Lovely location, thoughtful amenities & we wanted to stay forever.

Amazing place, convenient location, close to the water & restaurants yet quiet at night, a nice little porch and a larger balcony so there always was some shady space outside, and very thoughtful amenities (a lot of bottled water, butter, a sweet bread, nice shampoo/conditioner/lotion/soap). We were spoiled!

Can’t think of a thing to critique. Parking was a bit crazy on weekends but that’s because it’s in old town where everyone is/wants to be!

minor things- stairs are steep to upper bedroom and ceiling slopes so you can’t stand upright in most of upstairs bedroom. shower is small and a bit awkward.

Stayed upstairs, which I recommend. You walk through the downstairs units outdoor space to access it. Clean, well appointed, convenient location. Comfortable beds. A great stay in general. Liked the vibe from both the front porch (village vibe) and the sun porch in the morning or evening (seaside vibe) Greeter/caretaker was awesome. We were really happy to be there.

These are mere nitpicks - not really problems. Everything worked out. Ever so slightly overpriced. Plenty of room for us 2, but smaller than it appears in photos. The lovely furnishings are much closer than it appears. The shower is VERY tight by US standards. Just get over it. It is fine. Have read about rip-offs for some lodging in offers I was nervous about the booking. I guess for security the renter is anonymous and vague about address location and access til close to arrival. They were communicating when I wrote, but vagueish. I was directed only to a parking lot a couple hundred meters away. I understand it now and everything turned out great. So don't worry. The slightest of chore to haul luggage.(we were on a 2 week journey. Had a lot) The sun porch is too hot to hangout on sunny days. The view while accurate is a tad oversold. You can see it when standing not really when sitting. (The front porch is great midday) Stay here for comfort, space, modern conveniences, cleanliness, good vibes and location, not the view. Gotta lean over the railing to see the fortress. Still a cool vibe there and great space overall. What you have is a bonus, but not the reason to stay here.

The sitting area and the view from the terrace were refreshing and pleasant. The space was great for our family of four.

A bit disappointing but overall not bad.

The place is really nice, clean, has a ton of facilities. The location is also great.

What we didn't like is that in the advertisement there is a 'sun terrace' included besides the 'patio'. We received that in the available facilities in the confirmation email too. When we went there it turned out that the sun terrace was accessible only and as a part of the 'maisonette', which is a separate apartment in the same house. Once that 'maisonette' is booked it doesn't even show in the add so one gets the impression that they are booking the entire property and that definitely the sun terrace is a part of the property they book, which was the only reason we booked it too. Otherwise we would have chosen something less fancy but with nice light and a terrace of a sort. Instead, we stayed in the dark lower apartment.

Nafplio place

The property is beautifully decorated with a great air conditioning and a lovely outside terrace area. The actual street it is on is not the nicest but the location is perfect for exploring the d town.

I didn’t realise when booking that there were stairs up to the apartment from the main road which could be an issue for some guests.

It was perfect by all means.We highly recommend this place and our congratulations to our hosts

Everything was perfect and well organized.The facilities were perfect.Our hosts had done an excellent preparation and had predicted everything.It is highly recommended.From both design and functional aspect it was really remarkable.Everything was very clean,all details of the apartment were checked thoroughly,clean,all kitchenwear,bathroom,living room and bedroom were all new and fashinable as well as aesthetic wise proper.3 new inverters were more than enough,living room of beautiful furniture and arrangement,big comfortable bed,clean bathroom with all necessary equipment,washing/drying machine,first aid kit and fire extinguisher,cozy small kitchen with everything needed,new refrigerator etc as well as coffee machine with capsules.Externally a nice quite veranda that you could sit and relax including barbeque facilities...3 minutes walk from centre...3 minutes walk from paveway by the sea...10-15 walk from nearby beach...

A truly amazing apartment, with great interior design.

A truly amazing apartment, with great interior design. Very cosy, at a great spot of Nauplio centre. Its a house which you could go to all year around, as it has a great barbecue at the balcony for the summer and a lovely fireplace in the living area for the winter. Everything was extra clean and we loved how comfortable the bed was. Excellent job to the owners for this dreamy house. Everyone was also very kind and very helpful.
