The room and facilities were very clean. The breakfast bar had great selections (eggs, oatmeal, bacon, sausage, waffles, fresh fruit, etc.). Loved that free coffee was available all day instead of only in the morning.
I specifically booked a King suite for the larger size of the living area so that my husband and I could both work from the hotel room during our stay. When we arrived at the hotel, we were told that our room was given away and that we were "upgraded" to a double Queen suite instead. Sure, the room had an extra bed (which we didn't need), but the living area was much smaller, so I'm not sure why "upgraded" was the term they used. It felt misleading to me, and the smaller space didn't accommodate us well for working. As Jerry Seinfeld said, what's the point of making a reservation if they didn't hold the reservation? This was disappointing, especially because I expected more from the Hyatt brand. We still had to pay the nightly rate for the King suite, though I'm guessing the hotel couldn't change that since we booked through Booking.com and not directly on the Hyatt website.

The custom omelettes for breakfast are a treat and the staff extremely friendly. Just don't be fooled by the close to identical Decaf coffee dispenser!
The airport shuttle was on time and driver very friendly.
Try booking a room farther away from the main road. The ringing from the train can be quite loud in the rooms closest to it. No issue if you use ear plugs while you sleep.

The staff - the shuttle drivers are terrific - they talk to you during the short ride. I also noticed that the day driver comes in during the complimentary breakfast hours to help clean the tables - that's AWESOME!!! The dining area gets crowded so it's so nice that there's an extra hand cleaning the area, taking the initiative!
The tub was slippery.

Very good breakfast, clean and organized, great service
everything was great :)

It was way overpriced for the size of the room. No bathtub and then after the exuberant nightly they charge additional fee to park!

Actually quite a nice hotel, but venting (AC) system is very loud. In my first room it was so loud I asked to change my room, which was no problem. In my second room it was slightly better, but for a recently built hotel.... Sorry this is not up to standard.

Ido not agree with the cleaning of the rooms every three dais for the price paid.

Nicely appointed rooms. Spacious and comfortable. Everything was clean and staff was very friendly. Breakfast was hot and they made omlettes to order.
A specific pet area. Most of the areas in the parking lot or near the building were filled with plants and shrubs and difficult for a small dog to manage.

The breakfast was excellent. But some bottles of water need to be placed in the too.

the staff was very nice, the opportunity to have breakfast for free was great, they had a little market open all day and every thing was nice clean and comfortable
paying for parking on top of your stay, I think parking should be included in the fees and not an additional charge
