This location is walkable to downtown Estes, the Tram, Adventure Park etc. Most places in Estes do not have air conditioning- this location has alot of windows and got good breezes. They had 3 floor standing fans. We were very comfortable in mid-July. TV's in all rooms. Plenty of sheets, blankets, towels etc. Keurig and regular coffee pot. 10min to Bear Lake /Park entrance. Great communication before arrival and checkout.

The condo is very nice overall - just would emphasize that there is no AC if you're coming in summer. We went in July and the house was only cool between 3am-noon or so. Very close to Estes Park shops but no sidewalks or street shoulders so walking around with a stroller felt risky. Now the frustrating part - we arrived to find out the keypad code they gave us to get in was incorrect. It took around 30 minutes of me texting customer support and my wife waiting on hold after trying to call. First they gave us a second incorrect code before eventually giving us the code to the backup key in a different lockbox. We used that key all week because they made no attempt to follow up, so we never did get the correct code for the normal lock. At the end of the week customer service contacted me with a question that I answered, then immediately I asked them about my son's pajamas we had left behind by accident - no response. That last bit alone wouldn't have been a big deal but it just added to the impression that customer service for this company is bare minimum only. Still worth renting, just go in eyes open about their service levels.

Great condo and very convenient location !

Our family of three had a wonderful time at this location. It was close to everything we wanted to see and do. Wildlife near our balcony was an unexpected plus . Everything in kitchen you would need.

Location was fantastic.

The property was perfect for our brief stay - clean and comfortable. The only suggestion I would have is to note that the entrance is in an enclosed hallway, which was a bit confusing initially. No issue in the end and enjoyed the stay!

This apartment is nice. Very clean. The beds are both very soft. The TVs are all ROKU - no normal cable channels. The towels are plentiful but thin. No hair dryer as listed in amenities but one was brought to us the day after we requested. Not a fan of Vacasa in general but the apartment was OK.

We booked this location for a mid-winter long weekend at RMNP and Estes Park. It is an apartment or condo in a larger building. It is located close to downtown Estes, RMNP, and restaurants. The building, grounds and apartment are well kept, a little outdated. The kitchen had what we needed to eat in. There was nothing broken or not working. The only recommendations I would make: The lighting in the living area and bedrooms could be brighter. Consider stocking books and games from the thrift store, especially for winter time guests.

The unit is setup very nice. I really liked the no shoes inside which helps keep everything cleaner. The kitchen is well equipped with nice appliances. The location is in a great spot just outside of the town. The only problem we encountered was regarding noise. The unit at a quiet time from 10pm- 8am. The unit is a condo that doesn't handle walking well. We had our 3 your old with us which she tried her best to walk quietly but the neighbor upstairs would stomp around when our 3 year old walked around even during the daylight hours. The unit advertised as being kid friendly but that really should be removed. Foot steps transfer way too easily at this condo. Even my wife and i had to tip toe most of our stay at this unit since the neighbor upstairs would stomp around on the floor if we walk too hard.

Estes is our vacation where we can just relax enjoy the mountains and the town. This was a very clean, quiet, comfortable and functional condo.

Beautiful place. Very quiet. Just a few minute walk to downtown Estes

We love the location and the building is quiet. So easy to be a guest here it really feels like a home away from home!

Just couldn’t find anything wrong with our stay. Top notch.

Beautiful place. Very close to everything but quiet and set back in the woods. We loved our stay. Condo was beautiful, had basic necessities for a two night stay. Very well stocked with towels, toilet paper and soap products. Shower curtain liners in both bathrooms could use a change out or washing but otherwise we were very pleased. Will recommend and definitely stay again.

Property was very clean and well kept up, with new and very comfortable furnishings. A very short drive or easy walk to the center of Estes Park. Would be 5 stars except for the traffic noise since it's located right alongside one of the main roads going into town - so pretty constant traffic there until well into the evening, and in the warmer months you need to have the windows open then. Far from a deal-breaker but something to be aware of.

The location was great and it was comfortable for two couples, each having its own bathroom.

Could use a little better deep cleaning (floor boards, shower curtains, floor under table, microwave plate, hallway). Kitchen dish cloths would've been nice. Inconsistencies in check out process, but overall was a good experience. Would stay there again. Nice location, quiet, comfortable off the main strip but easy to go back and forth and to the RMNP.

We loved our stay. Perfect location being close to town / Main Street and RMNP but also quiet and not right in the thick of any traffic. The unit was clean, spacious, and we really enjoyed sitting on the deck. Would definitely stay here again.

Our family of 6 was completely comfortable in this spacious, clean condo--close to RMNP and Estes Park!

This was our first real big family vacation from Florida to Colorado. I spent months choosing condos as we moved from place to place. This was our first stop for 3 days to visit the national park. It was so great! It was quiet - beautiful - comfortable - cozy. We had 4 mule deer right outside our balcony several times. The beds were COMFY. The bathrooms were clean and spacious. The kitchen had everything we needed. The drive to everything was about 1 minute but the condo is nestled in a wooded area. It was so much better than the other places we stayed that were more pricey. The washer dryer is a huge help and the dishwasher too. Loved this place so much!

We loved this place! Very clean and comfortable. Convenient location to Rocky Mountain National Park. Beautiful tall pines in front of condo with views of mountains. Elk came to graze around the condo 2 days in a row! We hope to return next year--same time, same place!

We enjoyed this quiet condo in Estes. It is very close to town, but also minutes from Rocky Mountain National Park. The kitchen is well-stocked with all of the gear you need to make meals at the condo. The bedrooms were a good size and we enjoyed hanging out and playing games with the gas fireplace!

This little condo had a perfect floor plan and space for everyone. It was clean, had everything we needed to prepare meals which was awesome due to a large snow storm. The location is wonderful and close to downtown. We have kids who live in Estes so we plan to stay here again!

Condo was super clean, spacious rooms, and fully equipped kitchen. Great location for the Beaver Meadows park entrance. Can walk to town. Easy parking and first floor entrance.
4.8
The property was exactly as listed. We had enough room in the kitchen to cook Thanksgiving dinner. A quick and easy walk to downtown and short drive to all locations in Estes Park.

Took a road trip with another couple. Quiet in the Pines was the perfect place! Love, love, love the layout of the home! It was very clean and spacious. Well stocked kitchenware, towels, washcloths, etc. I wouldn’t hesitate to rent again. Estes is our “Happy Place”! Always see a lot of wildlife. Be sure to drive Hwy 34, towards Loveland. It follows the Big Thompson river. A lot of pull over spots for beautiful picture’s! Also, keep an eye out for the ram’s on the bluffs! Usually see them a few miles before you get to Colorado Cherry Shop (be sure to stop there). Then hit Hwy 7 to see the Chapel on the Rock…gorgeous! Of course RMNP! I can go on and on😆

Beautiful unit, great location

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The location was close to downtown and Rocky Mountain National Park. The rooms were a good size for a condo. We had an issue with the fireplace, but someone came quickly and got it working for us. I would definitely stay here again.
Two things that need improvement:
-more wine glasses are needed
-one of the light bulbs in the light over the kitchen table was out-we replaced it but it kept going out

We have stayed at this property twice and enjoyed it very much. It is in a great location, nice layout and cute place. However, this last visit we did notice that the beds were getting worn out and it was not as clean and well maintained as the first time we stayed there. I would still recommend it for the reasons mentioned at the beginning, but hope it is given some attention so that it does not continue to decline. Vacasa was great to rent from! Quick responses to questions and easy, streamlined and informative check in and out. Thank you for sharing your property!

The apartment and surrounding neighborhood was not only peaceful but relaxing. It was just the perfect place to throw my twins birthday party. Thank you

We enjoyed our stay at Quite in the Pines. Was a great location close to everything we even walked into town to save parking fees! The Elk outside our windows was a super bonus. Even had a bugle and elk fight one night! Had to wake up hubby as the beds are very comfy and sleeping was good. We enjoyed our last minute booking and would like to come again

This condo was perfect for our summer vacation. It's location is ideal for walking into downtown Estes and just a short drive to the Rocky Mountain National Park. This is actually our second time staying in this condo and have been very pleased both times.

Great layout of bedrooms. The queen mattress should be replaced as it was uncomfortable and outdated.
Overall a wonderful stay.
4.8
The location was very convenient and the condo was clean, roomy, and comfortable. Everything we needed was there. We would definitely choose this place again!
4.8
The condo was very clean, nicely decorated, and well maintained. The location was a perfect walk to downtown and a great place to relax.
4.8
Great stay! Easy check-in. Check out was a little cumbersome with entering a code in the door but it did not seem to work for me.
The house is exactly as pictured. It was wonderful for 4 adults. The location was prime and super close to RMNP. The house was very warm during the day, but the additional fans in the house helped.
Elk in the yard and a peaceful view. Neighbors are quiet.
We would love to stay here again in the future.

Our family really enjoyed this space. The property is clean and comfortable with everything you need for your stay. It is a short walk to downtown, and a short drive to RMNP.
