I cannnot describe how awesome this apartment is! I speak English, German, and Italian, and all of those combined would fail to do justice to this place. The location is gorgeous, the apartment is HUGE, sehr gross, the AC was a welcome respite for the hot Venetian days, the sights, sounds, and smells, of Venice surround you. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but this surpassed any expectation I had. Bravo!

This unit was in a great location close to everything. We had more than enough room for our family of 5 because each room had sitting areas and extra space. It was nice to have a mini split in each sleeping space as well as a refrigerator and washing machine available to us. The checkin person was very flexible with our delayed arrival and met us in the square so she could help us find the place.

Perfect location between the busy Rialto bridge area and quieter San polo Neighborhood. Valporetto 1 line right around the corner. Beautiful views of the grand canal and large rooms. Wonderful stay for the price point. We were there during a heat wave and were so grateful to be able to come back to the a/c. The only minor negatives was a/c in main bedroom very loud and other one was having some issues but I’m sure that will be addressed. They also hang dry the towels so there was a minor unpleasant smell to them. But overall great location and would stay there again when back in Venice.

Couldn't have asked for a better place while in Venice. Very close to a water taxi station, Rialto Bridge and several great restaurants. The apt was clean and has all the amenities needed for a nice trip.

Wonderful location. Air conditioning units kept us comfortable in the July heat. Will be back again in the future.

Enjoyed our 3 night stay. Location was excellent with the #1 boat station steps away. Apartment was huge and we enjoyed the space.
Air conditioning worked well and the washer helped out

We had a fabulous time at this property. It is very large, the check-in agent (Sila) was wonderful and quickly responded to questions, and the home was extremely well located.
Just a note to future guests…you will need WhatsApp to communicate with the host/check-in agent.

This is best place to stay with family. We had a great time. Place is very clean and also very quiet. Best thing is canal view in morning.

Everything about this rental was amazing! The view, the location, and the generously spacious interior. Would highly recommend this rental if you are staying in Venice with more than two people (3-5 is ideal)
One thing to be prepared for is to have some extra cash on hand to pay the tourist tax (not the daily visitor tax that is waived when you fill out the online form), as this is not as clear on the listing for Venice rentals. We stayed 4 nights and the fee was 64 euro cash at the beginning. Not a big deal, but just be aware that this is part of staying in Venice and may not be as clear to those visiting and staying.
Other than that, be prepared to love your stay in this great flat in the city of love!

Our stay was as good as I as my expectations.
Our location on the Grand Canal was a bonus & staying in your apartment, gave us an appreciation of what it is like to live in Venice. We got more than we asked for.

What a special apartment!! Amazing views and location. Highly recommend!

This apartment was perfect for a Venice visit. Overlooking the Grand Canal, next to a waterbus stop, just a couple minutes walk from the Rialto Bridge. The rooms were beautiful. The building has recently been upgraded (new bathrooms, soundproof windows , modern kitchen, etc.) but has kept details of its stories past (beautiful plaster ceilings, carved wooden doors, beautiful art and antiques). The host and check in team were very nice and helpful, even adjusting at the last minute to allow another night’s stay when we got stuck. Loved it! Would give more than 5 stars if we could!

This apartment is huge and perfectly located on the Grand Canal, as pictured. We really enjoyed sitting in our rooms, just watching boats out the windows!
FYI if you’re planning to cook, it was super bare of amenities — I’ve never stayed in a rental that didn’t at least have salt in the kitchen.
But the location is superb, and it’s only a 1 min walk from the San Silvestro vaporetto stop, so transit was very easy.

Location outstanding View of canal spectacular. Actually on canal. Incredible visit. FYI bring #4 coffee filters if you like drip coffee. Not sold there. Would recommend this location to anyone visiting Venice.

Excellent location. Not too far at all from the Rialto bridge to walk to the area between it and San Marco (important as the water buses are expensive for short stays). Beautiful views of the G Canal. Large rooms and light. Double glazed windows so very quiet.

The location of the property is a top notch, beautiful views of the canal day and night. We had a trouble finding the place at first; it is complicated when not familiar with the area, but it got a lot easier once we knew where the apartments was. Great visit overall.

My husband and I along with a friend booked this lovely 2 bedroom apartment because of its location and could not have been more pleased! It was hard to tear ourselves away from the windows! The apartment is spacious, close to a grocery store and local restaurants, and even has a washing machine. We felt like locals! Interaction with manager was flawless. Thanks for a perfect vacation stay!

We had a great time, the location and view were fantastic and, for a few days, we got to experience how it feels to live in Venice as a local.

We loved our stay at this property in Venice and will try to stay again next time we come. Great views, very quiet apartment. Loved the fact that we had air conditioning and fans as it was quite warm when we were there. Easy to walk to everything. Close to taxi and water bus stop/.

We enjoyed staying in this spacious apartment. Nice art work on the walls and vintage furniture. Beautiful kitchen. The layout is a little odd. The two bathrooms are side by side, on the same level as the kitchen and entry way. Down 3 stairs are three rooms. Two face the Grand Canal: a very large bedroom and the salone (living room) with a single bed that could be made up if necessary. The second bedroom is smaller and has one window that looks out on a dark alley.
The wifi is a little quirky; it gives a strong signal but did not work correctly with our iPhones (blocked internet connections). But the phones worked fine with 5G cellular, so this wasn't a big problem. The proximity to shops and the San Silvestro vaporetto stop is a big plus.

The beauty of Venice is just outside of the windows of this lovely apartment. The vaporetto is just around the corner and we quickly got to any location we chose (including the train and bus stations). Ernst went out of his way to make sure we found the apartment and suggested restaurants. We would definitely stay hear again.

Lots of space and amazing views of the Grand canal. The location was central and walkable to everything. We recommend our friends to stay here to have a great experience in Venice.

Incredible location and very convenient for our family of 5 (including 3 teenage boys). We enjoyed the sights and sounds of the Grand Canal and discovering cafes around our “neighborhood.” My 3 teenage boys absolutely loved their first experience of Venice. We did not spend much time in the apartment but when we did we felt like real Venetians, enjoying the views from nicely appointed rooms with fresco ceilings, and I enjoyed watching my boys play chess (we brought out chessboard from home) by windows overlooking gondoliers.
Incredible communication from the hosts, and even a lesson in how to use the Bialetti Moka Express (Italian coffee maker).
The kitchen has enough dishes for simple meals, (but could use a spatula if you want to cook an omelette or anything more substantial).
If we come to Venice again, we would absolutely stay here. Convenient to everything. Highlights for us were the “Secrets of Venice” walking tour, morning latte at Cafe Del Doge, lunch at Antico Calice and dinner at Vecia Cavana.

The house was described accurately in the listing & was perfect for our family of gtandparents, kids, & grandkids. It was clean, cozy & well equipped. Loved the location. The only weakness was internet signal was not very strong.

This apartment is in a great location with wonderful views onto the Grand Canal, and the hosts were wonderful to work with. We ran into a slight issue during the stay, but the hosts quickly resolved it to our satisfaction which was very appreciated!

Nice to have a place to sit and view the Grand Canal. Quiet neighborhood with plenty of shopping and eating nearby.

This was a very central and secure location. Just a few minutes walk to the Rialto bridge and close to so many things (shopping, restaurants, tours, etc). We spent hours looking out the window.

Black mold, worn furniture, rude manager
We were met at the nearby vaporetto station by Farid, nice guy who showed us how everything works. Shortly after he left, we discovered there was no TP in the bathrooms, so we sent him a message.
We got a message from “Ernst”, the manager, who insisted that the cleaners left 3 rolls. We did find 3 rolls of paper towels, but for the plumbing’s sake I hope they don’t use that in the toilets!
Ernst asked us to prove there was no TP by sending him photos of the bathrooms! We were at dinner and I told him his request was an insult and we’ve never used a VRBO that didn’t at least provide enough hygiene products for the first day!
Ernst then said it’s “illegal” to provide TP for the property, even though he had already said there were 3 rolls in the apartment!
The exchange went downhill quickly and Ernst told us to not contact him again!
We found trash left by previous tenants, and black mold in both showers. The furniture was worn and we found the beds uncomfortable. The TVi is small and has only Italian programs, if that matters.
The location was good, with views of the Grand Canal, and there are many restaurants nearby, so it isn’t all bad. Just go knowing what to expect and bring your own TP!
I think for $350/ night you can find better, but you know what you’re going to get.
Good luck!
