The location was nice
I picked a room based on several features of that room and floor but didn't receive these things. Asked for them, didn't get them. Management gave me some scripted excuse and offered nothing else. Usually when you pay a business for something they're supposed to provide you that something... how this all works right?

The staff was amazing our first morning we missed the 9:30 breakfast time and only coffee and danish available until Michelle the food director came by and said breakfast would be no problem she insisted we have a full breakfast for us and another couple she and the staff were amazing and so accommodating I have not experienced anything like this she said we all needed a good breakfast and she made sure we had the best !!!

The facility itself was very nice and professional looking. The rooftop swimming pool was a plus. The parking garage was convenient and had plenty of room. The hotel was located right across from the Mall and we enjoyed walking across the street to the mall during our stay.
I have a laundry list of what I didn't like. The elevator was broken but the staff never addressed it for two days and then they finally put two signs on the doors instead of just locking the elevator down. This could have been dangerous. The room had a musty smell in it and the carpet looked very dated in the hallways. If it weren't for my partner getting air fresheners by coincidence, the room would have stunk the entire time during our stay. The refrigerator didn't work and when you called on the phone to the downstairs desk, it was as if the hotel was abandoned. The breakfast was so bland and cost 50 bucks for two people. I highly recommend going across the street to the Cheesecake factory where you have a larger variety of food to choose from, cost 20 bucks less, and was better tasting, and better quality hands down.
We paid $75.00 extra for breakfast and to be on the executive floor so we could have access to the executive lounge. When I tried my key it didn't work and we were on the 8th floor which is not the executive floor. So basically the hotel wasted my time and energy. At least they didn't charge me the $75.00 on my credit card.
My biggest beef was the parking fee. If I'm dropping $800.00 for three nights stay, why am I being charged another 90 bucks for parking? So, when I went to check in, the girl at the front desk asked "will you be parking with us?" Of which I promptly replied "is there somewhere else to park?" And she replied "no." Why would someone ask you that question when they already knew the answer? This really crawled under my skin. I'll make sure the next time I stay at a Hilton they provide complimentary parking for a "Hilton Honors Member', or I just won't use their hotel and stay at a hotel that has complimentary parking. The problem is hotels now want to include parking fees making your overnight stay more expensive than what they advertise.

The rooftop patio/pool was relaxing. Bartender was great! Super nice atmosphere. Excellent location! 👌🏼
Can’t complain 👌🏼

It was in walking distance to restaurants, and food stores
There was no complimentary breakfast

Breakfast staff were wonderful- helpful and polite. Location was great. Family members live in Belle Meade . So getting to their home was a breeze.
Although the buffet was ok, I was hoping for an ala carte menu, which was not available, as I was there on a weekend.

Great location for the Bluebird cafe
Checkin was a little slow

First impressions are always a good indicator. The lobby was impeccably decorated and welcoming. The cleaniness of the hotel was great, the bathroom was beautiful and the comfort of the beds was FANTASTIC!
The rooms appeared a little larger online, but they were still a very nice size.

nothing in particular
I was overcharged more than $400. I am still waiting for the staff to get back to me on that. Overall unimpressive staff; expect to wait over 40 mins before anyone picks up the phone

The hotel was beautiful and very clean. The bed was comfortable and the room had a huge window. The shower/bathroom was updated and very nice.
It would be nice if there was a sitting bench in the shower so I could have shaved my legs. Additionally, when we went down for breakfast there was not enough staff to keep the tables cleaned as guest finished and left so even though there were about 4 to 5 tables open to sit at but were not cleaned. We had to sit at the bar which was not near as comfortable. The food was very good though. Everything else was great.

Security. The Rooftop. Location to downtown. The view of the city. Starbucks in the hotel. The staff was Friendly.
Refrigerator did not work. The iron was burnt. The toiletries were half full. There was no free continental breakfast. Very expensive for what was offered.
4.2
Clean and updated facility with friendly staff. Great location close to restaurants and shopping.
A $300 per night room should not nickel and dime you for a $30 per night self parking fee. Offer valet parking, work it in to the overall charge, give a voucher, something. Just another in your face example of pure unadulterated corporate greed. It was a filthy stain on an otherwise wonderful facility.

good accommodation, staff were excellent
we paid for executive room but did not get to use the executive lodge

Very clean, beautiful location.
Nothing for family/kids to do.
On-site restaurant was terrible. Under staffed, which led to long wait times and terrible service. Waitress forgot to take the food order for half the table and didn't return for 15+ minutes which led to half our table eating while the other half waited.
4.2
very nice rooms.
the elevators seemed nasty . looked like it hadn’t been swept in quite some time but maybe just because it was a high traffic area.
