The fresh paint, tile, and carpet throughout give this homey condo a warm, clean feel. A laid-back vibe here keeps guests focused on having fun.
After an exhilarating day on the slopes, retire to the living room, which features soft, comfortable furnishings and a big leather recliner. Watch some cable TV shows or slide a DVD into the player and watch a movie. Surf the internet to check snow conditions with the complimentary WiFi while you listen to your favorite music on the stereo.
Just off the living room is the dining area, with a table that seats six. Treat your guests to the delectable meal you just whipped up in the kitchen, featuring all standard appliances, including a dishwasher. Then linger a bit longer for a fun night of games or puzzles made possible by the selection available in this home.
In the winter months, stay warm by the gas fireplace in this room, and in the summer months, wander out onto the large deck to sip your favorite beverage as you marvel at the gorgeous view of the ski slopes below and Mt. Baldy in the distance. Cook up a luscious barbecue dinner on the gas grill.
This two-bedroom, two-bath home accommodates up to six guests (four, comfortably). Enjoy an excellent night's sleep on the king-size bed in the master bedroom, which includes an attached full bath and a large closet. The kids will sleep well in the two twin beds in the second bedroom, and the queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room provides another sleeping option. Morning preparations will be made easy with a second full bath, and to keep your clothes fresh and clean during your stay, you'll have access to the shared laundry facility within the building.
In the summer, there's plenty to do in Breckenridge. In addition to prime hiking and mountain biking, try river rafting and fly fishing on Blue River. Enjoy local events like the Breckenridge Pro Rodeo or the National Repertory Orchestra concerts. And if you're traveling with kids, there's plenty to keep them busy with the Fun Park on Peak 8. Additionally, Breckenridge Stables provides horseback riding, so saddle up and climb on for an unforgettable trail excursion across the Ten Mile Range.
In the winter, hit the slopes for a fun day of skiing or snowboarding, cross country skiing, or snowshoeing. If you're here in January, take in the International Snow Sculpture contest, or visit the Ice Castle - a mystical, magical experience at night when it's lit up with LED lights.
No matter what season you visit Breckenridge, you'll enjoy a vacation that will create lasting memories. Make some plans for your next mountain getaway, and make your reservation today!

Perfect, cozy, and well equipped place for a great time with friends or family!

Here's what we loved about this condo: location and ease of access to the shuttle us. The floorplan/set-up was also perfect for 4-5 people. THAT'S ALL.
Here's the rest of the Review:
We arrived to find the parking arrangements quite challenging to understand, the shower curtain in the Primary Bedroom with blood splatters on the inside, used "intimacy products" under the bed, and lots of the dishes in the cabinets to be unclean. This was Christmas Eve. Christmas morning we woke up and attempted to fix breakfast and found the stove to be broken. We were realistic and didn't expect a Repairman to come Christmas Day so we ate cold food, which we brought expecting to cook all breakfast and dinners on our trip to conserve $, but went out to eat that night - finding only a couple restaurants open and with availability. The Repairman showed up the next day, after numerous communications between the VACASA Rep (local and abroad), to find the electrical components melted and unrepairable. This meant "no more cooking breakfasts and dinners on our budgeted trip for 5". The next night we were pulling into our designated parking space and the next door "neighbor" was belligerent, calling my wife all sorts of names for taking too long to get out of the truck so he could pull in", then proceeded to cus at us telling us to "to go the F--- back home!" It was terribly uncomfortable. The next day we got home from skiing and found a large green sticker on my window threatening us!

No hot tub or pool or clubhouse

Everything needed in central location for a buddy ski trip. Close to breck bus stop, also alternate ski locations within 30-45 minute drive. Everything was clean and all needed kitchen and bedding available

Pictures are highly deceptive. Makes the place look like a modern apartment.
This is a really old building. Laundry facilities are on the outside in a really grungy area and you need to walk in the cold to go do laundry which in 20 degree winter is impossible. Coin operated laundry and no change machine.
Supplies in the home were highly inadequate- and we had to make a trip to the grocery store to supplement.
Location is just ok. It is on the bus route. But not at all walkable to downtown - had to depend on the bus for that too.

Liked the view. Pool/hot tub was closed for a private party. Place was a bit old looking and the shared bathroom toilet kept clogging. The stones on the back patio were lose and check in was late and check out was early. Beds were uncomfortable and woke up with a sore neck. To be honest I wouldn't stay here again.

Lots of room. Clean. Close to shuttle pickup.

The huge deck was a great place to hang out. Everything was tidy inside. Good value just as advertised.

Nice but cold!
We came back to the condo after a very cold day skiing and the thermostat was at 50 degrees. We turning it up and it went up to 60 and then kept shutting off and went back to 56 where it stayed all night. The place was freezing all night. There was no number to call. Also, the toilet in the master would not flush right. Forced to use the other toilet. Good location though and plenty of room for 5. Shuttle was nice.

Myself my husband and our two children (6&4) stayed at this property for a week. Amazing price for the size of the home. More than enough space for all of us, very clean, fully loaded kitchen. Beds were a little in comfy but fine for an air bnb. The deck is an amazing feature. We did have a little issue with the batteries dying in the door lock/code but Vacasa was very quick to respond and get us In with the backup! Would absolutely stay here again!

This was a great 2 bedroom, 2 bath property that was just a few blocks from downtown Breck. Great for our family - we cooked at home at night after skiing with everything available in the kitchen. Walked to Peak 9 - great property. Would stay here again.

Great experience. Very responsive to one issue we had while staying there. Had all of the supplies we needed for a comfortable stay. Great mountain view. Would definitely recommend!!

Comfy condo, with easy access to town and skiing.

Easy access to the town shuttle. Covered parking while it was snowing was a great benefit. Elevator to the second floor was very helpful.

Breck Get-a-Way
Thank you for a wonderful time in your condo. Plenty of room for our family of 4. Just up the hill from Main St, and a free shuttle that comes every 20mins, meant we could leave the car keys and not worry about parking. Kitchen had everything we needed to make meals. Patio had breathtaking views. Finally, I had a couple of questions for the Vacasa Team (property manager) and they were easy to contact and very helpful. We are already starting to plan our return next year. Thank You!

Old and rundown
The lock did not work on the front door. The stairs to get to the deck we’re not safe and the cement squares that were the flooring of the deck, moved when you walked on them. Not safe at all. It took local management a day to figure out how we could get in the locked pool door. No pool cues for the pool table. You could tell they tried to renovate the inside, but, there was still A LOT to be done. Local
management did change the lock, but other than that, wouldn’t speak to us. Had to call the national VACASA number to talk to them about everything. Will NOT use VACASA again. They said they would consider offering some kind of compensation, but in the end, they refused. We feel that this condo was terribly misrepresented online. Please do NOT waste your time and money on this place.

Beautiful place!
We absolutely loved the condo! It was big enough for our family of 5 and had everything we needed to feel at home.

Super clean, well- appointed condo within walking distance of village!
We (three adults and two children) stayed a three-day weekend in this condo. We were so delighted with it! It was clean and very well appointed. The location was close enough to Breckinridge Village to walk and I went into town by foot multiple times (and enjoyed beautiful views of the town against the mountain backdrop as I walked down the hill). The gas fireplace was easy to deal with and warm and lovely to hang out in front of. The kids were excited to find the games and play with therm. The staff was super attentive when I had questions. I would totally stay here again. Thanks, Vacasa, good job!

Convenient Location
Overall the stay way okay. The condo was spacious and had nice amenities as far as the fireplace, hot tub and easy parking. It was a little disappointing finding out the hot tub closed at 9pm. The master bedroom door handle was broken and the lock box guest key was unable to open. The beds were not the comfiest as you felt like you were sleeping on the springs. The kitchen was at least stocked and the condo had all the towels and everything needed. It just felt a little over priced for what we got.

Convenient Condo in Breckenridge
Decent condo for the location and cost. Simple decor but very spacious condo with a warm fireplace.

9359 HWY 9 BLDG B UNIT 206
The owners have done a great job of making their guests comfortable. The kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, utensils, cleaning supplies, etc. as well as thoughtful things like a cabinet full of spices. Other than food and drinks, guests don't need to bring anything to prepare a meal in the unit. The beds were comfortable and the unit was nice. The location (a half mile from the ski lifts) is very convenient, and walking to downtown Main Street is only a 10- minute trip

White Christmas!
Nice quiet location but still close enough to the slopes.

Ski and racquet club
Overall everything was good. The pool and rec area is a little dated. Their hours should be much longer 9 PM is too early to close the clubhouse.

Great place
Nice place to stay. Close to town, great hiking. Nice clubhouse with pool and hot tub.

Great stay
Really enjoyed the stay. Unit was clean and safe. Master bed was nice. Secondary bedroom beds were ok and are probably better suited for kids rather than adults.
