This property was a great choice for my Vac/work retreat. The room was spacious and was not lacking in any areas, it was as described. There were a few minor cleaning items upon arrival, but nothing that would deter me from staying there again or leaving a negative review. Housekeeping was timely and stocked. All of the items in the common areas were as described.
The only negative that occurred was after an event that transpired the front door locks were changed, they failed to make me aware. But, after calling the on-call service, and verifying my information, I was able to get in quickly.
Check in and check out was easy and communication was professional, timely and thorough.
The home is beautiful and I wish I had been there in the summer. It’s a quick walk to a lot of local favorites, which was ideal for my stay. Would definitely recommend and revisit! Had a very relaxing, I had a very relaxing time.

Perfect. Nice size. Great location

We stayed in room 3…the room had a VERY strong mold and/or mildew smell. We tried Fabreze but that did not do anything. I would have opened a window but Non would open. I felt so bad after the first night we stayed somewhere else the second night! Would Not recommend. Too bad, cause it is a nice location.

Loved the place. Nice location with plenty of restaurants to walk to. Street parking is at a premium. We found one convenience store nearby the was a little pricey, so I would recommend getting snacks before you park your car, so you don’t have to move it often. We found a Family Dollar.
We stayed on the main floor and we kept the blinds closed so others could not see in. With only the ceiling fan light above, we kept all the lamps on. The lamps all seemed to be Edison bulbs with lower wattage. It would be nice if you could open the blinds on the upper part of the window, but keep the lower level shut for privacy.
The emails for the access codes came at the prefect time for us.
Two items that needed fix were:
1. The light in the hall just outside our door was out. We had to use a flashlight to punch the code in the door.
2. The bathroom sink drain was running slow due to a lot of hair. Someone had already pull out the stopper to help water run out faster.
Simple fixable things. Once again loved the place, would like to stay and check out other rooms.
We attended a concert at Red Rocks. On few rainy days we visited Manitou Cliff Dwellings, Garden of the Gods visitor center, Buffalo Bill’s museum and Meow Wolfe.

Clean, comfortable stay with the perfect location to walk to great restaurants, bars, coffee shops. The location was also fairly quiet for how close to the action it is. The space was just right and loved the complimentary coffee/tea and snacks always available in the common area. 10/10 would recommend!

This is a really amazing property within ear shot of downtown, museums, and many of the up-and-coming areas rich with breweries, shopping, and restaurants. There are multiple levels of shared space if you choose over your already generous space in the room. We felt safe in the area along with multiple locks to get into the space. Several nice amenities including snacks, coffee, and even a fridge with some beer and non-alcoholic drinks. Would go back and recommend.

Good location. Large room. Clean. Quiet. Cute common space. Love the fireplace in the room even though it wasn't cold enough to use it. Comfortable bedding. Keurig in the lobby. Very tiny shower. Entry stairs and pathways are hard to walk on.

I know it's a new digital age, but I miss a personal touch, i.e. someone on the premises, or there to greet me. Flyers and descriptions of establishments in the area would be a plus.
Otherwise, once I figured out all the key codes, it was a great location with in walking distance to the Rino district.

Location was very convenient for access topmost activities in Denver. It did not disappoint. The property was as promoted. I would recommend it highly.

Great Stay - Would Recommend!
Great location and perfect room for 2 people! Bed was extremely comfortable! The only detail I wish the room had was curtains. After a late night, we were woken up bright and early at 6AM with daylight, but I guess that meant we were up sooner with more time for exploring! :)
Side note - Communication about the check-in process could be better. I realized on day of check in that I hadn't received any instructions how to check in, codes to the property, etc. With that said, hosts were quick to answer my frantic message and phone call to them! They did say all communication goes through email, not the app, so be sure to check your email at least a day in advance of arriving for instructions so you can contact the hosts with plenty of lead time if necessary!

Great spot for walking
We enjoyed our stay so much. The room was very spacious, clean, and recently renovated. The location was only one block north of some great shops and restaurants. When we did Uber or Lyft it was less than $10 every time. I highly recommend for any Denver stay and would definitely stay here again.

Very nice stay in denver, getting checked in could be easier.
The unit was as described. Nice quiet location and complex. The morning coffee was always well stocked and clean. I would definitely stay at this facility again.
The communication process through VRbo wasn’t ideal. I never received information to get into the facility so I was locked out when I arrived there (cold and miserable too). I figured there would be someone at a front desk or something. My bad for not checking in with owner prior to the trip but apparently I was supposed to receive an e-mail with all the information. Also, it wasn’t easy to connect with the owner because there is no phone number listed. I was lucky to get in that night. It could be a VRbo listing or process issue so I don’t want to put this on the owner. Please check in a day before to make sure you know how to get into the coded key locks.

Great night getaway
It was great! Extremely clean and well kept! Found a great place to get away in our own backyard! I’ve lived here over 20 years and didn’t know it was this close! My wife and I loved it!!

Room for improvement
Only giving 3 stars because the check-in process was extremely poor. We were given almost no information about check-in ahead of time, and ended up having to call customer service multiple times to get three separate codes to enter the front gate, building, and our room (none of which were given to us by the host prior). We also received no instructions about where our suite would be located, how to enter the property, or where to park. Given that check-in was self-guided, this seemed like essential information to have.
We also received a message from the host the night before check-out that our check-out time would be an hour earlier than shown on the listing. And we were asked to “bag our trash” despite paying a pricey cleaning fee with the booking.
All that being said, the property itself was comfortable and clean, in a convenient location, and appeared as shown in the photos. I hope the hosts are able to correct their check-in and check-out processes and work on clearer communication to provide a better stay in the future.

This was the cutest and coziest VRBO I've ever stayed in. All the decorations were satisfying updated, and the room was extremely comfortable. Great bed and shower!! Very private, and safe!

Fantastic accom in superb location
The house was fantastic, and our room was large and clean. Check-in was super easy! The property is located in RiNo, so we were walking distance to lots of restaurants, bars and breweries. Would stay again!

The property is spotless and it was easy to access. Location is perfect for Coors Field, with many great eateries nearby. Loved having coffee and tea handy as well as snacks. The complimentary beer and wine was a bonus and we enjoyed having a glass on the upstairs terrace. Only negatives were that there were no bikes available and we could not connect the TV. We sent an email but were not successful.

Great location
Curtis Park Club was the perfect location for exploring RiNo and even walking to a game at Coors Field. The Notorious Outlaw was spacious and clean, any questions/issues were quickly addressed either by message or the on site property manager. The property looks great, and we sometimes saw other guests but never felt like we were overwhelmed by the number of people staying at CPC. A great place to stay to check out Denver.

Comfortable and adorable
The Curtis Park Club is a quiet, comfortable and beautiful place to stay! It is very close to many restaurants or other things to do downtown like Coor’s Field, which is just an easy walk from here. Very lovely and comfortable rooms. My friend and I loved it and hope to come back soon!

Charming
I had never stayed at a bed and breakfast before and the location and hospitality was awesome. Everything we wanted to explore was only a few minutes away making it easy to plan our days. The room & property was super cute and cozy. The shared living room can be a little echoey and heard from the room if someone is cleaning or having a good time playing a board game. If you are looking to explore Denver and want a cozy room to relax in after a long day this is the perfect place to stay!

Walkable and Bikeable to Everywhere in Denver
My husband and I stayed here for an anniversary trip. We were thrilled with the hospitality and unexpected snacks and beverages offered as a sign of welcome. We walked and biked everywhere in Denver from this location! Coors Field and Union Station is an easy 20 minute walk, with tons of bars and restaurants and food halls in Rino nearby. We used the complimentary bikes to bike to the Botanic Gardens and visit the Capitol and mint. Location was superb and the room/accommodations were fantastic. Would definitely return.

LOVED THIS PLACE!
This little B&B is almost one of those places you want to keep quiet so other's won't discover this gem! We had a great time in Denver while staying here. The accommodations, response time & service while staying here was superior. On the weekend mornings you'll be greeted with muffins & other pastries (light breakfast) with a Keurig machine full of options! They even had a little gathering area on the second level we didn't discover until we left, with local beer & wine, as well as games! This place was so cute & perfect! You won't be disappointed!!!!

Perfect BnB
Had everything you need for a stay in Denver. Close to bars and restaurants. The room was very clean and had small touches to make the stay perfect- from a minibar area in the room, a coffee bar and continental breakfast provided on the weekend. I would definitely stay again.

Absolutely gorgeous place!!
This was so much nicer than staying at a hotel. The units are in a historic home that has been remodeled with all the modern comforts of a large hotel but much much more intimate! Jessica made sure we all were comfortable as if we were her house guests. Thank you Jessica! We surely will be coming back. We highly recommend this place to anyone especially couples who appreciate a getaway from the hustle of life.

Perfect location and beautiful room!
I have lived in Denver 2 years and booked the Curtis Park Club for my mother and brother who were in town visiting. I was shocked to find such newly renovated and reasonable priced accommodations in such a great location- only about 3 blocks to RiNo/5 Points where there are tons of restaurants and bars. The room as well as the common areas were tastefully decorated and we enjoyed the wine and beer available upstairs. I would highly recommend The Curtis Park Club to anyone looking for a peaceful place to stay in Denver, while still being close to the excitement! Thank you for having us.
