服务温馨，房间整洁，吃喝玩乐方便

坐地铁过去应该很好找．开始的时候去的时候坐了大巴，绕来绕去找不到。主要是天气热绕来绕去的找不到的时候有点火大，到地理位置在最最市中心，吃的喝的，非常港式。还有就是，酒店大堂在八楼，建议首次去的话，打电话问路。服务温馨，下次去港，还是会首选。对了，对睡觉需要非常安静的，会不适合，因为下面附近酒吧夜店午夜2点才会安静下来。

三楼二楼都有餐厅和住客合用一个电梯，安全性差点。

Good value hotel in a lovely area

Location was good and the room was a good size. The hotel is not that easy to find as it is not in Wellington St nor in d’Aguilar St, but eventually we found it. Everything about the hotel was fine, the only complaint would be that it is in a very busy spot for nightlife, with restaurants, bars and nightclubs all around it - and despite being on the 17th floor it was quite noisy with music from the bars until about 2am. The hotel leaves earplugs by the bed so I guess they are somewhat prepared for it. The hotel provided a pocket wifi device that you could use around town, which was great on night one as we had not yet bought SIM cards, which was very helpful.

A little inconvenient having to call the lift always to go down to the street, and only two lifts, one of which was normally not operating, so could be a bit slow. And the noise, though it calmed down at 2am so could have been worse.

Butterflies do not understand hospitality

the hotel is well located in the LKF area, entertainment, dining and public transportation are easy to reach.

The arrival was rough, we registered and paid after arriving through an overnight flight and arrived early in the morning to find that the room was not available. In a reception with NO TOILET we needed to wait for several hours until check in time, so we left our contact details specifically asking to let us know when the room is ready and decided to go out for a meal, the receptionist recommended a restaurant that was not only far, but the food and service was terrible. Way pass the check in time, the notice from the hotel never came through. We were asked to register again, payment terms, went through payment again and going through ridiculous stream of questions before getting us the key to finally check in.

Very good location, esp., if you like night life or if you are a late sleeper. Though it's a bit noisy from the clubs at night even though you're staying at high level, the noise may stop around midnight.

Cautious for those who are early or light sleepers. The noise from the clubs around may disturb you even though you're staying at high level.

The room was really very average. Small size, very clean, but not somewhere I'd probably go again.

Pretty small, the view was meant to be a city view I think but we basically looked out onto another building a metre away

1.服務人員態度非常好喔 2.每天都會客房清潔 3.廁所一直有個味道,一開始以為是垃圾桶,結果是馬桶管線,好像無法藉由清潔改善,馬桶是懸空,坐下去會有一個往下陷的聲音,不太牢固的感覺

1.住宿在蘭桂坊樓上樓下有便利商店跟餐廳 2.住宿走到地鐵大概五分鐘,走到機場快線香港站大概10分鐘 3.房間空間可以打開28跟26行李箱 4.很多可以放東西的空間 5.電視有YOUTUBE跟NETFLIX可選

1.住在15樓還是聽的到樓下喧譁的聲音(但是戴上耳塞有比較好) 2.廁所有個水溝味道 3.燈光沒有單純的日光燈

Perfect location and value for money ,super clean room an comfy

Excellent location 15 minutes walking to central train station easy also with luggages , hotel is super clean ,room is very modern

Noises at night starts from 10 pm , room has ears plugs and masks so you can use them

No chairs to sit at, extremely limited english speaking tv, no pool, no gym - definitely not. Luxury accommodation. Poorly lit mirror for make-up. Limited mirrors when 2 people are trying to get ready to go out.

Room was small, but not as small as some other hotels in HK. It had all the amenities I needed and the location was perfect. Сheck in was easy and fast.

Great location

Very central. In a street with many bars and close to financial center. Hotel starts from 8th floor so we had no problems with noise from bars.

great location, modern and stylish, staff super friendly, beds comfy, good wifi, super shower pressure

Excellent location and hotel

Excellent location, room comfortable with good air con. Size of room is great and shower is fantastic. Lighting is ridiculous complicated but good for how you want to set mood. Personally I like a few lights and one or two switches but understand this is just me... Cleaning was excellent and well maintained... Credit to staff. Well happy

Cannot be helped but the music from clubs could drive some people mad, I didn't mind. Its the base you hear more than anything esp when air con turned off.

<3 Hong Kong comes back to life after 3 long years <3

During my visit, the period of Christmas caught me, these are very memorable time. Very pleasant staff, attitude and privacy, which I really appreciated <3 Thank you very much and Happy Healthy New 2023 Year ahead! Cheers :)
