Location was very good and pleasant outlook
For price charged, paper cups that disintegrated not good enough (especially when we passed caterers on site with china cups). No additional pillows. No bedside lights

Location was fairly close to where we wanted to be and the staff we met were accommodating.
It should be made clearer that you are staying in a students dorm room. We got the impression that this was a hotel room based on/near a campus with and was disappointed at the lack of any luxuries such as a tv, decent pillows or hand soap.
It was very basic.
4.3
Amazing location, beautiful gardens and cool experience to stay in a college.
It was a bit too warm inside.
4.3
Very special atmosphere
Super nice staff
Good coffee in the lobby
The light switch in the room does not work as a usual light switch. You need to press it several seconds before it switches off. It would be helpful to put this info somewhere. We were lying awake in the bright room.

The college is lovely and the room has was modern, spacious and very clean. The porters were extremely friendly and helpful.
The only, minor, thing was that the wasn't any hand soap in the bathroom.
4.3
clean tidy nice room.
no option of breakfast available

Good location, comfortable bed. The staff were characters. Everything was in good working order. Quiet surroundings and lovely views of the courtyard. Overall good value for money.
Dirty towel and dish left in the room. The booking site did not make it obvious that this was normally student accommodation. We expected a hotel experience and it is definitely not that. The room was very basic and there are no other facilities as one would find in a hotel.

Great location!
Spotless, tidy and safe.
Close to the center. I'd recommend, especially if you travel solo.

Location is quite good. It took us 12 minutes to city centre by walking and bus station is nearby. The room is clean and facilities are great. The college also looks fantastic.
The room temperature is a bit high at night in summer. If a fan can be borrowed, that’s great.

beautiful gardens

Beautiful surroundings in the gardens and outside seating
Slightly stuffy in the room and all night outdoor lighting
4.3
Excellent central location, well appointed, compact room with excellent modern shower room, ver friendly staff and lovely gardens
Nothing we did not like

Location OK. Very quiet. Staff (particularly the porters) could not have been better. Good value for money.
Slightly remote for those like us who walk slowly! Would be improved by proximity to bus routes. Very hot when we visited - aircon would have been a bonus!
4.3
Really relaxed and quiet
2 bedside tables would have been nice
4.3
close to centre
no air con
uncomfortable bed not enough pillows
expensive hotel prices no hotel comforts

Everything was perfect, the room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The staff was amazing. Perfect location, just 7-10 minutes walk from the city center.
4.3
The room as you would expect in a university was a relatively small basic room ( no tv ) . It had a small double bed lamp and a shower en suite.
The room was spotlessly clean and the surrounding gardens and buildings were amazing.
It was a 10 minute walk to the centre of Cambridge which was delightful .

Lovely grounds and good location.
I asked for a quiet location but unfortunately my room was next to a road with street noise which was disappointing. Buttery closed at 7pm.

Fantastic place to stay in Cambridge. Well located, reasonably priced, and the accommodation was excellent. The gardens are amazing, and the on site facilities were very good. Good range of options for breakfast. All of the staff were really helpful throughout.
We'll be staying there again on our next trip to Cambridge.
