Overall was a great trip! We would stay here again since it was clean, big enough for my whole family and was a great location !

We enjoyed this condo tremendously! It is very spacious and was nice that everyone had their own bed and own bathroom! The condo was well-maintained and very clean. The views were stunning! I would definitely recommend this condo and we hope to be able to stay here again in the future!

It is a very nice condo. We enjoyed our stay and it was a in a great location. Just a couple of comments...the photos need to be updated on the VRBO site and i would suggest room darkening drapes be put in the master bedroom..overall an excellent condo

The condo was perfect for 3 adult couples. All the bedding were king beds and each bedroom had it's own full bathroom. It had a great balcony overlooking the gulf waters.

The balcony was absolutely the best. could see the beach, pool & jacuzzi. The master had a beautiful view of the beach and a glass door to the balcony. the kitchen was spacious and had everything in it you would would want. Large living room to accomidate the 5 of us who were there. Each bedroom had it 's own bath. the master was unbelievably hugh.

What a great condo! The view is incredible, the pool & hot tub are fantastic! Love the way the condo is decorated. The only issues was the service provided by Liquid Life. There was a parking issue & in reaching out to them they were not very helpful or concerned at all. Other than that we had a fantastic trip!

The condo and beach were beautiful. Very clean and great location. My only issues were that they wont allow you to smoke at all on this property. I agree with no smoking inside but I dont understand why grown adults cant enjoy a bourbon and cigar on the balcony. My only other issue was we had to wedge a chair under the front door to secure it at night. Theres no dead bolt or chain lock to prevent anyone from walking right inside. If not for these issue, i would give it 5 stars

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was very clean, comfortable, and had high quality furniture in like-new condition. The TVs (one in each bedroom, and living room) were large and easy to use. The deck furniture was particularly nice with comfortable cushions. Check in and check out was easy. However, I will avoid condos managed by Liquid Life in the future. Makeup remover but no hand soap, no tissues. The outdoor pool was closed the first 3 days of our stay. Despite receiving 7 or so (automated?) emails from Liquid Life about other things between booking and check in, not one mentioned that the pool would be closed due to construction on the building. Liquid Life sent a text asking how our stay was going the morning following check in. I send them a list of issues but received no response. I followed up by phone the following day and left a number for call back but received no return call. My customer service experience with Liquid Life was NOT good and was a dealbreaker on this stay. I highly recommend the condo itself, but not under the management of Liquid Life. Very disappointed.

They spared no expense on the appliances and cookware and we had everything we could possibly need. I would definitely stay in this unit again. Easy walking distance to restaurants, once we arrived at the condo we didn't have to get back in the car until it was time to head back home.
