The only condominium with total preservation of the Atlantic Forest, the house's deck is integrated into the preserved area, with birds, toucans and hummingbirds every day on the balcony. For this reason, the house is airy all year round, and is built in the Balinese style at 1.2 meters from ground level.
The house is located in the best location of the condominium, in front of the condominium entrance, near the leisure area and with its wooden deck next to the Atlantic forest.
The condominium has a lap pool, adult and lap pool, jacuzzi, dry and wet saunas, beach service with tent and disassembly tent and chairs, tennis and squash courts.
There are 4 large suites (all with closet), air conditioning and 1 employee suite, toilet, TV room / home theater integrated with covered veranda with dining room and deck with barbecue and professional barbecue, private heated pool, and 120 meters of deck over the woods with chairs, loungers for lounging and sunbathing. White suite even has a large jacuzzi.
Full kitchen with 2 flex refrigerators (fridge or freezer), 1 freezer, electric oven, microwave, hob, ice machine in the condo with 2 daily ice bags for each house, air conditioned cellar, espresso coffee machine, water cooler and all necessary utensils that A gourmet kitchen needs.
Digital sky package on all tvs in the house.
Service area complete with washer and dryer.
All the premises of the house have air conditioning.
The garage has numerous vehicles, the condominium allows only 3 vehicles per residence.
The house still has in addition to a deposit in the main headquarters, guard of surfboards, standups and bicycles.
We can also assist in private classes for stand up surfing, surfing for children and adults with professional teachers (former athletes of the world surfing circuit).
House very close to the beach, but due to its location (rainforest) and its building architecture, you are always 3 degrees above, generating comfort and well-being inside the house and its balconies.
