Enjoyed weekend

A great place to be in.a waterfront unit #4 the lookout. Deck facing the water is great. There very little beach August 1, 2024 s erosion in the area has taken nearly all the sand& beaches away. The unit is ok buy lashing in kitchen amenities and decor is mostly 1950-60s. We would rotten based on setting and location.
4.7
This isn't the first time we've stayed here and it definitely won't be the last. As usual, no complaints at all. Far enough away from the strip to enjoy some quiet time but close enough to easily get to it!
4.7
My best friend, sister, and niece and her friend had a very relaxed and enjoyable weekend. The apartment had plenty of room and beds for us, as well as 2 bathrooms. The living room was roomy enough for us to all sit and play card games or relax. Sitting on the deck was great, with a great view, sounds of the water, and a nice breeze. Close enough to the strip to walk (under a mile), but we drove since there was a chance for rain. I definitely recommend this place!
4.7
Had a great time , we had the whole area to ourself. Had a fire, it was a little windy so you could hear the waves, found some Lake Erie glass. Will do it again next year, nice place.
4.7
The place was as advertised- cute and right by the water, our only suggestion would be to provide more than 1 paper towel roll(and clean out the freezer, there was left over ice/cups from the previous guest when we arrived)
4.7
Great location, outdoor amenities great, access to Lake Erie great. Skimpy furnishings, beds sag big, cheaply furnished.

Great location
had a great time

Great location. All the beds need replaced though.

As usual, our reservation accommodations were outstanding! This was our 4th time staying here.
At one point the hot water wasn't working but the maintenance staff was quick to arrive and get us back in action. This property has NEVER disappointed us thus far. We will be coming back every year. See you all next summer!

We had a good time staying at your place. The only suggestion I would have is new mattresses. Other than that the location was great!
4.7
We’ve stayed here several times. We love the view and the beach access. It’s a shared unit so allow patience for some noises from neighbors at times. Plenty of space and would recommend
4.7
Very nice place to stay. Quiet and peaceful. I would suggest offering more than one key. It worked for my family on this trip but if I were with friends we would definitely need more than one. Communication with management was great. I would definitely stay here again!

Rental was accurately described, and checkin/checkout very easy. Family of 5 (3 adult children) enjoyed time together w/out feeling crowded. A longer stay would’ve brought frustration with only one key for 5 adults; maybe a refundable deposit for extra keys can be considered. No complaints but I will offer minor suggestions: add bedside lamps for nighttime reading (overhead lights are not relaxing), clean/vacuum upstairs bathroom vent, replace missing vertical blinds (privacy was compromised), and fill in several areas of long gravel driveway. 3 coffee mugs were not enough for 4 coffee drinkers, but this can be easily fixed by renters buying disposable cups at nearby Dollar General. I appreciated the email prior to our stay detailing what was/was not included and description of location. The highlight of our stay was definitely the lake view from the deck!

Property was as advertised and was clean. Perfect for our family get away

Enjoyed sitting on the deck with friends and watching the lake.
4.7
We loved the place, so clean, so close to the lake and so close to the strip. What a great place to live in the summer. This place was such a great place we are coming back next year. Thank you so much. We all enjoyed it.
4.7
Location was/is amazing. Quiet, and not far from the strip. Would stay again; 5-5 STARS!!
4.7
It was perfect for what we needed it for. It was our annual girls trip weekend. We hung out at the house as well ventured out to the wineries and the strip. Location is quiet and beautiful view on the lake. We had perfect weather to so out on the deck. Only complaint-was the honey bees! But it did not stop us from enjoying the gorgeous weather and views. Anytime I reached out to the owners, they were very quick to respond. We would stay here again and had a an absolute blast! Thank you again for having us!!
4.7
Property is dated and sparsely decorated, but clean and comfortable for up to 6 adults. We loved having a quiet lakefront place to sit in the mornings/evenings, and the close proximity to town and local wineries.
4.7
This was a nice place to stay. Although the kitchen is small, we managed to make it work. Furniture was all in good shape. The best part is the view of the lake and the private deck. Location was great for visiting several wineries.

Got motorcycle, will travel!
The area, view, and accomodations were great. It's an older home, but was very clean and comfortable. The only suggestion I have is to have an option package to rent bath towels, wash clothes, dish cloths and bath matts. Especially for those traveling on motorcycles. The small shower had great pressure, but causes water to sometimes leak onto the floor. This caused us to use up our paper towel ration. Grocery shopping isn't easy for those on the bike.
There was a paper wasp issue on the back deck. They handled the matter very quickly! Thank you! Was a very nice stay and would love to stay again!

This property offers beautiful views of Lake Erie. The beach area is private and secluded. Unit 4 also has a nice deck with a great lake view. The unit could use a bit of updating.
4.7
Inside was adequate and comfortable, clean. The private back porch had a beautiful view. The only thing that would have improved being outside would have been an umbrella for shade. We had a pleasant time.

This place was absolutely perfect for a girls weekend. The view of the lake from the deck was wonderful. The place is a little dated, but some nice upgrades have been made. We spent most of our time outside on the deck and had a great time!

Four of us stayed in the Look Out #4 and here is my assessment as a military retiree that has been around the world staying at different hotels, dorms, and vacation rentals. I normally visit Geneva on the Lake twice a year and this has been my first subpar rental. The money spent could be utilized on a more updated rental. Such as Lake Erie Vista or the Geneva resort.
This property sleeps 6; however, it only has seats for 4 (if you try to do the six feet distancing) with one tv in the living room.
All furniture looks second hand similar to something from a thrift store.
Living room: Couch is not leather and is peeling real bad on one end and sinks in its entirety. The two chairs are not comfortable either for relaxation. So if you are looking for a place to just lay your head while spending time outside or on the strip, then this may be your spot. If you want to spend quality time inside, as well as outside, then there are other places that can provide better accommodations.
The front glass storm door doesn’t lock, so if you want to leave the door open for sunlight, you have to should ensure you are in the living room at all times so no one walks in.
Kitchen: Infested with ants. We had to buy bug spray to keep them at bay.
Bathroom (downstairs): Needs major upgrade. No room for toiletries or clothes hooks. There is no fan so when showering, steam and condensation builds up. At times it has a sewer smell.
Deck: The back door has a busted screen so you can’t leave it open for fresh air. Otherwise very nice view of the water. Renters may have to wipe down table & chairs and sweep before using it.
Bathroom upstairs: Upgraded to perfection, but the cleaners should find the right cleaning supplies to keep the tub white. We brought are own cleaning supplies and cleaned the tub to our level of expectation.
All bedrooms were equipped with a ceiling fan, but no televisions.
Queen bedroom: Bed was rather comfortable. I suffer with hip and back problems and I didn’t experience any issues during the 3 night stay. However, closet door is stuck.
King bedroom: Mattress sinks in the middle so I was afraid to sleep in it with my back and hip issues. My sister slept in it and stated the bed was not comfortable and squeaks.
Twin bedroom: My two nieces shared this room & stated the beds were comfortable.
We heard the guests in Deja Blue #5 since we shared a door. Lots of door slamming and loud talking.

The property is well maintained, clean and exactly as the pictures displayed. Excellent communication with the property manager from when we first booked to check out. This is a great location, right on the water and within driving distance of downtown Geneva on the Lake and restaurants. There were 6 of us and we we all very satisfied with our lodge and our location. Thank you, Megan, for a great girls weekend getaway.

The view from the deck was amazing!!! That's where we spent most of our time. Short drive to the strip.
The house & Appliances were clean- but not really a "cozy " feeling overall inside.
The King mattress was a tad uncomfortable. Our first night there, there were ants in the living room, but nothing a few ant traps couldn't fix and with all the rain it's not unusual.
Beach access was pretty easy. Nice fire pits.
If you plan on spending most of your time outside, this is the place.
