진짜 최악중 최악

최악중 최악에 호텔 청소상태가최악 외국살아서 왠만한 청결상태는 관대한편인데 이건 진짜 외국만도 못한 한국에이런호텔이있을까할정도로 최악에청소상태 곰팡이냄새부터 먼지때문에 기관지가 부어서 이틀예약했는데 이틀밤 둘다자면 정말 건강상 문제가생길꺼같아서 그냥 돈버린다고 생각하고 하루일찍 체크아웃했어요 안오시는거 추천 직원들도 불친절하고 호텔이라는 이름을 쓰는게 부끄럼네요 동네 모텔만도 못한서비스 와청소상태 그냥모텔가세요 여기갈바에는

그냥 문닫으세요

Comfortable, good value

Great location, close to the Seogwipo Olle Market. Many convenience stores and eateries nearby. Room and bathroom were also clean and comfortable.

The hotel doesn't provide air-conditioning in spring, so you'll have to leave the window ajar for cooling. Some insects may fly in, even though there is a mesh curtain.

Je recommande cet établissement car la qualité de service vaut bien plus que le budget investi.

La propreté et l'entretien de la chambre a la demande. La mise a disposition de 2 bouteilles d'eau et de serviettes quotidiennement. Le sourire des employés que ce soit l'accueil ou les agents d'entretien. La proximité d'arrêt de bus , de petits commerces et d'un superbe parc. Des équipements pratiques et utiles. Une literie Super confortable.La vue. Bref beaucoup de choses.

La non disponibilité du restaurant de l'hôtel que ce soit le petit déjeuner ou le repas du soir. Et du coup un micro- onde serait bien utile en plus dans la chambre.

Fantastic

Rooms, staffs are friendly, polite and extremely customer service. I stayed for 22 nights. Location is also superb!

Seogwipo Short Trip

The view of the room was perfect (Mt. Hallasan). Close to the night market.

The staff could have been more helpful. I got a call that I need to check out 30 mins before the check out time.

comfortable stay

near the Seogwipo Olle Street and walkable to the Olle Market.

3 people in the room but only gave two towel. Had to ask from counter almost everyday. Staff was friendly to assist.

Lovely place, bring your own entertainment if you can't understand Korean

The Location while out of the way did have a really good view from where we were staying especially of the mountain. Staff were nice.

The room did feel cramped and the door the bathroom kept jamming. Also the TV whilst connected to the Internet didn't let us share our phone screen on the TV or did it have netflix or YouTube access. Because were not fluent in Korean it meant we couldn't enjoy the great size TV

Not great!

it’s reasonably priced considering the size of the room and level of comfort.

The front desk / receptionist displayed zero hospitality and despite she spoke no English , she didn’t make any effort to make the experience any better with her attitude during our check in and 3 nights stay. There was a large group of soccer students occupying the hotel during our stay, they were throwing trash outside the common corridors and it was unsightly. Hotel didn’t ensure that the common areas were maintained considerably for other guests. parking was also an issue as they had limited lots and even when we returned to the hotel early at 6pm there wasn’t any parking available for us and we had to hunt for public parking some distance away and it wasn’t helpful that it’s a chilly season. We booked a mountain view room and we felt cheated that it didn’t match up to expectations as we were given a different view and was told hotel is full.

Good for a short stay and if you’re intending to be out most of the time.

Ideal location. There’s a bus stop right in front of the hotel. Very convenient to travel around. Lots of eateries. There’s a microwave at the lobby to heat your meals. Hot/cold water dispenser too.

Rooms are not sound proof. Very noisy. We could literally hear everything happening at the next room.

Lovely hotel and good area.

Lovely room and helpful staff, and the location is good for many sights or transport in Seogwipo area. There is a bus stop for certain buses right outside the hotel, although not far all buses (like the airport one/s: 600; 800). The breakfast, which can be paid for daily if you wish is amazing - a buffet and a mix of foods.

There was confusion about the Halla Mountain view room which I thought I'd booked. Either way, they upgraded / changed my booking for free.

Disappointing

Breakfast was alright.

Don’t try to save money and stay in this hotel. Very disappointing stay. Thought that Shin Shin is well known but apparently not. 1. Not sure if this applies to many hotels in Jeju but note that there is only heater and no aircon. The heater can only be set at 25 deg and above and once the room temperature reaches the degree set, it stops operating. The engineer came up to help, he was helpful and friendly. But the only solution was to open the window and sleep if we want air circulation, which is rather ridiculous because the air was very dry. 2. Only 2 pillows and 2 smaller pillows was given. So we requested for 2 pillows at night and the front office said that the housekeeping isn’t available at that timing and we can collect at the reception the following morning. We went down to collect in the morning and the staff rejected to provide us the pillows. Only after telling her that the receptionist we talked to last night agreed, then she sent us 2 pillows. Not to mention the pillows are very flat and one has stains on it. 3. Room is extremely small.

request as twin room but it’s not avilable, may be that room was look for group of student. the certain in bath room was old. The towel was ild and hole.

it wasn’t clean, the bathroom wasn’t clean, cracked tiles, the shower curtain was full of grime, carpets not clean, curtains & nets were dirty, the room/hotel/corridors have a very unpleasant smell. staff were very rude and unfriendly upon check in. do not recommend
