Very good location for seeing the historic city center.

Within easy walking distance of many of the attractions in the historic center. Being on the top floor was very nice, especially the private terrace- worth having to walk up the last two flights of stairs (elevator only goes to the first 6 floors).

First, my wife and I had no complaints about the apartment at all. It is spacious, well-appointed and has a wonderful upstairs terrace that’s great for morning breakfast. Cristy was very responsive to our needs, there is a concierge in the lobby at all hours, and maid service can be easily contacted through Cristy.
However, you should know that due to its center city location, the neighborhood is bustling and has a lot of street noise from roughly Noon until midnight. This is somewhat offset by the eighth floor location of the apartment
You should know, however, that to

Comfortable. As described. Elderly will have trouble hauling luggage up floor 7 and floor 8 staircases with no hand railing available.

Located in a cool Art Deco building, this apartment is one of the highest points in the neighborhood, so the views from the terrace and big windows are great. The apartment is clean and well equipped. The location is super convenient, within walking distance of all the sites in Centro as well as 3 or 4 different subway lines. There's a celebrated taco place on the block and two branches of a famous bakery (and also a famous churro place) within a couple of blocks.
Check-in was easy: there is a 24-hour doorman.
Some warnings for people who are used to slick, modern accommodations: this is an older building and has its quirks. The elevator only goes to the sixth floor, so to get to this penthouse you need to climb two fights of stairs. And the elevator is noisy: you can hear the mechanicals from the apartment, but only when it's in use which is relatively rarely. The beautiful casement windows offer no insulation from sound, cold, or heat. Mexico City rarely gets very hot or cold, but it is noisy. Luckily the neighborhood quiets down by midnight. Finally, the water heater has limited capacity: the hot water was gone by the end of the third shower. We didn't have issue with any of these, but if you're used to escaping into a silent, fancy hotel room, or if you have trouble with stairs, then this might not be for you.
That being said, having your own very spacious and comfortable roof terrace is amazing, especially after a day of making your way through the crowds.

We had an unfortunate experience with Cristy. We rented the place because the pictures looked great and it had received multiple 5 star ratings and all comments were good. The moment we walked in the door we knew it wasn’t the type of place were willing to stay at. We wondered around, took multiple pictures then contacted Cristy and said we were not staying. The place was not “exceptional” as the reviews indicated. It was okay but as a Super host, I knew it was not close to a 5 star unit and the other reviews are suspect. There was dust, terrible kitchen cookware, mold in the shower and around the sink. I asked Cristy for a refund before calling VRBO and she basically lied about the condition of the unit and said I was breaking the “extortion policy” of VRBO by asking for a refund before calling VRBO and reviewing the place. I was angry because I felt the unit had been misrepresented by the owner and I did not handle my communication with her as well as I should have. I called VRBO and sent them the pictures, they said I had to negotiate with the owner because the pictures were true and VRBO is okay with them photoshopping the images. VRBO also said the mold was not enough to affect our health – I was outraged! I told Cristy I would cancel and she could try and rent it and she was unwilling to even try. We did not stay and recommend you look closely at the pictures if you decide to stay, the pictures look to me like they used wide angle lens to make the place appear larger. The window frames are old and show significant detioration, the inside of the oven was filthy and I would not have cooked with any of the pots and pans without washing them first.

Was in CDMX for a conference. The apartment was located a few blocks from Templo Mayor and the Zocolo. The outside patio was beautiful. Christy and the doorman at the building were kind and helpful. I would definitely recommend!

Enjoyed our stay In CDMX, plan to return.

Great apartment for two couples, with two bedrooms and two full baths. Modern, functional kitchen for eating in. We thought we might cook more, but why? So many great restaurants were just steps away, including the famous Los Cocuyos taco stand around the corner. Convenient walking to Zocalo and great museums, Bellas Artes. and a Metro station nearby to get anywhere else.

Exactly as advertised
The condo was well equipped for any length of stay. the linens were incredible and everything was very clean. The building was secure and the door man was very responsive. The location is perfect for tourists to walk to attractions and historic restaurants and shopping but also not a far ride from other areas of MC. Checking in and out was as easy as possible.
