Perfect front view to the sea and Falarsana beach

The hotel has the perfect location, right in front of the beach Falarsana. Most of the rooms have a great view to the beach and sea. Really great way to wake up in the morning. The pool is brand new and it's great, with a support bar to ask for some drinks.

Beautiful beach stay

We enjoyed it! Clean, great host that will make you feel like home, 2 mins walk from the beautiful beach and tavernas (we loved Panorama taverna), olive tree grove in the backyard and breathtaking view from the windows.

It’s location was excellent and room was fantastic. The picture windows on to the beach and sea were a delight

The hotel’s internet was pretty ropey and only worked properly in part of the room and was non-existent on 2 evenings. Did mention but came across as what’s the problem. Which maybe right

Great accomodation in a nice location

Very nice and friendly lady - housekeeper. In 3 min walk from the beach. View from the balkony on sunset. The room was clean and well-equipped. The building is new. There are kitchen utensils, frying pans etc.They offered us daily room cleaning (which we refused, because it was not needed). The bed was comfortable. They don't serve breakfast, but breakfast is available in the hotel just nearby - 2 min walk, costs 10 eur / person. There are numerous tavernas and bars in 5-10 min drive, but also in walking distance. The beach offers sport activities, such as skijet, windsurfing lessons.

Incredible views of Falassarna

The views from the room are incredible to all of the beach, the size of the apartment is perfect, tavernas next door were delicious options for dinner, and really friendly service.

Slow wifi (like 10-15 mbps), I understand its remote but hopping they can add more so you can use regular things like video calls without issue.

Superb

The location was superb, set close to an olive orchard, but still with fast foot access to the beach. It is a quiet place, and at night you can enjoy a drink on the padio and listen to the crickets.

We liked everything. Its possible the host is not extremely comfortable with her English level, but we managed to understand each other.

The rooms were pretty big and had a balcony with beautiful views. The whole hotel was very clean inside and out. It was a very short walk to the beach and the parking is free. The receptionist was very kind and helpful.

Very good and comfortable room. with an amazing view of the beach. they cleaned the room every day and brought us fresh towels. We had 2 air-conditioners in the room to cool us down. Very polite staff. beautiful sunset. I would happily go again.

Very kind staff and excellent location. Apartment was well equipped and a good size. Nice kids swing available, beautiful beach very close by!

Really nice apartment with an awesome view

Very clean and well equiped Apartment a few steps from the beach. The view from the upper floor rooms is just stunning!! the woman who is in charge of the place is really nice and helpfull. I totally recommend the Apartment for a nice staying in paradise.

The only negative thing I found was that the fridge is noisy, since its a bit old. But excluding this small thing all was positive.

Exceptional Location with a beach view (if booked) from a spacious balcony to enjoy self made breakfast on. There's enough dishes to prepare a nice meal by yourself! Everything set up like you're home, except that you're just a 2 minutes walk to one of the most beautiful beaches out there. Recommended for a visit to falasarna beach, as it gets quite crowded after 10am. The wind is so strong that own umbrellas barely withstand the force, so spending those 15 euros after you spent x-hundreds to get there is probably an idea! For this, this location is perfect. Fully recommend.

The only thing is that the TV wasn't fully adjustable and, for non-tech-enthusiasts, the split-setup of TV and receiver is quite tricky to start (because all is in greek).
