Spectacular ocean views from this 4th floor end condo. Four bedrooms and three bathrooms, tile floors, washer/dryer, gourmet kitchen and great views from almost every room in the condo. Unit has custom Sicilian tile throughout by famous artist Sergio Furnari and Jacuzzi tub in the huge master bathroom. Original art is featured throughout the condo it's a great place for artistic inspiration. The comfortable beds are one king, 3 queen beds, and three full bathrooms.

The property has two swimming pools fronting the ocean and surrounded by plush grass. If golf is your game, Charleston is blessed with an abundance of fine courses. Historic downtown Charleston is 15 minutes away. Or you can park your car and let the vibe of Folly relax you. Perfectly okay to spend the entire day at the beach and never have to get in the car or put shoes on. Everything you need is steps away.

Sitting on the deck and watching the dolphins play is the ideal way to start and end a day here. Sunsets from the terrace can be spectacular and even thunderstorms can take your breath away from this viewpoint 5 stories over the beach. The nightlife and restaurants of Folly Beach are two blocks away. Very safe low crime area perfect for kids and seniors. 2 elevators, wheelchair friendly.

This property was perfect for my group! First the view was fantastic. It is in an amazing location. The check-in and check-out process was very easy and seamless. The amount of beds and bathrooms was fantastic! Parking was also easy and convenient. I would definitely recommend this property. We really enjoyed our stay!

Tom was very helpful with our stay leading up to the trip and answering every question we had along the way. This place has everything you want in a beach condo property. You can’t beat the view out back either! Sunsets were gorgeous. You are literally a stone’s throw away from the beach. And also walking distance to everything you in Folly city center. Definitely recommend staying here at this beautiful property.

Beach and pool access from this corner unit were great While sitting on the patio of this top unit, it was lovely to watch the pelicans fly overhead because they seemed at arm’s reach.

My husband and I took 5 grandkids aged 15-21 and had a great time on our first visit to Folly Beach. The condo was great, the beach was great, the food was walking distance and wonderful! Tom was accessible and responsive and friendly. All around a great time!

Roomy 4 bedroom condo for 7 of us. Easy short access to the beach and swimming pool, either by elevator or the staircase, which is close to the unit. No problems with parking (we were in 3 vehicles). We called our host about the parking passes, and he told us what to do, no problem. The unit was quiet and we loved sitting on the balcony - great view of water and sunsets. It was a great way to celebrate our 50th anniversary with our family!

We met with family at the condo for A vacation in Folly and wedding in charleston. What a beautiful property, everything was very clean, and beds were super comfy, Tom was great to communicate with and the whole ck in process was easy,. The description was perfect , the views from The condo are amazing, And all the shops and restaurants are a very short walk away. There is a grocery store close by, and the unit was stocked with plenty of utensils and pots and pans for us to cook with. The view of the beach and Sunsets are amazing from the unit. I cannot say enough about how amazing this unit is or the beauty of Folly We took a uber to Charleston walked around and had a great dinner , there Sadly we had to head home, but we cannot wait for our next stay at Toms place

Really nice condo and a friendly, responsive owner. We had 4 couples, all family, with plenty of room. We were on the 4th floor, corner place, with a spectacular view, right on the beach, within walking distance to downtown Folly Beach. Historic Charleston is just minutes away.

You cant beat the views....and the location in Folly! We never moved our car once we parked! The deck was wonderful! We weren't there in pool season but they looked great. The condo is filled with art! There was some construction being done while we were there..but hopefully that will be completed soon. We hope to come back.

Right on the beach, near restaurants and other stores. Very convenient. Only thing to keep in mind. We had to cancel a dinner reservation in Charleston because we couldn't get an Uber on the island. It would be a perfectly find long weekend just staying on the island and walking but if you want to go elsewhere, you should get/have a car.

My wife and I honeymooned there and it was almost perfect. I loved the big tub but the hot water would start running out before I could get it full as I would've like it to be. It was a huge tub though so it wasn't a problem. Everything was excellent and best place I ever stayed.

We will be back! Lovely condo with fantastic patio balcony that overlooked the beach. Well supplied with towels, blankets, beach items (chairs, paddle boards, etc.), dishes, linens, books. Washer and dryer. The floorplan was great, as each of the four bedrooms felt private. Two of the bedrooms have their own bath/shower and two of them share a "Jack and Jill" bathroom that separates the bedrooms. Great location, easy walk to center of town and restaurants. Excellent parking. Elevator to our 4th floor condo. Shopping carts available in the parking garage to transport suitcases and bags. Will definitely come back and request this unit.

Charleston Oceanfront Villas is always a great place to stay when visiting Folly Beach. Location location location. Thomas was a wonderful host and went above and beyond for myself and my family. The property was clean and very homey. A wonderful place to stay. We would definitely book this place again.

Overall we had a great time at this condo on Folly Beach. It’s the perfect location, right on the beach and within walking distance of many restaurants/bars, shops, and local attractions. Plenty of beach necessities provided as well in the condo, including beach chairs, an umbrella, a beach blanket, a basket of beach toys for little kids etc. The host is very responsive and easy to communicate with and willing to help with whatever we needed during our stay! Our only suggestion would’ve been written instructions on how to access the pool/beach with the fobs provided and how to work the TV with the multiple remotes. Also, the decor is much different than what is pictured in the listing and could be a tad bit overwhelming for those who are not as open or receptive to a surprise as such. Overall, a very relaxing and great stay!

We all loved the location and one of the best views of the beach. Condo was very clean and spaces and owner very easy to work with. The only problem we had is that the bathroom doors could not handle wheelchairs. Other than that we loved our stay.
