Summerlin is a beautiful two bedroom condo on Okaloosa Island, in a small 30 unit beachfront complex. This condo has the best of everything for those who only want the finest. FREE high speed wireless internet. 3 TVs, DVD player, books and games. Fully equipped, stainless steel kitchen, dining room seats 6, seperate laundry room--you will love this place.

Can sleep up to 6 with king bed master bedroom which has its own private bath and opens up to the balcony. Second master is spacious with a king bed and its own bathroom which also opens up into the hall. Also a queen sofa sleeper.

This was our 2nd visit to this location and unit. We like the ease of access to the beach. The only negative was the fact we could not open the Master bedroom door wall so could not access the balcony from the bedroom. This needs attention.

This is our third stay in this unit and we love it!!! The location cannot be beat and the beach is beautiful and not over crowded. The condo is set up nicely with two fabulous bedrooms and two bathrooms with walk in showers. It is clean and well stocked with plenty of room for 4 adults and a baby easily. We will continue using this condo for as long as it is available.

We’ve spent a week on Fort Walton Beach for the last 5 years. This was our best experience. The unit was clean and well appointed. They even had toys and extra beach chairs. I can’t see us staying anywhere else in the area.

We love this condo! The location is nice and quiet; but only minutes from everything. The building is well maintained with easy access to the parking lot and beach. Scott & Tina are great to work with and really saved us on this trip; as our original rental fell through after we arrived. They responded to our message immediately and allowed us to book with them. We're so thankful they helped us out! This two bedroom/two bath has everything you will need for a fun, relaxing getaway. We've stayed in this condo in the past and we will definitely return!

We love Summerlin and this condo was just as beautiful as rhe beach! It was very clean, well stocked in rhe kitchen as well as plenty of towels in rhe bathroom. The property itself is perfect and the beach is pristine! We will uae this condo again when we return.

Loved the fact both the Master Bedroom and Den face the beach. Water was crystal clear and no sea weed. Not real fond of the city of Fort Walton Beach but the condo location is fine. We will likely come again!

We had an amazing time. The condo was perfect. Plenty of space, clean, up to date and the location was perfect for shopping and eating at all the good places in fort Walton. The view was perfect! We spotted dolphins every day we were there. After a great day at the beach, we were able to come back and relax in the condo. TV’s and living room was awesome!!! I would highly recommend this condo. Five stars!!

Everything about this property met or exceeded our expectations making for a wonder family vacation. Easy check-in/out, not crowded and right on the beautiful white sand beach. It had everything we needed to cook a few meals during our stay and was just a short drive to the grocery store/ restaurants. Family of 4 with kids ages 5 and 3. We will definitely be back.

We were in the area for a cheer competition & found this gem! Such a clean, well put together condo! Communication with renters went well every time. Easy check in process. Pool area was clean, and the complimentary chairs and umbrella for the beach was a plus! Would definitely stay here again!

Excellent experience. Condo is just as listed, with an amazing view. Host was very friendly, and answered all my questions in a timely manner! Beach service was great, condo has a few beach toys and 2 boogie boards which were a plus! We had 4 adults and 2 kids in the space with plenty of room! I hope to book another trip in this same condo soon!!

The condo was an excellent choice! The condo had two large bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large dining area and a kitchen that was fully equipped. Beautiful up to date decor! Building was very quiet, and the view from the condo …spectacular! Would definitely book this condo again.

My wife and I really enjoyed our entire stay in Summerlin #304. The views from both the large windows in the living area and the master BR starts each day well. The washer & dryer came in handy during our 7-day stay during Dec 2022. The balcony temperature stayed pleasant when the sun was out, even a few days when temps were below freezing. Communications with the owner via text we’re prompt & helpful. Beds were very comfortable. Pre-visit communications were clear and timely, and “check-in” consisted of unlocking the door. That was it. This 2BR condo is spacious and VERY CLEAN, With nice touches such as variable time auto-off bathroom vent fans in both baths. The shower was fantastic. We took lots of pictures of the gulf/beach under lots of varied light conditions. I highly recommend this condo as a place to relax. Thank you for sharing this lovely place directly overlooking the beach. We plan to return!

We’ve rented multiple condos in Fort Walton, and Summerlin 304 has been the best so far. Very clean unit. Loved the walkout from both the living room and master bedroom. Property manager was extremely quick to answer all my questions and was super accommodating. We would love to stay at Summerlin 304 in the future and highly recommend it.

My husband and myself enjoyed our stay! Tina and Scott were really communicative from day one and we cannot thank them enough. The location of the condo was away from the hustle and bustle of Destin but a short 10 minute drive had you could get where you needed! We cannot wait to return sometime in the future!

This condo was perfect for my new husband & I for our hooneymoon. It has a beautiful view of the beach & was very clean & has everything you would need! We had an issue with the door & reached out to the owners & they quickly responded & resolved the issue. Definitely would stay here again!

This condo was absolutely perfect for our vacation. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of amenities to allow us to eat meals in. As the complex was smaller, trips to the beach and our car were a breeze with little to no wait time for an elevator, and a just a few steps to our parking spot and beach! Highly recommend for any families with kiddos as this was quite helpful for those antsy little ones! Our only suggestion is the roku device in the main room would cut out several times when watching regular TV, otherwise the vast options they offered were well received by our 2 year old! We hope to return again soon!

We really enjoyed our stay at Summerlin 304! The condo was clean and the decor was updated and nice. The beds were very comfortable and the showers were great. The convenience to the beach and the ability to just walk right out back and set up your tent/chairs was awesome. The beach service if wanted was a great plus. The location was very close to restaurants and shopping but at the same time was not too close and had a slower relaxed atmosphere which we thoroughly enjoyed. Long story short, you will not be disappointed with this condo and I would recommend it to anyone. We will definitely be back!
