Ideal apartment in great location

Excellent location Very spacious Dog friendly Very well equipped Easy to park Nice and clean Lovely comfortable double bed

Extremely noisy residents upstairs very late into the night Maybe a TV in the bedroom aswell as the lounge with better tv signal too.

Good location. Easy parking. Nice place overall.

The key collection was an automated electronic box. Easy to find and use. Communication about it was good. Kitchen had extras like tea bags which was nice. Two burner stove was fine for us but might be limiting for others. Big fridge freezer. Big bedroom. Liked the extra pillows n blankets available

Mouldy bathroom and sofa. Bed was too soft for me by my other half liked it.

Left early due to smoke alarms. Telephone numbers to contact owners would not work.

The size was ok. Free parking was a bonus.

On arrival we were met by scaffolding and a front yard full of builders rubbish and ladders. All the smoke alarms were out of date, needed replacing 2019. All the electrical items had out of date PAT testing stickers on. Some had none at all. There was a strong smell and the internet , WiFi was very intermittent

Excellent location, lovely apartment, easy access to all amenities

Location was brilliant, everything you needed in the apartment for your stay, great having 2 bathrooms, parking scratch cards was a bonus and nice you got used to the parking situation

Wi-Fi and signal was a bit hit and miss sometimes, sofa bed was a bit uncomfortable

is ok if you plan to eat out all time

location quiet and not far from town

sofa bed was hard ,didnt have good sleep ,plus was stained.only had two hob rings and not all pans fitted on at same time,took me three hours to do a sunday dinner ,there was a convention oven/microwave but for someone that is not tech/gadget savvy i wasnt able to use it for its purpose,wifi wasnt very good everything kept buffering and disconnecting

Great location

The location of the apartment is great and the parking included is a bonus. The owner allowed us to park in the garage earlier than we could enter the property giving us a full day in Scarborough.

The apartment was damp and cold, it needs much TLC as the paint is missing on some parts of the walls and generally needs a refresh, the sofa beds were dirty, there was mould on the ceilings in the bathrooms. The bed was uncomfortable and once we stripped the bed upon our departure the quilt was covered in yellow stains. The dressing table chair was covered in the previous person's hair. The photos on booking.com need updating as the furniture in the living room is different. The people that live above the apartment are very noisy they seemed to move furniture around 11pm. If the owners have this apartment some TLC this would be a great place to stay.

Arrived and we was shocked at the state of the property. Inside wasn’t as bad as the outside but the musty smell inside

The bedroom was huge, and the kitchen was well equipped.

The outside has scaffolding up and it looks like the place is falling down. The showers are awful, one in particular badly placed. Mould all around the skirting and in the tiles. Wi-Fi is absolutely awful. Garden is state , more like a work shop. The whole place smelt like baby sick.

Great stay, rubbish neighbours

Loved the location and the apartment itself. Comfortable bed and all amenities covered.

Builders in flat above throwing cigarettes into the courtyard and very noisy at 6am. I was made aware of scaffolding on property before arriving but I would’ve preferred to know before booking.

The guest book was filled with the same issues we had and yet nothing done about it. Won’t stay again as you don’t make

Property had been refurbished and was nicely done

No Wi-Fi, noisy people above and workmen swearing and shouting from 8.00am everyday

Lovely shower/ highchair and child facilities were great, easy to access

Neighbour upstairs extremely loud through the night wouldn't be able to stay again and didn't care when we asked politely to keep the noise down, parking was difficult.

The disco shower head

It was cold 🥶 Damp, Smelled, The futons in the living room (that should have been leather sofas as shown on the photos ) were NOT comfy and neither was the bed. Cobwebs everywhere. Windows needed cleaning. There was no seating area with table as shown on the photos. Wi-Fi didn’t work. People upstairs were extremely noisy Some photos provided as the ones provided by owner are very misleading

Just ok. Glad i didnt pay a penny more.

Bed was comfy, but really small and duvet barely covered us. Location was perfect. Permit to park was a bonus. Had everything you wanted. Walking distance to everything.

Sofa was so hard and uncomfortable I couldn't sit on it without all the bedroom pillows and cushions. Mold in the bathroom(s). Too much mold. Dehumidifier on 24/7 which we emptied 3 times in 4 days. Not to mention noisy at night. Paint peeling off in all rooms. Damp all over the place. Floor peeling up. Coffee machine didn't work. WiFi off more than on. Desperate for some tlc and paint.... not to mention damp proofing.

Ivinson family stay 3 nights in June.

Great location midway between North & South Beaches via short walk. Parking in wide area near digs.

A few rooms nead touch up on wall paint. Possibly due to change of furniture. Good acess to manager to explain door lock box to us then got open.

Whole place could do with a lick of paint and a new sofa bed as very worn and low on floor,TV would be nice in the bedroom just to relax to when kids asleep

The main bedroom was beautiful and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. It was clean.

The sofa bed was uncomfortable and when down took up majority of room in the living room. The living room was small even with the sofas as a sofa and there was nowhere to put clothes away for the person sleeping in that room.

Perfect

The flat was clean and tidy and had everything we needed for our stay. It is in a perfect location as situated just off the cliff top, in between the North and South Bay with a short walk to either. On street parking was a huge bonus. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, thank you 🙂.

Very clean and spacious apartment. Perfect location with great views. Very close to food establishments and only a short walk to the town centre and the beach. Had everything you needed for families with a baby up to older children.

The facilities was good soap in the bathrooms and toilet roll fully equipped kitchen washer dryer and dish washer it was very close to the beach

no oven just a multi function Micro wave but no instructions a 2 ring electric hob which is not enough the property fridge did not appear to be working our food went off ! There was a slight leek on the washer it was a base room apartment so there was a lot of damp there was a dehumidifier ! the wooden floors were blown with the damp it really needed a revamp!!! The bed settee was very uncomfortable even the it provided mattress toppers it was still uncomfortable ! We made a call to the owners with regards to parking and they did not return our call due to that we did not phone with regards to the fridge !!!
