Great location and very spacious.
Could have done with a lamp in the double bedroom.
4.1
Pretty cozy appartment very close to the center of Cassis with a supermarket less than one square away. Comfy beds, very well prepared kitchen, nice bath tube, quite spaceful and comfortable living room. Host was always kind and helpful. We have enjoyed a lot our stay there. Excellent place to stay for visiting Cassis and/or Calanques.
Nothing to point out.
4.1
The apartment was clean, spacious, very well equipped and furnished. There was a good sized balcony and it was only a short walk to the attractive little port. Cassis is lovely. The living/dining/kitchen area has air con
It was very hot and there was no air con in the bedrooms although they did provide fans
4.1
The apartment is in a quiet neighborhood, very close to downtown Cassis and the port. It has all essential utilities and kitchenware to accommodate a pleasant stay. We enjoyed the large living room and the spacious terrace.
4.1
location handy to visit the town and walk in the Calanques -
Address not easy to find as changed
the host let us enter the flat earlier than 15pm
kitchen well equipped
the address is wrong on booking.com - we had to ask on arrival in Cassis how to get into the residence with the car and where to pick the keys (keys were hidden in an open letter box and code to get in with the car in the car park sent)
the fact that no sheets are provided free (we brought our own but pillow cases were wrong size as we did not know what size pillows)
the terrace was not very clean
the bedrooms are spartan only one bedside table light in the double bedroom
Wifi did not work in the bedrooms only in the lounge.
On the last day we were sent a text to wash and put away crockery used (which we normally do)and take out the bin, we also had glass so I asked where we should put the glass and the host sent us a photo of the recycling place with the name of a road where it is situated. On the fridge there is a recycling picture but no recycling bags were provided, only one normal garbage bag ; I replied that we would take the bin out but I would leave the glass there as we were not prepared to go and try and found the glass recycling. The host did not appreciate and told me that her cleaner does not have a car so to put the glass in the normal garbage as Cassis does not recycle. She did not appreciate me telling her that we were going to leave the glass there so she phoned and was quite aggressive.
Only one sofa - for 4 people no other comfortable chair to lounge about

The flat was spacious and well located. I would recommend
The facilities were mixed. The kitchen was well equipped, however the flat was missing a few things e.g. soap and tea towels.
4.1
The apartment is spacious with a modernised kitchen and bathroom, and is every well equipped. It's location is extremely convenient for supermarket shopping, and an easy-moderate walk downhill to the beach, the port, the tourist office, banks, and restaurants in Cassis. On-site parking was very useful because parking is otherwise difficult in Cassis.
The address directions were very confusing. Le Solemar has been given a new number and street address of 13bis avenue Jules Ferry. GPS can easily direct you 13 avenue Jules Ferry (adjoining Le Solemar). But it's impossible to find 15 avenue de la Viguerie (the old address still being used by the proprietors). The apartment is on the first floor of an older apartment block, with a balcony overlooking trees but no view (although fortunately only a short light of stairs to carry baggage.) There are no fly/mosquito screens on windows, so we had to keep windows closed at night even though it was hot and stuffy. Consider taking your own bathmat. We had huge difficulty contacting the proprietor, either through Booking.com or through her own phone number (message back full, no response to messages and texts) - and we never met her. Before and upon arrival it took a long time to make contact and find the correct location, and before her father eventually arrived later to let us in and provide the keys.

No sheets/towels available to rent - had to go from the airport to a shop to buy them before checking in. Only told us AFTER we had left home ~48hrs before, that they had nothing to rent… added stress.
4.1
Very well located within easy reach of the town and the beach.
Air conditioned (although only in living area)
Lots of space for a family of four- our kids are young adults and it was fine.
Nice to have a decent TV.
Friendly neighbours.
Dedicated parking space which we were allowed to use after checking out on the last day until 2pm.
Nespresso machine.
it wasn’t easy to find! We put 15 Rue de Vigueries in the sat nav, but the apartment block is actually marked as 13 and is on the left of the roundabout as you come up the hill.
The shower is a wet room and the drainage isn’t brilliant, so the area outside the shower turns into a puddle. a big absorbent bath mat would help!
The sheets and towels were very expensive at 50€ for the week and weren’t the nicest. I recommend you take your own if you can.
The plug on the kitchen sink didn’t work and with no washing up bowl I ended up using a glass salad bowl!
There was no oven glove (we bought a cheap one and left it there so there should be now) and do remember to take tea towels. we couldn’t even find any to buy so used paper kitchen towels for the week.

Spacious apartment nicely appointed with taste.
Proximity to town. Parking super simple.
Friendly welcome from Benoit
Cute bathroom.. seperate toilet
I absolutely loved staying at the apartment.
Just three things..only one dishwashing tablet.couldve left a few pods for coffee.. and no dish cloths..I'm not keen on paying extra for sheets and towels but Magali was so generous and didn't charge us..
4.1
Great location and big spacious apartment
Additional charge of €20 on arrival to have bath towels, hand towels or bed sheets. This should always be included in a place providing accommodation.
4.1
Good location, close to the beach.
The staff didn’t know that we had reservation, so we had to wait in front of the building for them to come to receive us.
The appartment wasn’t ready.
4.1
Well equipped apartment, spacious, bright and modern.
Located 10 minutes walk from the beach along a pleasant street. There is a parking space in the residence.
It was difficult to find apartments. Address on booking.com was wrong. The owner gave us the right address but our navigation system (Sygic) couldn't find it.
The shower gets flooded.
